The workers seemed more concern with their own conversation then us. We had to exchange a shirt the next day and my son and his friend (in their 20's) came. We were buying more shirts, shoes and hats. We spent about an hour there and my son's friend was standing back just hanging out. He left the store to get a yogurt then came back in. As he entered one of the girls who works there approached him and said "you can't be in here. You've been here too long." My son and I both jumped in to say he was with us. This young man was totally profiled! She told us later that she had received a couple complaints because he was staring. He was bored! We told her that want the right way to approach someone. She should have asked if he needed help or was he waiting for someone and not come at someone hard like that! With an attitude, she agreed she probably could have handled it better but because she got complaints she just had to do it. Unfortunately, that was totally disrespectful. We will never shop here again! I suggest that if you want skate gear or boards that you go support a local skate shop instead. I'm always treated great by the locals.

The staff were very helpful making sure I was able to find everything I needed. I got two RVCA board shorts and I stopped to look at their watch collection. An associate asked if I'd like to check out a Nixon watch that I asked about. The Msrp was a lil high for me to buy it then, but he asked if I wanted to see if they could get me a discount. Normal Msrp was $425 and they ended up doing $361 for the watch instead which was way better than what I saw for the watch online. They have lots of curated brands for men's clothes and they all are really great. Definitely a nice selection for men's clothes, so I'd recommend stopping by if you need some new threads.

I looked at various boards and they made some recommendations while being very honest and not putting pressure on me to buy which I really appreciated. I didn't make a purchase then and went back home to do more research. When I went back to the shop, I knew what I wanted and they didn't have it in stock. They happily ordered it all for me and I had everything I wanted in less than a weeks time. They also put it all together at no additional cost. Altogether my setup wasn't cheap but that's because I wanted premium materials. I came back for a skate tool and some pads and will likely be back for some shoes more suitable for skating.
