One of the service workers recommended the mini tune-up, saying it would cover the fix. When I picked it up, I was told the bike needed a new crankshaft because mine was bent. Fine -- I paid for it, assuming that would resolve the issue. Unfortunately, shortly after, the exact same problem happened again. I wasn't able to return the bike until this month (the original repair was done in August). When I brought it back, I was charged an additional $20 for parts, again thinking it would finally be fixed. But the crankshaft came off again mid-ride while picking up my kids. I took it back immediately, and the service employee told me the crankshaft was broken. I explained that I had just purchased it from them. He seemed frustrated, went to the back, and said that if this repair didn't work, I would need a new bike. At this point, I've spent about $120 on a repair that never actually fixed the issue. It's really unfortunate because I like the shop and thought it was a cool place, but this experience was frustrating and disappointing.

The sales woman was informative and let both me and my daughter test ride the bike before we purchased. Also showed us the service area since they can do in house repairs, upgrades, tires, etc on site. They have some moderately priced bikes up to some more expensive models in stock and even had some smaller bikes for younger kids. Definitely recommend Rebel Bikes if you're looking in the Temecula/Murrieta area.

After meeting with Adam and several other contractors, I decided to go with Patio Guy not only…read morebecause of his five-star rating, but several other factors that were important to me (and probably you as well): 1) He could deliver and install my new cover within a week vs. the other guys taking months; 2) I wasn't limited to just the AlumaWood product (which wasn't modern enough for me), and (3) his price to install with an upgraded cover (insulated) was far below his competitors constrained by higher overhead and slower delivery times. I ended up selecting a Duralum cover that his company also offers, and I'm glad I did. It's just the look I was going for. I was also impressed with Adam's business model, which is built on quality and efficiency at a very reasonable price without cutting corners or sacrificing customer service. Now for the best part: A guy named Brody, his lead installer. In addition to being a super nice guy, his work is meticulous. The back of my home isn't linear, so there are bump-outs and protrusions, making the installation more difficult and time consuming. This wasn't the slightest challenge for Brody and his team. The finished product is snuggled tightly against my stucco and professionally sealed on the roof to prevent any water dripping through when it rains. I watched him work, measuring and cutting the aluminum to match my home so the fit and finish is far greater than I imagined. As you can tell from the photos, I still have work to do (concrete coating, fence repairs, etc.) to match the beauty of my new cover.

I just have to shout out how amazing the customer service was! The team really went above and beyond to help me with my E-bike. I had a rear flat tire, and they had me back on the road in just 30 minutes--how impressive is that? Randy, in particular, made me feel like a top priority. He was super friendly and professional, and he took the time to teach me so much about my bike in just a short conversation. The pricing was really competitive, and they made sure everything was perfectly adjusted on my E-bike. I can't recommend this company enough! Each visit feels like home. I grew up riding bikes breaking and fixing them. Every now and then I seek expert technical work done. Im not thrilled allowing anyone touching my toys, yet I tell you these guys Jon and Randy most definitely take pride in the little things. Things a normal rider would over look!
