Post private session selfie with Neff!
Jessica P.

Every female needs Neff's training. My cousin and I took a private class with Neff. The amount of info I learned in the first 5 mins of our session was life changing. I now know what to do/handle a situation if anyone were to ever attack me. I know what to look for. I know how to gain control and defend myself. Our private session left us wanting more, we will be signing up for group classes for sure.

Condition yellow event! Best instructors ever!

As hard as it was dragging myself in there to work out because he really does make you put in work, it was so rewarding after the end of it. Trust me, there's times I sat outside the parking lot and thought "I just don't want to do this anymore, it's tiring," but I'm so glad to have gone all the way through because it was so worth it! I've had great weight loss to where I am so confident in myself again and I'm more comfortable taking pictures of myself and that's something you can't put a price on. He also taught me how to eat well, what to look for in food intake, and how to take these tools and use them on my own. I've noticed a big positive change in myself that Coley helped reignite. I couldn't thank him enough and I'm grateful he's turned into a friend.

I purchased an 8-session personal training package from Coley as a holiday gift for my parents…read more Since I don't live in the area and wasn't sure how consistently my parents would be able to attend, I specifically asked Coley upfront whether the package had an expiration date and whether it was transferable. He assured me it was flexible -- no expiration, and transferable to someone else if needed. That flexibility is the only reason I felt comfortable sending a lump sum payment. Shortly after purchasing, my dad had serious heart issues and needed a pacemaker. His doctor instructed him to avoid strenuous activity during recovery, which took several months. Once he was cleared, I reached out to transfer the remaining sessions to my brother, since my parents would no longer be using them. Coley refused, saying too much time had passed without communication. This is a complete reversal of what I was told at the point of sale. Nobody mentioned any window for "staying in touch" to preserve the transferability I was explicitly promised -- flexibility was the selling point that got me to pay upfront in the first place. Introducing a restriction now, after my father's medical emergency, feels like a bait-and-switch: sell flexibility to close the deal, then invent conditions later to avoid honoring it.

Visiting from out of town & want to keep up your workout routine? This is the place to go!…read more Today's workout was focused on building our core strength with a variety of exercises, finishing off with a burpee-run. So fun! The gym members were friendly & happy to be working out together on a Saturday morning. The trainers, Trevor & Manny, were helpful by correcting members form & encouraging by pushing everyone to keep up the hard work. You can tell this is a tight community built on strong relationships. I really enjoyed my experience & will be returning to Unleashed when I return to CA.

This is equally a tough review to write and one that I couldn't wait to get to. Words, and limited…read morecharacter space can never truly express the level of gratitude, and admiration that I have for Unleashed and it's trainers. When I began my journey two months ago I was 135 lbs, and had a body fat percentage of 23%. My idea of a crunch was to grab the remote control without knocking my bowl of chips off my stomach. I had accepted that physical fitness just wasn't in the cards for me. My self confidence had begun to decline, which is a bad thing when your career is based upon making others feel confident and beautiful. I was scrolling Facebook and seen an ad for the gyms six week challenge and was intrigued. It was close to my salon, and I'd be able to go before work. Best of all it claimed to be a FREE six week challenge. Now like all things in life nothing is truly free without a catch. The fee for the challenge could be returned to you as long as you followed the guidelines and met your goal. I had a choice to make and let me add nothing is a better motivator than putting some serious cash on the line. I decided both for my self esteem, and my health that this was a decision I had to make. I needed guidance, structure, and positive reinforcement. I had joined other gyms in the past with the best of intentions; I'd go for a few weeks and get burnt out both with having no clue what types of workouts I'd be doing, and having zero accountability, and training. A lot of gyms like to play the family card and claim to have a membership that is full of encouragement and friendship. Unleashed however doesn't only claim it, they are. I've met so many wonderful and inspiring people outside of the trainers and that keeps me pushing to reach my next goal. There is people of all body types, and ages. Everyone always greets you, and helps encourage you when you're feeling that burn and contemplating giving up. I would have never been so successful if it weren't for people who have no idea how much they impacted me. I'm a researcher and after signing up I looked into just how reasonable 6% body fat loss on six weeks was. Needless to say the internet had me petrified I had just lost a lot of money. The average was 1% in 4 weeks. I needed a percent a week. I'm so very happy to say that it is more than possible. I followed the meal plan, never missed a workout, gave it 110% each time. Not only did I meet my initial goal, I surpassed it by double. As I type this review I'm currently down to 118 lbs, and a body fat % of 11.5. The meal plan was the hardest for me to change, yet has become a new way of life for me and my energy, and sleep have dramatically increased. Where I use to dread going to the gym I look forward to my early mornings and getting together with an extended family and pushing myself even further. If you're looking to change your life, and truly willing to follow the advice from some amazing people I highly recommend Unleashed. They changed my life and I can never truly express my admiration for the family I've joined. This is one decision you will not regret!!!!

Drew helped me realize that losing the weight I had put on would no longer be a dream and could be my reality! It's been 2 years now since I have consistently been in the gym and I could not be happier with my results. Since joining Reign I have been able to make many connections and am now training in a women's group with Kiara! I'm in my mid 20's and meeting new girls who also love the gym like me is huge motivation to keep going! It's been 2 weeks and girrrrrrl let me tell you I have already seen a change! Johnny at the front desk is always there to greet you with a smile and ask you how your day is going! Overall my experience with Reign has been amazing and I highly recommend checking it out!

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this gym, and I feel that the way I have been…read moretreated has been disrespectful, intimidating, and racially insensitive. On a previous visit, I was specifically asked to scan my membership even though I had never seen other members being asked to do so. When I respectfully questioned why I was being singled out, the trainer responded aggressively and cursed at me, saying, "because that's the fucking rules." The situation escalated when other trainers became involved and started yelling at me as well. This happened in the middle of the gym in front of other members, and the police ultimately became involved. I reported the incident to management because I felt the behavior was completely unprofessional. I was told that something like this would not happen again. Unfortunately, I returned yesterday and experienced another situation involving the same trainer. I was simply trying to work out and deliberately chose not to engage with her because I did not want another confrontation. Despite that, she continued interacting with me in a way that made me feel uncomfortable and as though another confrontation was being initiated. Then, people she was training began yelling at me from across the gym and calling me a "pussy." I also want to be clear that I am a Black member, and based on the repeated way I have been singled out, confronted, and treated compared with other members, I feel that there is a racial component to how I have been treated. I cannot speak to anyone else's intentions, but the pattern has made me feel targeted and discriminated against because of my race. That is extremely concerning to me. I should be able to enter a gym, work out, and leave without feeling targeted, intimidated, or unsafe. Trainers and staff should be creating a welcoming and professional environment for all members, regardless of race. I already brought my concerns to management once, and unfortunately, the same situation has continued. I hope management takes this seriously and investigates what happened rather than allowing members to feel targeted or uncomfortable in a facility where they are paying to work out.

The place is always spotless too, which says a lot about how the team runs things. Shoutout to Steve -- he's an awesome trainer, always dialed in on my form and keeping me motivated. I've dealt with a knee injury, and for the past 6 months, he's consistently modified my workouts to keep me progressing safely without aggravating it. That kind of ongoing, personalized attention is hard to find; the process here is great too, well-structured and led by instructors who know how to keep the energy up. He is chill and doesn't stress me out with high levels of toxic masculinity. He is empathetic and in tune with how I feel on an emotional level. This lends a human hand of compassion and something I need in a personal trainer/coach. EOS has everything I could need to get in shape but having a trainer means accountability to show up. It's $50 a session but it's been worth it. Once I have a baseline fitness foundation I can work out without him but wow has he helped me get back into a routine!

Want to bench press at 11PM on a weekday? Adorable. So does everyone else in a 10-mile radius…read more I joined a gym, but somehow ended up participating in a live-action documentary about population density. Every bench is occupied. Every machine has a line. The sauna feels less like recovery and more like a refugee camp for exhausted gym-goers. The parking lot deserves its own reality show. Finding a spot requires the patience of a monk, the vision of an eagle, and the luck of someone who just won a scratcher. The craziest part is the timing. This isn't 5 PM after work. This is 10 PM on Sunday and 11 PM on random weeknights. Apparently everyone in town collectively decided sleep is optional and chest day is eternal. The staff has always been cool, and the facility itself isn't bad. The problem is that approximately 73% of the city's population appears to have the same membership. If EOS ever starts charging admission for spectators, they'll make a fortune because most of us spend half our workout watching other people use the equipment we're waiting for.
