This place is awesome! My son and I are fairly new to owning paintball markers/equipment. This shop helped us out a lot when it came to getting equipment we'd actually need/use and steered us away from items we didn't really need. Pricing is good even compared to online discount retailers and it's always nice to support local. We also got 3 boxes of paint for the price of 2. Went to the first night games in Elsinore and only used 1 box (2000 rounds). Great value since it'll last at least one more trip. Stopped into Paintball Gateway in Temecula, and had a issue with my air tank regulator. I explained to OZ Rios, that my regulator was bent. He inspected my regulator, after a through inspection, he realized that the threading was stripped as well. He went above and beyond, to help me find a replacement, and installed it. I also purchased a gold HK Army regulator nipple cover, as well as a HK Army air tank case, with my military discount. I just want to thank OZ Rios, for his outstanding customer service. 6 hours ago NEW I bought a $1,000 set up day after Black Friday for my wife , so we could paintball Sunday morning and she can start going . The "new"mini gs and "new" $170 air tank both were leaking air. Not even one game Sunday morning at the paintball park and the gun and tank are both leaking air . I call for an exchange for a working tank and gun they say I have to wait for the owner to be in and that they can't do it until he is in Tuesday or Saturday.. I didn't know I needed an appointment for an exchange on a broken gun and tank you guys sold me . Ridiculous customer service.. I'm currently out $1000 and my Sunday ruined. Simply got to the park assembled the first time since buying a day later after purchasing and this "new" tank and gun are messed up and store is currently denying an exchange. I own a business and will take this to small claims . I need someone to handle this asap. I want a working gun or my money. I feel so disappointed as I have spent money at this store in the past as well and this is how I'm treated ..when I buy something that's not working .. my wife didn't even get to use it yet.. it breaks my heart she didn't get to start doing a hobby she's been trying to do together and that a business is willing to take my hard earned money to sell me broken unsafe paint ball gear leaking air from both gun and tank that where purchased as new items. I expect this to be handled appropriately. I went in to go see what they had, and ended up buying a pistol (after looking on Evike more than the normal price) I used the pistol in one game and it ended up having more issues than functionality and they would not exchange or return it. Spent more than $200 on a pistol that barely works, and they said they would have to charge me a service fee to see what was wrong with it? read more

Drove 3 hours to get there and spent over $2,300. And the creepy owner would not allow us to use his restroom... I had to go pee in the rain in the parking lot... then begged and pleaded to not make my kids also go pee in the parking lot in the rain but they had to.., his excuse was COVID... there was no other customers and he wasn't wearing a mask. Then he had the audacity to invite us to join his team. He has a great selection of stuff but I will always regret putting money in his pocket.. will always go to the Rancho Cucamonga store in the future... Much nicer staff. read more

Let me start by saying that I've never shot a paintball gun in my life. With that being said, I came here the other day since they are the closest store to my house that can refill Co2 and was really impressed with the customer service. The gentleman that helped me was honest and told me that they weren't able to fill my tank up all the way so he wouldn't charge me and would give me a free refill the next time I come around. I've been to countless other stores that made a mistake and said something along the lines of "next time you come back we'll hook you up", but it rarely ever happens. When my wife returned the other day they actually kept to their word and filled up my tank for free. Co2 isn't expensive by any means and I can't speak to the paintball/airsoft supplies since I'm not familiar with that world, but I have been around long enough to know good customer service when I see it. And this store is a class act in that department. Will be coming back for sure. read more

Came in with a buddy around 6:30pm on a Tuesday. New to paintball so I had a lot of questions that were answered by Ozzy. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Beyond great deals on lots of items. I picked up 3 cases of paint and without me asking he opened all the boxes to make sure nothing was wrong with any of the paint. I went to a different paintball shop 2 weeks before and asked the gentleman if he could open the box and he seemed to have an attitude about it, However last time I bought almost 20% of my paint was bad due to open paintballs and uneven grooves. Having someone appreciate the sport and take the time to make sure I was good to go made the experience exceptional. I ended up staying until 7:30 (30 mins after they close). Went here with my teenage nephews and became the coolest uncle ever as a result! We had a guy weekend set up at my friend's country property and they needed to be properly set up. This shop is one class act. They seem to have everything you need, including guidance for those of us who are ignorant about such things. We're planning another weekend, but it's not just for guys this time. I was in dire need of a handsome man to help me with my paintball needs. Oz was an excellent man for the job, he helped me and my brother get what we needed. Never paintballed before and went in there with little to no knowledge and Oz was super helpful! Took his time and explained the specific markers he had in stock. Started from the lower end/ entry level paintball guns and worked his way up to the high end just to give me an idea of what I would need. I like airsoft and paintball and wanted some green gas propellant, Interestingly my friend at another nearby store told me about this spot. Gateway mostly carries paintball but have some unique airsoft AEG smgs like a Mp5 and Scorpion. Gas variety was less but very well priced and both the guys there were patient and friendly answering what they could.
