Closed during regular business hours and the guy at the front desk said it's every second Tuesday or something... he stated it's only open for women. Too bad I left work early the only day I could this week and drove 30 minutes in traffic to make it an hour before closing just to sight in a couple of pistols before an upcoming course this weekend. I couldn't find anything on their website or business hours that stated this to prevented me from wasting my time or making it to another range that sticks to their posted business hours. Very disappointed with how the staff treated me yesterday. It's been a long time since I've gone shooting and decided to go with my aunt yesterday. I'm aware I'm very inexperienced, I shot the board and broke it. I let the staff member know and once they looked at it they let me know that I was going to have to pay for it which I had no problem with. They told us to pack up and leave which my aunt and I respected and completely understood. However the staff made me feel extremely dumb, uncomfortable, and embarrassed. Comments like, "aim better" and "wow who shot that" are extremely degrading. I went in excited and eager to learn and ended up leaving embarrassed and put down. Everyone starts somewhere, there is no need to bring someone down for not knowing. Instead I would have loved some tips or knowledgeable advice. Won't be going back. read more

The range itself is decent - for an indoor range that is. My issue is the stand-off type of vibes given from the staff (primarily what appeared to be the manager). They weren't rude - but it just wasn't exactly welcoming to a first time visitor. We observed how other visitors who have been there before were greeted and treated. The price was fair and targets were cheap. They had ample parking and was easy to access/find. I'd give it a higher rating if the staff was a bit less terse. read more

RISR indoor shooting range, This was my first time to a indoor range in 30 years. Was a little worried about not knowing rules and regulations of indoor shooting. But they made me feel comfortable the second I entered the door. I asked about several procedures like having 2 pistols on the counter at the same time. Pretty simple answer, keep the gun and especially the ammo separated so you don't put the wrong ammo in the wrong gun. They were extremely helpful and treated you with respect. The range was clean and very comfortable (even had AC right above your shooting area). They had much more stuff like archery lanes, gun rentals all of your targets ($1.50 each) $19.00 and $21.00 for lane rental (no time limit) I actually had a great time here. One funny thing that happened, my gun jammed and I could not figure out what it was. Called for the range master who looked at it and said yes, it works much better if you take the safety off. We both laughed a little. I explained I never use the safety and must of hit it accidentaly. Yes, I felt stupid. But nice to know, if you do something stupid (in good faith) they dont make you feel stupid. But bottom line it is a great place to go and you always feel welcomed. read more

Stopped in on Sunday 12/17 about 20 mins after they opened. Was pretty busy but we were set up with a lane right when we got in. They have a ton of different targets to choose from. A small group of us showed up here, and there seemed to be a little rush of people coming in same time. No big deal, hardly any lanes were taken, plenty of room for all of us. Now, the man giving us all the basic rundown of how things work there was on the side of rude, like we were all a bunch of children. All good at first since we were first timers at their facility, but didn't appreciate the approach. Also, before we arrived we searched the website to see what our limitations were as far as ammo and firearms. Well, turns out some bad apples in the past ruined it for everyone and now shotguns are banned. Would've been nice to see that on the website, but doesn't seem like they're too concerned about that. Now the attitudes. Was not feeling a warm welcome from any single person working here. Whatever, not a big deal but people come from far out to support the place, would be nice to reciprocate a respectful experience. Didn't get it here. I want to support a business who appreciates the business, absolutely didn't get that. Seeing some similar reviews here, I'm not surprised. Just want to reinforce that your business may not be appreciated depending how they feel that day. Pretty crazy. As a small business owner myself, I wouldn't be able to sleep at night if I treated people the way we were treated that day. Lastly, on the way out I expressed my thanks for allowing the time and opportunity to shoot, but the dude didn't even open his mouth and just kind of looked at us weird. We came in peace, and left confused. Update your website with more clear up to date info, and treat people with more respect, Upped it to 2 stars because there is no time limit, was pretty much the only stoke I got out of that whole day besides being with good friends. I give 4 stars because this is a good range. I was a regular here. But the only reason why I would come here is to shoot my rifles. Up to 308 cal. Just went in and found out they don't allow anything over 5.56 now. I might as well go to Magnum range down the street (which i used to but..) because 5.56 is the highest rifle caliber u can shoot there too and its closer for me. Honestly sucks but Riverside Indoor lost a customer. FT3 tactical in OC is my go to now. Indoor, allows 12 gauge shotguns and rifles up to 338 Lapua! So I'm willing to make that drive anytime. At 6 PM today, my boyfriend called and spoke directly with a staff member at this location. We were clearly told we could come in and shoot as long as we arrived before 7 PM. Based on that information, we drove 45 minutes through traffic to get here--only to be told the last two slots were already given away to another couple. This is absolutely unacceptable. If there were only two slots left, that should've been clearly communicated during the call. We wouldn't have wasted our time and gas just to be turned away at the door. We called ahead, followed the instructions we were given, and still got denied. Whether or not the couple that was let in made a mistake or not, WE were the ones who called. WE were the ones who were told we had time. This feels careless and disrespectful. I'm beyond frustrated and honestly expect this to be addressed--because your team's lack of communication directly wasted our time and cost us the opportunity to shoot elsewhere. read more

They help you do other state applications as well and there was a hiccup with one of mine and they didn't blow me off, helped me immediately to help me get it squared away. I brought my father in-law and best friend to come shoot here for the first time and had a very horrible experience with the older guys at the front. A few very bad things happened during my experience. First, we felt very unwelcome from the start, almost like a racist vibe. 2nd we had a worker lady come to our lane yelling at us about supposedly hitting the top board which we clearly showed her we did not as I thankfully took a picture of the hanging board before we started shooting. And lastly the guy quoted me wrong ammo pricing and didn't want to own up to his mistake and he even had it written down. All he said was im sorry it was a mistake and to take it to his manager which is the owner. They tried to even charge me for damage to the hanging board that was already there, only reason they removed the charge was because I had taken a picture before starting. I am so upset at this place as I come from a military family and will make sure everyone knows what kind of staff they got here so they don't waste their money. Ive never felt so robbed and unwelcome. Hopefully the owner sees this comment and makes it right. read more

(Read Before Coming To This Range) The 2 guys at the front of the desk were very unwelcoming and had a smart attitude. This was my first and last time coming here. One they're very expensive and also charge $5 for shooting the plastic clips that hang the target which is the first of my time seeing such a dumb implement (Scam) Second they have a 1 sec wait time before shooting another round which is completely utterly annoying. Lastly, we brought around three guns and the stations couldn't hold all of them so we set the ar on the chairs they provide and the owners got mad at us moving the guns around which I've never seen. Overall range is nice but the atmosphere and the employees don't know a thing about customer service. Would recommend the spot a few min down. read more

I was pleasantly surprised in coming here. Stopped by for a morning of fun. Usually I get funny vibes working at shooting ranges but this one was really relaxed. Finding the door to enter was interesting as it wasn't marked very well. Located in some industrial building close to the freeway, they offer shooting but I also noticed several axe/ knife throwing bays. Those did not appear open so I don't know the deal with them. The guy at the counter was chill. Way more chill than other places. He went through the required items. A different thing here was you pay for everything at the end. Need a target, just take one and pay at the end, There was no official rangemaster in the range area. The front desk guy was servicing the role with a window into the area. The range was a typical indoor range. The target trolley on bay 2 struggled to come back. You have to fiddle with the button to get it moving. Down side was no tables to stage your kit. Also the doors to the range didn't auto close well. Price for range for ~1.5 hours, 1 rental gun, 50 rounds ammo ($34), 2 targets, 1 ear pro was ~$80. Honestly almost 50% of that was the required ammo for the rental gun. Overall, I was pleasantly surprise. I would definitely come back here. I hope to have the same experience. read more

Been coming here off and on for a while from the Temecula valley. It's pretty convenient - right around the 15/91 - so it's Corona adjacent. Everyone is friendly, there are plenty of lanes, and I like that it's indoor and air conditioned. Definitely check it out if you want to let off a few rounds for fun. read more

It was my first time going to a proper private indoor range (not first time shooting) which had me a bit nervous. Once walking in they ask you to read the rules and sign off to acknowledge that, grab some targets for about a buck each, they check your ammo, and boom your off the the booth they assign you to. I wasn't bugged by anyone during my time. The staff there at the time was excellent and air quality was fantastic. Really appreciate the easy going nature but while still feeling safe.
