After a week of online searching and my Google and social media flooded with e bikes completely overwhelmed, I called Craig. "Come on in Jim even if you don't buy from me I'll get you pointed in the right direction". Craig is a colorful man that opened this shop that's the best run family business in Menifee. Craig was slammed when I arrived, he said hi and introduced me to his daughter Tina and mentioned I will be in great hands. Tina and I talked about what I needed in my new (2nd) e bike and after talking about a few she pulled out a glorious candy apple red Denago city bike. I gave it the once over a quick web search and talked about price and the deal was made. With less then 15 miles and one decent hill behind us I'm in love with this bike. I'm still in love with this bike shop that always seems to come through. It's a very busy shop, maybe the busiest I have ever seen, have patience and if possible go in informed like I did . They also have an awesome inventory. Tons of cruisers (lots of SE options), brands like Cult and FBC, and a big selection of Trek, Giant, and more. I contacted them today because the Trek website showed a perfect option for my daughter in stock. I called and spoke with Samantha, who confirmed they had it -- it just wasn't built yet. Without hesitation, she offered to have it assembled right away so my daughter could come in and test ride it with no pressure or obligation. We went to the shop, she tried the bike, and she couldn't be happier. The whole experience showed exactly why local shops matter. You can feel the pride and care they put into everything. And as someone who started racing BMX in the late 80s, the highlight of my visit might have been spotting a mint Haro Group 1 RS2 sitting on the floor. Original number plate, grips, everything. A little bike shop next to Dollar Store between Murrieta road and Newport Road, we have come to fix our bikes here. This time my teen blew her tires on her EBike. I'm sure it's an easy fix as the tube's were$10 but the Labor was $50. My daughter called before we came and got a different quote. Oh well. We were told it would take 5 days, it took 5 hours. My daughter thinks it was because the guy overheard her say she would walk to work. Nonetheless, thanks for getting it done but $50 for labor?! read more

My bike was fixed in timely manner thoroughly completed what went so well was I needed to get it in the back of my truck , which was a little difficult because I just got out of the hospital, I'm pretty sure his name is Tyler. He just want the extra mile to get that in my truck and make sure that he was the one who did it and that I didn't have to exert myself at all. Not only did they answer the phone (already a win in my book), but they encouraged us to come in right away. The shop itself is like a candy store for cyclists. Rows and rows of gear, parts, bikes, and accessories. You could happily wander around like a kid in a two-wheeled toy store. The staff is both knowledgeable and genuinely friendly, the kind of combo that makes you feel like you are in good hands from the start. Tina rang us up, and she was an absolute gem. Personable, helpful, and patient with all of our questions. She made us feel right at home and never once rushed us through the process. The service team got to work immediately. They told us it might take a little while, but they actually finished faster than the original quote. Efficiency with a smile? Yes, please. We left with a fixed bike, a happy kid, and the confidence that we had found our shop. Staff was super helpful once I got there and actually sold me the same part for a cheaper price than I expected. Needed to get my back tire looked at. My bike is old but reliable and I haven't rode it in a while but now putting a toddler seat on the back, I wanted to make sure there would be better assurances in performance. Mainly riding easy DG trails and throughout the neighborhood or campground when I do. Looked up nearest bike shops with good reviews and were actually open- it was 4pm on a Friday- menifee bikes came up with rave reviews and open late. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and the employee took an interest in helping me. After a brief explanation and reviewing my options, they got to work right there in shop. New tires, tubes, sealant in both tires and labor- $60 out the door and 30 min of my time. The owner Craig was so nice! I mentioned a bolt that was bruising my thigh as I rode and he went above and beyond to come up with a solution for me and modified it on the spot. He also took an interest in the history of my particular bike and found out the year it was manufactured and other facts about it I hadn't known since I bought it back in Chicago for commuting. Pretty cool to have that kind of service and interest in my little old bike on the first visit to the shop.
