We have best coaches here, and it is the best boxing gym ever, it is like a family. Got a lot of great memories in the past five years.

I have to admit that when I came to this place. I thought. Wow, this is completely overpriced, but I gave it a shot anyways. Seems as I did need to get in shape but when I started, I expected to see my instructor teach the class, not his students. And I have to say that was off putting And for the price, I would have thought that the boxing gloves were included. Perhaps with future customers, you will cut them a better deal for us.It's just didn't seem worth it. Oo expensive Well, I put my picture up since you think I was afraid to put it up. I'm not afraid. I was just changing the picture. I have no problems. What I said in my review? That's what a review is. You're supposed to actually listen to it and learn from it and see how it can Better your business. But Lynn and saying that I wasn't part of that record that you looked up. I also heard how you took money out of somebody's account without them knowing you did the same thing to me. It's been about a month since my 13 year old boy has been taking classes here. It was the best decision we have made. He also demonstrates and explains to help the kids know how and why they are doing certain exercises and moves. I can guarantee you it is a super-duper entertainment class I am sure pleasured to have join I don't regret it at all. It's worth the money. The instructor is super understanding, funny, and such a good motivator who always sees the inner durability that one has. He overlooks on what goals you want to achieve and what he recommends, such as meals or work out guides. Class may be really tough at first, feeling like you can't do it but trust me I struggled at first, felt like dying, but the more I contributed with such effort my endurance/stability have gladly improved quickly. A couple months ago I was looking for a new gym to join and stumbled upon this place. I've been a member at LA Fitness, 24 Hour fitness, a couple Muay Thai gyms, etc. in the past, but really wanted something different. Ideally I wanted a gym that would challenge me physically and mentally, avoid the testosterone cesspit of a "fight gym" and not break the piggy bank. Elite Boxing Academy checks all the boxes for me and then some. The workouts are as hard as you want them to be. Admittedly I cheated on some of the exercises in the beginning because I was not in shape, but quickly got up to everyone's level with plenty of motivation from coach Carlos. As someone with previous fighting experience, I can really appreciate the help he gives during the exercises. I've always had a bad habit of dropping my guard, which always gets a "keep your hands up!". I've seen a lot of class instructors that are simply going through the motions, but coach Carlos really cares about what he is doing and pays attention to the details. All in all, i'm extremely satisfied with my membership here and would not hesitate to recommend this gym to my friends and family. read more

Classes are a good mix of activities that help you build aerobic capacity, build strength, lose weight, and (if you focus) learn some boxing technique. There are multiple evening classes throughout the week, but typically no weekend activities. Instruction is goal-oriented so attending continuously and having an ongoing conversation with the trainers will help you get where you want to be. The trainers are very helpful in this regard; if there is anything you need help with, just ask!
