The place is always spotless too, which says a lot about how the team runs things. Shoutout to Steve -- he's an awesome trainer, always dialed in on my form and keeping me motivated. I've dealt with a knee injury, and for the past 6 months, he's consistently modified my workouts to keep me progressing safely without aggravating it. That kind of ongoing, personalized attention is hard to find; the process here is great too, well-structured and led by instructors who know how to keep the energy up. Highly recommend, especially if you get the chance to train with Steve!

You can even repeat rounds or the whole round to your hearts content if you want to get an extra cal burn. You get to see your heart rate jump with their pulse tracker during your session. Oh, best thing, there are no class times! You go in once they are open and you have up to 30 mins before they close to get started on your workout. I honestly think that's the best thing for parents that can't commit to a class time and have busy lives or people with busy schedules in general. Thanks 9 round family for the warm welcome.
