As we were walking in, there were a couple of men walking out, saying bye to the guy at the register. No one greeted us, but I didn't think much of it at first. There's a decent selection of sweatshirts, flannels, work pants and some T-shirts. However, there were quite a few unmarked items with no price tag or signage on them. I also found a visibly stained/damaged white shirt hanging with the women's basics and some boxes with unpacked merchandise right under the racks. Kind of a messy vibe especially when it's a tight squeeze between the racks. We were the only 3 people in there-me, my husband and our kid. After about 5 mins the music shuts off and it's dead quiet in the store. I thought maybe the guy sitting at the front was just changing music but he just left it off. It was kinda weird, it felt like he was trying to listen to us to be honest BUT again I didn't think too deeply about it, Kept browsing. We got closer to the register to look at the clearanced tshirts. I glanced over at the guy at the register, I had some questions but when I saw that he was sitting at the counter with his hand up to the side of his face as if to send a message "don't bother me", I changed my mind. It started to feel very intentional that he turned the music off and literally seemed to be hiding his face from us, standing 5 feet away from him. He Didn't say a single word to us still, didn't even look in our direction. The vibe was so weird my husband and I were like ?? Let's just leave. We said "thank you" walking out, and he didn't even bother to look up or respond. After this experience I looked up other reviews because I couldn't shake the feeling that something was way off, and realized the same "rude guy" who's consistently mentioned in these bad reviews- is the same one who ignored us. Tbh I don't think this place is interested in EVERYONE'S business if you get what I mean. It seems there's some deeper issues going on here. I unfortunately now think it's important to mention that not everyone in my family is white or white-passing. I only find this to be interesting because the two men who were leaving the store and were chatting with the same guy- were either white or white passing. Idk if that has anything to do with why our experience was so bad but there are other reviews that seem to suggest it's very possible. Edit: My 6 year old also just informed me the employee was giving him dirty looks in the store. Idk wtf this guy's issue is but it's actually shocking the store is still in business. I guess only some customers get acknowledged and others might get either profiled or ignored completely. I guarantee there are better options nearby where the community can spend their money.

I tell her I'll be going in with my family to take a look, we arrive not greeted whatsoever. I go and let her know what im looking for. She brings out a couple things. I ask if i can try one of them on my son, she looks at my 4 year old son up and down and asks "well is he clean?" I'm like uh yeah he's showered and has his hair done so we can see what he's going to look like. Really rubbed me the wrong way, I'm the type of mom who might look bummy but my 2 children are always clean, well groomed and neat. I could tell she didn't want my son to try on the suit so I was quick but she didn't even let me button up the shirt of tuck it in she just put it on him and took it back off. We only continued with the purchase because she seemed to have a bigger selection of boys suits verse where we got our daughters dress from. Whatever we pay for the suit, shoes and a candle set and I let her know I'll be in next week to pick it up when it's ready. Today I went to pick up my son's stuff and I gave her a heads up that I'm on my way, no response but I'm cool with that. I arrive and she just looks at me and just moves her head forwards like "what?" No hello or anything just a rude face gesture. I tell her I'm just here to pick up my son's stuff. I grabbed my son stuff and ran out as quick as I could. I will never give this lady my business or money ever again nor would I ever recommend anyone to her. I had a very disappointing experience at this Walmart today…read more After paying for my groceries, I realized I had accidentally left one of my reusable fabric shopping bags in the produce section. I went back inside, found my bag, and headed back out. Because I accidentally walked toward the wrong door first, I simply walked a couple of feet over to the correct exit and left. A few minutes later, while I was sitting in my car, a Walmart employee approached me and demanded to see my receipt because i walked out the wrong door. I understand that receipt checks may be part of store policy, and I would have gladly cooperated. What upset me was the employee's attitude and the way he handled the situation. While I was looking for my receipt, he rudely said, "Just give me the bag of food and we'll call it even," implying that I had stolen my groceries. I found that comment insulting and unprofessional. Once I located my receipt, he looked at it, handed it back, said, "Have a good day," and walked away without any apology or acknowledgment. To make matters worse, when I got home I called to speak with a manager. Around 3:30 p.m. I was told the manager was at lunch and to call back after 5:00 p.m. When I called back after 5:00, I was then told the manager had already gone home. I was told the manager is off at 5 every day.... I understand that employees have a job to do, but customers deserve to be treated with respect. Being spoken to as though I had stolen something, only to be proven that I had paid for everything, was embarrassing and unacceptable. I hope Walmart provides better customer service training and ensures customers have a way to speak with management when concerns like this arise.

We were like 40 min out but I saw this place advertised on Social media - yes I try to confirm the hype. I am not sure if I would come back again. I don't like repeats if I don't feel welcomed. Maybe due to the fact we popped in an hour before closing-when we walked in, the person at the front counter, just glanced at us and quickly looked away. No smile at all, no "hello" or " welcome". When you drive 40 minutes out to check out a place, it would be nice to come into a welcoming environment at entry. I did like the selection of women's dresses and clothes. I did not have time to look at all the vinyls, but it seemed like they had a really good selection. A lot of DVDs, some cool VHS movies. They had this big closet of board games. It's a nice little spot. I wish they had more springtime goodies as that was my goal, to find Easter or springtime items. I guess for vintage, the prices can be on the fair side. My daughter wanted a couple stickers and I think that $1 dollar per sticker is a little bit high. I went to a place recently that gave you four stickers for $1, with a similar selection offered. They have a cute ring selection, $5.99 per ring. Actually, they have a really cute overall jewelry selection. Rings, necklaces, bracelets, a few watches and earrings. I really liked the jewelry section. I would probably take a trip to come out for more jewelry TBH. Unlike, other donation centers we've been to they actually make you feel WELCOMED and APPRECIATED for your donations. I'm used to seeing people being burdened by us coming in to make donations but, not this place. They are so patient and kind here... We donated a lot of items that our family didn't need anymore and items my father in law left behind since his passing. We did not want to do an estate sale so we packed up a lot of kitchenware and linen for the donation center... There was an optional monetary donation to be made afterwards. You can also make a DONATION with a QR CODE... The STORE also has a wide selection of GOODWILL items for sale... VALUE: I really value great customer service here. We went on a Sunday morning and it was such a memorable experience that I wanted to share it with EVERYONE on YELP!
