By the third round, we had to stop completely because none of the guns were charged or functioning properly. We paid for a full party package but were unable to receive the full experience that was promised. Customer Service promised to follow-up and never did. This was a very dispointing experince.

Kids and adults were all in the same room shooting at each other, which I wasn't expecting for a children's party. My son ended up getting shot multiple times by adults and came home with marks all over his body. I didn't realize grown adults would be allowed to shoot at kids during the game, and that made the experience uncomfortable for us. The staff were actually kind and friendly, so I appreciate that. However, the overall organization and structure of the event really needs improvement, especially if the parties are meant for kids. Tip for parents: If you're planning a birthday party here, you may want to ask ahead of time whether adults and kids will be playing together in the same session. Because of our experience, I wouldn't recommend this place for kids' birthday parties and we likely won't be returning.

They were simply driven by a genuine desire to help. Their knowledge is top-tier, but what stood out even more was their kindness, patience, and sincerity.
