Actual board received

I recently searched everywhere to find the best boards I could for a college reunion. What sold me on the CornholeAntics board is all of the detail, mostly the fact that all of the sides and legs were painted to match. After waiting two weeks I received the boards 3 days before my event which was fine, until I opened them. None of the sides were painted like the ones I ordered on the site and so they didn't look like the boards I spent more money on than others I found online (250) with shipping. I reached out to the company and all I got was "we decided not to paint them anymore, if you don't like it you can return them". Unfortunately I didn't have time to buy boards elsewhere so I had no option but to keep them. Please be aware before you buy them that you are not going to get the boards you order. I wish I had known before I placed my order but I thought I could trust the pictures on the site. *****update a year later to my review. The boards on the site still appear to be painted (they said they were updating the site a year ago) but that is not what you will receive as my pictures show. Also the bags I upgraded to are way to fast for the smooth boards. I thought it was just the boards but used a different set of bags the other day and realized it is the bags. Good to know before you spend the money they are asking for.

Dented corner from shipping

Do NOT buy from Cornhole Antics! We received our custom boards for our son's college graduation gift with a dent in the corner from shipping. I emailed to let them know and they REFUSE to replace the one board because it was 2 days outside the 5 day window. We did not open the boards when they arrived as they were a gift for a graduation a few days later. Now, we have a $314 dented cornhole set for a graduation gift. Even though pictures were sent showing our son opening his gift, they refuse to replace the one board. In addition, one of the beanbag's stitching has already ripped after only 2 days of play! Ruben is completely not willing to back his product. When you spend that much money, it should arrive in excellent condition.We will surely find another cornhole company for our next order.They offered $25 convenience check, but that doesn't fix the dented gift. How about standing behind your product? Response to Ruben: That is a complete lie. Boards were received on Apr. 30th (when we were out of town), and I sent the email about damage on May 9th after the gift was opened. Your company even shows delivery as May 4th, and my email as May 9th which IS five days and within your window of time, so how is that 2 weeks? Why are you lying? Of course we used the boards, we were under the impression you would do the right thing and replace the damaged board. It isn't about the money compensation, that's why we refused the measly $25. We wanted a nice graduation gift that we paid $314 for. I am a very positive person, but we feel completely disappointed in your company because you weren't willing to rectify a situation that was caused by your shipping, using a lame "it's out of the window of time" argument. I hope we make at least one person think twice about doing business with you. Most of your positive reviews are from many years ago-it's obvious you have lost total sight of customer service and a solid product. I wish someone had warned us before we purchased from you.

Website Image, what I thought I was getting.

I was excited to receive my cornhole boards. The communication was great shipped far before I thought it would. My initial excitement quickly vanished when I opened the box. What I received is not close to what I ordered. The image online shows the entire board painted white with the image on top. The grey border is immediately adjacent to the blue border. The blue looks like the Air Force Blue. The "AF" logo also looks like Air Force blue and has the trademark symbol. I was comparing different companies and designs and liked the one I purchased the best until . . . What I received is NOT painted white, has white space between the blue and grey border, looks like Dodger Blue and the logo is NOT the trademark logo. Of course, screen image color can be different than actual, but this is not even close and other official AF logos on my screen look just like the colors on the Cornhole Antics website. The cinch bag with the bags was dusty, like it had been on the floor for a while. The actual AF logo has clean lines and corners, not the rounded corners and edges of the AF logo on the Antics board. The middle cross piece of the "F" is messed up; the end piece is too narrow and one of the corners (inside top) is not close to square. I could have bought a knockoff board for far less. This is not the board I paid for. I purposely bought this board because of the quality design and color scheme. I inquired about the refund policy in an email, prompt canned reply that I can return it at my expense and then they will refund. No explanation for the inconsistency or any concern it wasn't correct. No suggestion of a replacement. The response seems to be like, "oh well". The images on the website are misleading and do NOT represent the product I received and the good money I spent. There is no disclaimer stating the image may not be what you receive. This is the reason why brick and mortar businesses might survive. ****UPDATE**** I received a prompt reply from Ruben via email after this post - much appreciated. From the beginning, the customer service side of the business and ease of transaction is excellent. Ruben obviously cares about his business. My disappointment was related to the board I received not reflecting the image on the website and unrelated to the quality of construction. Customers need to have confidence that what they see and read is accurate. Thank you, Ruben, for quick response. Make those changes so customers can shop with confidence. Thanks.

I have a life fitness recumbent , exercise bike. The bike is a little over over 20 years old. A few months back, it started making noise after riding it for a few minutes. It was a loud noise, and you could feel it in the pedals. I was really worried that a major bearing was going out. After getting to the point where I was worried that I was doing damage to the unit I started looking for someone to serve it and tell me what was wrong. I contacted the manufacturer and they would have sent someone local out, but the price for the service charge was outrageous. I decided to turn to Yelp to help me find someone to service the bike, and that's where I found coast fitness. I called coast fitness and was put in contact with their service manager. He gave me some ideas of what could be wrong, and they were not nearly as bad as I was thinking. He gave me the price for just the service call, and it was reasonable.So I set an appointment for the next morning. The next morning , a super nice tech named Trisha came out and I showed her the problems I was experiencing. After listening to the noise, she said she was pretty sure that the bearings and my pedals were going out. She swapped out the pedals and then continued to listen for any possible thing that could be wrong with it , but there wasn't anything. I mentioned to her that I had contacted the manufacturer about getting a tech but how expensive it was. She said the funny thing is that they probably would've contacted Coast Fitness to come out and look at the bike. With the great experience I had , I would definitely recommend Coast Fitness for any exercise equipment that you have , that may need servicing.

My elliptical was serviced last week and as always, the job was well done. Their competence goes above and beyond. They are consummate professionals. This is not an accolade I lightly bestow upon them as they are the best in business.

The gist: I told…read moreBrandon Jones that I needed my driver to be a fairway finder. He turned my driver into a fairway finder. So very sorry, Brandon, that it's taken this long to finally post a review. I been swamped with overtime at work and not much time to do anything else. The story: Brandon asked me what exactly I was looking to accomplish with a driver fitting. I told him my distance is great but I rarely know where it's going. Especially after having lost 50lbs in 2 months my swing was just all over the place and was gaming a 65x tensei black which I think was just too much shaft for me after losing all that weight. Lost a lot of muscle mass and strength as well. Normal distance with driver is around 280 give or take but it could go anywhere and usually costs me too many strokes to contend in tournaments. I told Brandon I don't mind giving up some distance to stay in the fairway. After that initial discussion he got to work right away. It wasn't too long before we discovered a couple shafts that really tightened up my dispersion. Side note: with the weight loss my swing speed also dropped from 105+ to around 95+... sad I know. But I really wanted something I could just swing easy with and find the fairway. We ultimately went with the Ventus Blue Velocore 55 stiff and man did it do wonders. First round out with it I hit 11 fairways up from my avg of 5. The fairways that I did miss were one that I hit through the fairway on a hard dogleg right. The others were barely in the rough only a few yards and that's because I got crazy and tried to be cute and unnecessarily shape the ball. No need for that when the ball is already going to middle with very little effort. During the fitting with the ventus on, he told me to "get after one" which I did. Caught it great 293 in the fairway at 104 mph swing speed. So I could still "get after em... just not regularly. Avg swing speed down to mid to high 90s was getting me around 265 in the fairway and that's exactly what I was looking for. Given the flight that I play in on the usamtour, most holes for me, even at 265 off the tee, are still almost always driver, wedge on par 4s. Better accuracy with less effort. Brandon Jones got me just that. Thanks again, Brandon. Now if I could just stop working so much and actually play again to bring that avg up. New season starts late October so we'll see.

The guy gave me no answers or can't even hold a conversation and was too busy trying to get back to watching the Dodger game. I wanted to get my clubs fitted and didn't seem helpful at all. Didn't ask me any questions about what club I had or anything. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this business. Do not come here waste of time !
