I purchased a brand-new scooter that failed the same day. It completely died while I was on my way to an important meeting, leaving me stranded and forced to drag it miles through an unsafe area. A product sold as new that fails immediately is clearly defective. Under California's Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and the implied warranty of merchantability (California Civil Code §§1791-1793.2), a retailer is legally required to provide goods that are fit for their ordinary purpose. A scooter that dies on day one does not meet that standard. The burden to correct a defective product is on the seller -- not the consumer. Requiring me to drive two hours at my own expense to return a defective item, while refusing to provide a prepaid return option, is unreasonable and inconsistent with California consumer protection law. I am formally demanding a full refund at no cost to me. If this is not resolved promptly, I will initiate a chargeback with my financial institution and file complaints with the California Department of Consumer Affairs and the Attorney General's Office. I expect this matter to be corrected immediately. read more

Slow service, lacks communication skills on all ends from repair to sales. Makes you pay for everything because only electronic parts are on warranty even if you bought the scooter within 90 days. Still waiting on new scooter. Told me to send video of problem and that was two weeks ago...sadly no scooter no way to work but my feet. Horrible business because it took 3 weeks to solve a problem, and Josh, the owner, refused to give a refund and communicate appropriately. Josh caused a lot of emotional distress. Ultimately, he only refunded 225 out of 600 dollars originally paid and added deductions without verbally communicating before the sale. A scooter bought within 90 days should not just stop working, and we paid for a warranty. We were charged for a new scooter when it was just refurbished. Please take my experience and do not believe anything Josh says, including his reply to this review. read more

Do not buy a scooter or electric bike from this company they are frauds and liars. They're merchandise is secondhand they refuse to give refunds they sell out of a garage. I paid with a credit card. Purchased a scooter in July of last year. Has broken a total of 5 times now. The repair process is a nightmare. Once repaired it still had issues but I gave up dealing with them as they make it extremely difficult to get it fixed and it's a waste of time. They pretend to be helpful but just give you a runaround and don't help at all. Definitely do not recommend buying a scooter here as you will pay 3-500 more than if you order online. All with the promise of fast and friendly service which is not true at all. read more

I am posting my complaint based on the lack of information they provide on the repair service they supposedly provide. This review was based on their people claiming I was being rude when I was trying to narrow down when I can have them do a service for me on 2 flat tires. Their service person wanted to replace my tube tires for solid tires that cost $120 each. The g30 clone tube are $9.99 on Amazon! So they will charge service fee but there is no reason to price quote a service that is price gouging your customer. There is also no reason to refuse to accept any repair work on a day they claim to receive repair work for Tuesdays and Fridays. But they delayed and never got back with us. Before they closed at 1pm on July 4th( when they were open), they claim their service department was closed. I made a special trip out to Chino to get it service only to be told we had to continue to wait. This review is based on their lack of service, getting back to their customers, poor customer service and add insult to injury, claim to say I was rude and refused me service. I took my business to another service person who I gave my business to for my 2 g30, Okidas scooter and my Stealth Bomber. Anyone whonwish to find out the other service, you can direct contact me to avoid bad (No customer service) from these Skyten jokers. They sell G30 clones in their name and you can find much better deals than what they can sell. read more
