I also can not listen to my own music although I am utilizing active noise canceling headphones because the volume is too loud towards the bench press area. 2. I was trying to bring a guest and the front desk man was not very nice to my guest. I paid $1000 for my membership back in December. I regret it 3. Being kicked out of bike room in the midst of my workout due to a meeting. Although it is not everyday, it is once a week now. They won't give you five minutes to finish your workout. It's just immediate kick.
