The place is always spotless too, which says a lot about how the team runs things. Shoutout to Steve -- he's an awesome trainer, always dialed in on my form and keeping me motivated. I've dealt with a knee injury, and for the past 6 months, he's consistently modified my workouts to keep me progressing safely without aggravating it. That kind of ongoing, personalized attention is hard to find; the process here is great too, well-structured and led by instructors who know how to keep the energy up. Highly recommend, especially if you get the chance to train with Steve!

Absolute terrible customer service and predatory billing practices. This location is actively…read moretaking advantage of my mother. She has a legitimate doctor's note explicitly stating that she can no longer continue working out due to medical reasons. Despite us calling multiple times and offering to show absolute proof of her medical condition, the management completely denies it and continuously refuses to refund the money. They are still actively charging her account. It is incredibly shameful to treat anyone this way, let alone a senior with medical clearance to stop. Stay far away from this place, they care about your wallet, not your health.
