Brought in a brand new set of hoops to get tapped, inserts, and tires put on. Got my rims back completely scratched. Pretty sad they didn't offer a refund on service or anything pretty much just kept telling me how they don't use metal tire levers/spoons. So. A friend calls us in a complete panic informing us that he was stranded in Norco with a flat tire on his bicycle, his only source of transportation. Its 97 degrees and he is many miles from home in Corona. We picked him and his wounded cycle up and took it to the nearest bike shop. I explained the situation about my friend Sams predicament ​but was told that they couldnt help. I then called a shop in Corona who also could not help due to no mechanics being on the clock. This shop did suggest Cyclery USA off of Tyler in Riverside. I called, its 5:10pm with a close time of 6:00pm and they just say, let me see if we have the tube (they did), get it here by 5:30pm, quoted me an estimate, and its a done deal! We got there in time and these guys rolled out the red carpet. All 5 employees we saw were professional and respectful. Couldnt have asked for a better experience! We browsed while we waited the whole 20 minutes it took to fix the tire. Outstanding! Straight up pros. We will be back for sure! read more

Great great great service! I had been shopping around looking for a bike and the perfect one for me. Both the staff members and owners are so amazing truly! The employee helping us out gave me the best advice when it came to purchasing a bike. He asked me what I planned to use it for, the level of comfort I wanted, he even asked what kind of clothing I planned to wear (this helped him recommend me getting a more comfortable seat). I was able to put two bikes I really wanted side by side and really analyze which was I wanted the most. The prices were also great and they had great offers! After purchasing I was able to leave the bike and bike it up later with a friend who had a bike rack on her car. Out the shop the owner was the kindest person too! She taught us how to properly hook the bike to the rack and taught us how to secure it so it wouldn't fall (not going to lie - my friend and I didn't know much about this step so we truly appreciated the help). Overall great experience and I'll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family. read more

I have been in the market searching for a new bike for the last 3 months. As you all know, due to COVID, finding a bike right night is near impossible. Well...my husband stalked the Trek website every couple of days, and YIPPIE, the bike I wanted was finally in stock at the Riverside Cyclery USA. When we arrived, Steve greeted us, and showed us the bike I was looking at. He was great! Very knowledgeable, made recommendations of items needed, and throughly explained the Trek warranty. With that being said, I left a happy girl with a new bike, helmet, water bottle cage (they installed it for me), and water bottle for those long rides. I spent 3 hours trying to make a simple rear derailleur adjustment after watching 3,000 YouTube videos, all of which were wrong. I got so upset. I was ready to throw this bicycle in the trash can. Instead, I called cyclery USA and spoke with the service department. He told me to bring it down today and they would take a look at it. The young man put the bike on the stand and it took him all of 30 seconds to make the adjustment and have my bike running good as new. For starters, everyone is wearing masks. My circa 1999 Marin full XTR MTB sat sadly in the garage for about 10 years. Started riding again late last year, but it was in major need of some love. Creaking badly with every pedal stroke, sounded like it was dying. Being as I ain't handy with a wrench I took it to this place, hoping for the best. Went all in with their "Platinum" level service. They took the drive train completely apart. Cleaned, lubed, replaced chain and brake pads, trued the spokes, etc. When I picked it up it was as clean as it's ever been since new. (Not anymore.). Shifts smoothly and accurately; again, like new. With an ancient triple chain ring it's important for shifting to be precise. Took my 4 year old Cannondale road bike in for the "Gold" service. Now both bikes are dialed in and ready for summer! read more

So I needed some info on an ebike, and walked into this bike shop I remembered as a kid, but located on magnolia back in the 80s. Now it's in the old Frederated Group appliance store next to the wedge where some of us kids sk8d.TMI. anyways this amazing dude named Mike knew everything about everything related to bikes period. He's been riding his entire life and his son is a professional as well in the biking world. I never met anyone that had as much bicycle knowledge as Mike I ended up buying a Trek non ebike because it was that fast I realized after flying around the parking lot which I haven't done in 30 plus years. My bike was in a box and assembled that evening by Mike. Then I recieved an email to pick up this morning at 10am! BTW Mike's a retired firefighter , yet his passion for the sport of cycles is INSANE. He sparked a ton of interest in me and my Ole lady to really get back into biking, because it's been ages for me and I miss who we were as kids,good Ole days, simplicity. Today at 2pm I saw Cyclery USA at Tyler Riverside and decided to check it out if they have Aventon bikes. We checked it out at Orange County and couldn't get these bikes. Parked in front of the store by the handicap and saw the door slightly open. Went in and in a few seconds a tall skinny with long hair employee was screaming at me and was walking fast towards me. Screaming out loud and telling me to get out! Said a lot more! I told him,"be nice! I am looking for two Aventon bikes!...." I was treated bad and he was so rude! I have gotten two bikes from here and both times the process has been awesome, thanks to Steve and the young man with wonderful hair. Steve always goes out of his way and makes sure I am all set to go. People on here complain they don't greet you and customer service is bad, please don't listen to that, they're just really busy! There's only so much of them to help you, once they get to you their customer service is awesome. Getting a bike is a process and as a customer we tend to ask a lot of questions which they help educate and point you in the right direction.
