Now that my wife and I are both retired, we wanted to stay healthy and enjoy the scenery at a leisurely pace (either in the local area or when we go camping). We decided to purchase electric bikes would be perfect. Problem was, there are many e-bikes available and lots of companies to choose from. We had always driven past Pedego many times so this time we stopped in. Tucker, Mallory, Zoe and their son took the time to answer our questions, we never felt rushed, friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable. We visited two more times with more questions and to test ride. We enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and awesome customer service, so we decided to purchase our bikes from them. We are now part of the family. read more

Pedego Electric Bikes Temecula - Perfect size for her! She loves it! - Bikes Near Me - Temecula, California

Tucker and Mallory are just great! They made it a very personable experience. I have a 7 year old who's a good bike rider and we felt like it was time to explore him riding an e-bike. We went to the shop and they allowed my son to try out an e-bike, which was great because they have a parking lot area right by the that was safe enough for him to jump on an give it a spin. After about 5 minutes of him riding it (us with clenched teeth), he was doing great and so we made the purchase! The shop has a great inventory of all types of bikes and an overall good vibe. Highly recommend them! read more

Tucker and Zoe were incredibly helpful and patient while I searched for the right e-bike for commuting to and from school/work. They also stepped in when my bike unexpectedly needed service, and they were reliable, supportive, and went above and beyond to get me back on the road quickly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an e-bike and a bike shop they can truly count on. read more

Very nice husband and wife. Great service. We left our ebike and it was serviced the same day for a good price

My experience with Mallorie and Tucker has been amazing. - I walked in as someone who knew nothing about e-bikes and they were able to ask questions and find the perfect e-bike for me! No pressure, just education and information to guide me through the process of purchasing an e-bike. They let me test drive to my hearts content and when I decided on the bike, they even dropped it off after they got off!!! They respond quickly and are very knowledgeable. I am recommending everyone to give this place a try, you won't be disappointed. Customer service is second to none. read more

Tucker and his wife are amazing. They really care about the folks that come in. Both are always friendly and helpful. My wife bought one of their bikes a couple of years ago and rides daily. She will only let Tucker work on her bike. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get an ebike you can rely on from good people who want you to succeed in enjoying the riding experience. read more

I just have to give a shout out to Mallory and Tucker, the wonderful people who own Pedego Temecula! These two go above and beyond, every single time. When we bought my Pedego e-trike in November, they delivered it right to our driveway, then adjusted the seat and handle bars to custom fit me! In February I hit my 100-mile mark and took it in for a free check up and my 100-mile pin. Again, I received door to door service when they returned the trike right to my doorstep, all adjusted and tuned up! If you're looking for an amazing eBike or e-Trike, and you live in San Diego or Riverside County, go take a look at Pedego of Temecula! I promise you'll be glad you did! read more

What a great product selection, wonderful staff and owners! Mallorre assisted me yesterday. And they have a great each trike with a huge solid surface basket in the back that would be perfect for my dog, but I could not fit the trike into my Prius for annual maintenance checks to keep the warranty program. She was nice enough to mention that she had a few of these wonderful E bikes that are going to be on sale for 2000 on Black Friday. I really appreciate how friendly and professional she was and not pushy at all and even telling me about a BLACK FRIDAY SALE I can get a great discount on one of their E bikes, I looked at the reviews and they are phenomenal the brand new E bikes, come with a five year warranty when everyone else is only giving it one year . Well anything could happen in a year! Highly recommend shopping at this location and Pedego brand. The Temecula franchise owners will deliver all over Riverside County too which is wonderful. read more

I brought my son's E-Bike in for maintenance and a tire replacement at Pedgo Temecula. Tucker, Malorre, and their entire team were incredibly friendly and supportive. It's truly rewarding to experience the excellent service of a local small business that contributes to the well-being of our community. A big thank you to Pedgo Temecula! read more

If you're considering an e-bike purchase, please take a moment to read this for I cannot overstate how pleased I am with my experience at Pedego Temecula. I'm at an age where I need to exercise more, and I've long thought bicycling would be the safest option. I also knew I would require the assistance an e-bike affords to make it up hills, or just make a ride more enjoyable at times. So after eating at a nearby restaurant, I wandered into their store at what I later realized was quitting time. You wouldn't have known. With an obvious heart for people, Malorre spent 30 minutes answering my newbie questions before asking if I'd like to test-drive a unit. "I would!" Yet being committed to never buying an important item based on emotion, I left without the slightest intention of pulling the trigger, nor did I feel pressure to do so. After the next month of researching countless brands and options, both online and in-person, for me the smart choice was clear: Pedego provided the most 'bang for the buck' in terms of price, quality and warranty, and the customer service and values at this store in particular were exactly what I was looking for: A TRUE, FAMILY-OWNED BUSINESS THAT POURS ITS PROFITS BACK INTO THE COMMUNITY. From both City Hall and the Chamber of Commerce, I heard stories of Pedego Temecula blessing people through numerous bike-related programs. And I personally know two occasions when Tucker restored older bikes he had come across, then quietly donated them to underprivileged children. No media, no fanfare -- just the kind of right-hearted action we all want from our neighbors. I eventually returned to purchase a Pedego Element, and even upgraded some features. As I looked at one particular accessory on their rack, Mallori said, "We're happy to sell that to you, but that's an item you can find cheaper on Amazon." WHO DOES THAT???? I'll tell you who, the kind of people who keep this country running. With everything I've shared here -- combined with premium service after the sale -- Tucker and Malorre have earned my respect, this review, and my future business. I hope you'll give them yours, too. Respectfully, Gregory Tucker. Pedego Temecula 27287 Nicolas Rd, Unit 107 Temecula CA 92591 read more

Great people, what can we say we shopped around and made the decision to buy two bikes based on quality, waranty, and accessibility to a service center. Pedego Temecula checks all those boxes. They are super friendly people, and customer service driven. We can't wait to get out and start riding with Spring upon us, and gas prices high, this is looking like a fun way to get out and stay busy! Thanks again Pedego Temecula! This is exactly what you should expect of a neighborhood business. Friendly approachable business owners. Very informative, with open communication along with friendliness. They know they are selling a high end product, and dont apologize for it. Anyone can go out and buy an inexpensive online bike. But in thier store, you can sit on them and see the craftsmanship. We've had ours a week, and I couldn't be happier. Outstanding product. read more

Great customer service and a really cool bike store. We purchased my wife an electric bike hassle free.

Support this local business! You will be treating yourself to a wonderful customer experience!! I've owned my Pedego Ridge Rider since 2017 and in that time, I've visited 6 different stores to get maintenance done on my bike. No longer do I have to search for a store to rely on to have work done! Tucker, owner/operator of Temecula Pedego has earned my trust and loyalty for his excellent work, always going above and beyond to return my bike in working condition that makes me smile as I did when I first rode my brand new Ridge Rider! Tucker and Malorre are extremely knowledgeable and are truly a pleasure to work with! Regardless of the type of riding you do Tucker and Malorre can recommend a Pedego model that will meet your needs. They really listen to what you say and provide the customer service we all wish for, but seldom receive! Kudos Temecula Pedego, you deserve all the accolades and praise as all your reviews show! read more
