A Great Experience for Absolute Beginners…read more As someone with absolutely no experience in martial arts, I was initially very nervous about joining, but my experience has been fantastic! I've taken five fundamental classes so far: 4 MMA classes 1 Jiu-Jitsu class 1 Kickboxing Cardio class Why I Recommend It: Well-Organized Curriculum The curriculum is structured in a way that's perfect for beginners. Each class builds on the basics, making it easy to follow along and feel confident even if you've never stepped foot in a martial arts gym before. Supportive Coaches The coaches are incredibly skilled at teaching newcomers. They break things down clearly and provide personal attention to make sure everyone is comfortable. It's clear that they're passionate about helping people learn, regardless of experience level. Friendly & Welcoming Environment From the coaches to the other students, the gym creates a warm and supportive atmosphere. Everyone is kind and encouraging, which made it easy for me to feel at ease and motivated. Concerns Before Joining & How They Were Addressed: No Experience & Adapting to the New Environment I was nervous about fitting in, but the well-organized curriculum and the coaches' experience with beginners helped me adjust quickly. The environment is friendly, and everyone is willing to help out! Concerns About Smells As someone who's sensitive to smells, I was a little worried about the cleanliness of the gym. But I was pleasantly surprised to find that they clean thoroughly between classes, so there's no need to worry about unpleasant odors. Seems as you use that line a lot. We looked up the records, but we couldn't find you. I've heard that before. On another review from a couple years ago. I also heard how you took money out of somebody's account without them knowing you did the same thing to me. I didn't post that Thankfully, I got my money back. After I discussed it with you I was nice in my post. I even gave you one star and hoped that you would improve. But I could see that you don't know how to respond to an adult review here. Let me help you. It was expensive if you want people to go to your gym and you want to give the average Joe a chance to join. You should lower your prices and maybe you'll get a lot more customers. Hopefully you turn this review into a positive. Good luck with your Business All the best.

It what works for right now for my current schedule and I'm not mad about it! Which gives me time after work to do whatever I need to take care of! Trainers are great and they help give you that extra jolt to finish your workout in 30 mins. Yes, you can burn up to over 300 cals in a single workout which is amazing. You can even repeat rounds or the whole round to your hearts content if you want to get an extra cal burn. You get to see your heart rate jump with their pulse tracker during your session. Oh, best thing, there are no class times! You go in once they are open and you have up to 30 mins before they close to get started on your workout. But this is not a gym; it is a training facility where you work with trainers to tackle your physical goals. Next, this is about my trainer, Kevin Abandy. Kevin has been my trainer for exactly 8 weeks now and he is awesome! I made the decision to get a trainer after my birthday to truly invest in myself. You can invest in your own skills and education, but the return is almost always indirect. But with a trainer, specifically Kevin, I gained 8 lbs of muscle mass and lost 8% body fat (approx. 13-lbs of fat) after 8 weeks of training with him. Also, at the start of my training, I had back pain (from past injury to T12) and knee pains (from under the kneecap). Through Kevin's program and coaching, my pain has been reduced to near 0 with full mobility -- like squatting all the way down and up with 200-lbs of weight on my shoulders with no knee pain. I would give a 1-star review to keep it from getting crowded, but it would be hard for me to not tell others about the good that comes out of this place. My mom is 70 and she's training with Kevin too! And the story is the same for her... knee pains - GONE. Back pains - GONE. If you're reading this and decide to get a consultation with Kevin, please let him know you saw Alex's review so he knows his method is making an impact.

I've been working with Mia for almost 6 months now and have dropped about 5% in body fat and gained 7% in muscle mass. I would have never considered myself "overweight" but knew I needed to lose a few pounds. I've tried the traditional membership gyms but always found that I would lose interest or motivation. When I started inquiring about personal trainers, Mia was very prompt at answering. During our consultation I did a body fat scan and was shocked to find out that I was nearly 25%. We talked and I learned that it was less about the weight and more about body composition and fat/muscle percentages. Due to my work schedule we were able to meet twice a week for an hour a session. Mia adds good variety to our workouts and I definitively know that I push myself more during our sessions that I normally would have if I were doing the workouts by myself. She also places an emphasis on nutrition and offers advice on what to eat and what to stay away from. The last couple of years my diet has gotten progressively worse, and she's been a great help in getting me back on track. I've noticed that I've started making much healthier choices in the foods I eat. still have a ways to go but would highly recommend Mia for helping you get you to your goals!
