They were highly reviewed so I looked them up. We booked a private party and booked gel blasters (they don't hurt) the refs Sebastian and Rob were super cool and patient. Alex who works the bar was really on top of everything too coordinating food, drinks, and cake. The kids had the private room for 3 hrs and they had a blast, played several rounds, and now want to go back. Thank you Battle Lab for such great service. Warning- there is no a/c in the gaming area, but they took plenty of breaks and iced water was refilled endlessly.

Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing due to poor planning, equipment issues, and poor customer service. By the middle of the first field, many of the gun batteries had died. By the third round, we had to stop completely because none of the guns were charged or functioning properly. This was extremely frustrating, especially during a special celebration that was meant to be enjoyable for my son and his guests. We paid for a full party package but were unable to receive the full experience that was promised. Customer Service promised to follow-up and never did. This was a very dispointing experince.

Kids and adults were all in the same room shooting at each other, which I wasn't expecting for a children's party. My son ended up getting shot multiple times by adults and came home with marks all over his body. I didn't realize grown adults would be allowed to shoot at kids during the game, and that made the experience uncomfortable for us. The staff were actually kind and friendly, so I appreciate that. However, the overall organization and structure of the event really needs improvement, especially if the parties are meant for kids. Tip for parents: If you're planning a birthday party here, you may want to ask ahead of time whether adults and kids will be playing together in the same session. Because of our experience, I wouldn't recommend this place for kids' birthday parties and we likely won't be returning.

My only suggestion is when checking in for a party particularly for Airsoft that it is explained better the process on what to expect and what to do next etc.. I didn't know we had to purchase the airsoft BB (not a big deal) but we didn't know until we had to ask why our magazines were empty. The Ref kindly explained and was really helpful. We were initially told to wait at our table and a Ref will come to us so we did. We waited approx 40 mins and no one came so we went to ask the status and the Party was assisted right away. Just a little miscommunications but not a big deal what matters is the Party had a memorable time we will definitely be back!

It's priced fairly but the field is mediocre at best. I'd assume you're really only going for the speedqb half. The rest is pretty bare bones and junky. Don't expect to play too long either. If you don't feel your hit, or the ref thinks you feathered when you didn't, or if you breathe too loud, you're either getting shot by the ref, or getting kicked for the day. But don't worry, if you're friends with the refs, you can do whatever the hell you want. Seriously avoid this place. Just go to N1 or something, it's worth the longer drive
