I strongly advise against purchasing personal training sessions at this location. The Fitness Director, Andrew, was not transparent and gave conflicting information. I have written proof showing I requested to stop training, yet charges were still pursued. When I questioned it, I was told the trainer had already been paid for my sessions--but when I spoke directly to the trainer, he denied this. I've trained at other UFC gyms and purchased sessions elsewhere without ever experiencing anything like this. This situation felt misleading and unprofessional. Be cautious, review all agreements carefully, and keep records of your communications. Besides all that , this Gum is dirty !
