Drew helped me realize that losing the weight I had put on would no longer be a dream and could be my reality! It's been 2 years now since I have consistently been in the gym and I could not be happier with my results. Since joining Reign I have been able to make many connections and am now training in a women's group with Kiara! I'm in my mid 20's and meeting new girls who also love the gym like me is huge motivation to keep going! It's been 2 weeks and girrrrrrl let me tell you I have already seen a change! Pretty shady gym. My 18 year old son signed up online and instantly regretted and called for a refund the VERY SAME Day after visiting the gym the same day .... They only wanted to refund half of the two month sign up... we waited and waited for a partial refund ... nothing. No call backs. Today, another charge. Don't go here. Johnny is shady and why the heck would he only be refunded a partial if he called to cancel the same day! and to top it off, there's still no refund and you're still charging my sons account! I honestly can't give this gym anything more than one star. The place is disgusting. It's always filthy, with trash scattered everywhere, and the bathrooms are a nightmare. Men are constantly using the women's restroom, leaving piss in the toilets with the seat up, and sometimes even leaving shit behind. There's no soap in the dispensers, so good luck trying to clean up after yourself. The gym seems to care more about trainers than actual paying members. Trainers monopolize multiple pieces of equipment at once and get mad if you try to use anything they're "holding onto." I once tried to get to a machine, and a trainer literally sprinted ahead of me, touched the machine, and claimed it, only to not use it for another 20 minutes while he talked with his client. Another time, I was using a cable fly machine, and when I moved to the other side, a trainer just jumped on it without even asking. What's worse is that the trainers are unprofessional. They act like they own the gym and don't care about anyone else. I've seen them give bad advice and let clients perform exercises with horrible form. One trainer didn't even pay attention to his client, just sat on his phone the whole time. Save your money and find a better gym. This place is a joke. read more

If you're here for equipment, this is a 5-star gym. If you're worried about billing issues, good luck! Back in May, I likely lost my debit card at the gym. Reign allowed someone to sign up for a membership using my card without verifying the name or identity of the person using it. I already pay for two memberships, and the third charge slipped under my radar for over six months. In October, I approached the front desk for assistance despite my hesitation (based on past interactions), and unfortunately, my fears were validated. Two staff members assured me a manager would reach out, but it took multiple follow-ups just to get in contact with Johnny. Now, weeks later, Johnny still hasn't resolved what should be a straightforward case of identity theft. While the gym's equipment is excellent, these billing and management issues reflect poorly on its leadership. The owner needs to invest in better training for front desk staff to handle situations like this professionally and efficiently. read more

I train with Kiara and have been a member here for about six months now, and I can't say enough good things about this place! Kiara is super patient with me and the most supportive/motivational person ever. Love her! I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern equipment. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help out. I had LA fitness before and was hardly ever motivated to go. This gym and Kiara changed that for me! I look forward to my workouts. I was referred to Gio and I have also referred him to others. I drive from Garden Grove to work out at Reign with Gio When our work out sessions are done. We stretch and he is always professional I have never felt uncomfortable in any way. The only reason I come to Reign is because Gio is my trainer and the only one I will work out with. This one is for Esme because she has changed my life for the better. There was no way I would've shown up to the gym without her support & kindness. We began training in august 2021- I was 80lbs & couldn't gain a pound to save my life. I was weak, dizzy & sad all the time. I would take 2 bites off a plate & be full. I didn't even fit into a size 00 jeans. My bones would ache & I had no energy to get out of bed. I was filled with anger, but didn't know why. After meeting with her, she put me on a diet & told me the results will show as long as I'm feeding myself right. After a week of committing to the diet, i noticed a huge change in my attitude. My husband and I started our Reign journey with Tait and he is an amazing trainer and worked with us and our needs. The gym has a great aesthetic and everyone is super nice! My problem with it is that there is just too much boxing equipment. I get that it is a great thing to have in the gym, but does it really need to be included in half of the facility? Also, there are so many people that have classes here including children which gets difficult to workout in certain areas considering the amount of room the gym has. One more thing is that majority of the treadmills make such loud noises for no reason and there are areas around the facility that can be touched up in general. I feel like if they bring in better quality equipment that can be utilized for bodybuilding and powerlifting it can be a great gym. read more

Dear Reign Training Facility, Do I think anything is going to come out of this? My hope is yes, but upon looking at the reviews on yelp, this may be a sad and empty attempt. Esme Araujo and I made a verbal agreement regarding payment for training sessions. Long story short upon my return from my holiday break I kindly notified her that I would not be able to keep training with her due to personal reasons and that I would love to finish out the four sessions I paid her in advance. My mistake was trusting a verbal agreement would be sufficient. Though I understand she is an independent contractor at Reign, I still feel that management should talk not just with Esme but all the trainers who have failed their clients, because it seems there are a few. Why? I don't remember at all signing a waiver to work out at your facility which If I owned the place, would be a cause for concern as that is a liability. The person I spoke to on the phone said "This happens all the time" "We can't do anything about it" I get why but how is having individuals who lack professionalism going to bring your business success? I would not feel comfortable coming back into this location knowing the person who wronged me was just given a "chat" about this and now I would be watching her do the same to other clients? What would be a proper solution? I would love it if Reign held its independent contractors accountable and if Esme took this opportunity to learn from her mistakes. I would love to talk to her about this but she blocked me. I wasn't disrespectful to her at all. I have been patient and amicable with her. At this point it's not about the money, it's about the principle. To the owner, Brian, people like this are bringing down your vision to reign over the fitness industry. To Esme, I am disappointed in you. I didn't know you long enough but you seemed like a nice person. Be Kind To Yourself! Karma is real my dear! my advice to you - Running away from the problem is never the proper solution. How are you, as a trainer, going to be successful when YOU can't even stay accountable? In the future, if a client is asking you for a reimbursement that you can't/don't (want to) give back the professional thing to say is "Unfortunately, I am unable to provide you a refund but here are my next openings, please let me know if you can make it and please send me any referrals you may have." Because honestly, I have two friends that I was ready to give your info to, I was just waiting for your reply but you blocked me. Then you texted that if I don't use my deposit the month that I gave it to you I lose it? LOL because you never established that plus!!! You acknowledged that I paid for the sessions in advance and upon my return, in January (which you knew!!) we would resume training. Another great idea to avoid mishaps and remain professional, ask your client to sign a contract. This is where I fell short as a client. If you would've offered me that solution I would have gladly taken it but I was met with disappointment. If anyone wants to train with Esme, I suggest that you bring your own contract or find a true professional. I spoke to someone at reign, and I was generously offered a six-month free membership that I will happily take if and when you open a facility in Orange County and if this inquiry doesn't void it.  I don't think just talking to her is going to be enough, maybe provide compliance, liability, and accountability training to these PT's and help set them up for success not just for them but for the business itself. I have sent this message to Reign and I am sharing this on Yelp to let future clients of Esme Aurajo to come prepared. I appreciate your time! read more

The only reason I'm giving a low star rating is because the level of care at this facility has fallen. You have teenager high school students letting their friends in after the front desk leaves. Incredibly overpriced for having to always work around the trainers and their clients. The last reason is for two years in a row I've been charged a very large amount for two memberships. There is no manager that keeps up with who's almost up and if we're interested in staying to renew its automatic charge no matter what. You would say if you have no intention of staying why don't you just cancel. Well great question, because nobody answers the phone, it's actually a voicemail that is full of probably more pissed of people. The front desk always has an excuse, I still don't know the manager and I've resulted in having to message on Instagram. It's been two weeks with little to none responses with no f's given. At the moment of this review it's been over a week and half with no emails, no call and a lie about returning my money. This is bad business, and I do not recommend. read more

The Main Street facility is great! Its state of the art equipment, clean bathrooms & cleanliness of the entire gym make for a pleasurable experience. However, the best part of this gym is the trainer Tait Afualo! He is always engaged with his clients (never on his phone) and always makes them feel comfortable. I also know he trains people of all walks of life: young people, moms, working professionals, student-athletes, senior citizens, etc.! They all have different workouts and they are always having fun! He even trains people online and does agility workouts at the park with athletes. He does an amazing job in training me & I'm no walk in the park. I've worked with a few trainers in the past and, hands down, Shari is the best! During each session, you can expect her to be completely focused on you and your goals. She makes you feel comfortable, safe, and like you're having fun even as she's pushing you to your limits. Since starting our journey together a couple of months ago, I feel the strongest and most in shape I've ever felt in my life. Plus, my clothes are fitting better and better every week which is a win! Gio has been my personal trainer for the past two years, and he's amazing! He's always been supportive of my fitness journey. I drive all the way from the South Bay Area to Corona to train with him every week. He has never made me feel uncomfortable in any way. Gio has always been respectful and very helpful in any way he can. I am shocked that someone would try to defame his character in that way. If you really knew him, you'd know that what is being said about him is the furthest thing from the truth. And to take a picture of him with his clients and post it on Yelp is a serious invasion of privacy. The gym is supposed to be a safe space for people to work out. I've been going to Reign on Main Street and it's spacious and has great amount of equipment and machines to use. I've also been training with Shari for a year now and I wouldn't trade her for anyone!
