Rented bikes last week and they were delivered to our winery. The bikes ran great and the owner was very nice and helpful. Everything went well and we had a great time. The only comment is the website shows 2 girls riding amongst the grapevines through tall grass and weeds. I had envisioned us doing the same...nope. We were asked to stay on paved roads or gravel roads so that we wouldn't get stickers in the tires, creating a flat. Perhaps consider modifying this picture on the website so people like me don't get the impression that you can ride the bikes anywhere. Nothing negative about the bikes or company.
