Vanessa and the entire staff here are absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with so many smiles and positive energy it honestly makes such a difference. Vanessa was incredibly helpful and kind and you can tell she truly cares about the members. There's also another staff member who has been super helpful with guiding me on what exercises to do. EōS in general focuses on selling membership under the impression that it's cheap. I had signed up less than 15 days prior under the impression I was still able to cancel within 13 days without being charge an annual membership fee. The salesperson withheld the info that I really Only had 5 days to cancel for that to get waive When I went to cancel due to being unsatisfied with my experience, I was now being charged thw $30 monthly fee plus the $56 annual fee. If you like being overcharged for an overly crowded gym then this is the gym for you! read more

Gym is way over packed. I came in to activate my pass and they told me that nobody was here that could activate it. I came back the next day and waited over 40 minutes. EoS - Corona (15th EoS we've visited). Ah yes, another gym review... bc clearly the world was holding its breath for this fitness Yelp saga to continue. This gym off the Cajalco Rd exit has finally opened, and it's conveniently plopped right in the middle of someone's "I'll totally go if it's halfway" motivation zone. Cardio machines are upstairs bc what better way to warm up than with a hike up the stairs before your actual workout? The members are friendly, the staff is nice, and the whole place gives off strong "we don't judge your sweat" energy. But let's be honest... the real highlight? It's dangerously close to Cinnaholic!!! Because nothing says 'fitness goals' like sprinting on a treadmill and then immediately undoing it all with a gourmet cinnamon bun. I canceled my membership because you can't even walk in the facility. It's overpacked every second of the day! But there's really nothing to do in South Corona so I get it. Other than that it is kept clean. Only Thing I'd ask is if the staff could walk around and monitor the use of equipment. There are too many instances where teenagers or people in general are just hanging out with their friends and hogging up the equipment when others who are on a time crunch have to sit to grab a set or ask. Gyms shouldn't be this packed. Headcount should be monitored. read more

Worked out at EOS Fitness in Corona today and the gym looked pretty spanking new! Equipments and the facility looked super clean inside and a pretty big gym with tons of machines! The restroom was pretty clean as well and a nice vibe to the gym. Will be back in the future for sure! read more

I know there's a lot of negative reviews here and I want to preface this by saying, I was ready to put my boxing gloves on... But, Thank you God, that I didn't. I needed to remove my husband from my account and I was stressed out by this for a few days because I wasn't sure if I could do it in time. I sent an email and I had the decency to understand that business happens. So I called and I left a message and I happen to be in the gym today, so I asked for a manager. Tyler and Armando were extremely helpful. And without fail, Armando took care of my issue without giving me a hard time. As a matter of fact it was fixed soo quickly that I didn't even have time to blink. Tyler was really kind and wanted to make sure I was taken care of so he made sure I was directed to the right manager. I really appreciate it! Zero stars if I could. I have been trying to cancel my membership for over a year now. I signed up prior to gym opening, only to find out they don't have childcare for under 2. Why didn't they disclose that in the beginning? I wouldn't have signed up. Now they won't give me any of monthly membership fees back. I called and canceled & still they were charging me. I went in person to cancel again, and somehow still got charged $78 the following month. I've never even worked out at the facility. I've now paid over $350 to a gym I can't workout at, It's a joke. Let me begin with why I am no longer a member. I noticed I wasn't charged for my membership so I called to verify. After going back and forth, I was assured that my membership was still active. I went to the gym and surprisingly found some equipment available. Went to scan my thing and it said inactive! Okay! But not okay! I went to the front desk to inquire. I was told there is a note that my "boyfriend" came in and canceled my membership! So apparently anyone is allowed to walk in and cancel your membership without your consent or even confirming with you. How is this okay! When asked if I can reactivate it I was told "unfortunately not." Absolutely ridiculous. I became a member before they opened. This place is always packed. The towels are cheap so don't pay extra for that perk. Staff is rude. The good staff no longer work there. Don't bother going to this gym unless it's 2am! read more

So I have been a member for the last year, and I recently downgraded from the top membership to the 9.99$ membership. They told me they waived my fee, and I was initially happy with how easy it was. Then today I got a notice saying my bill is now 92 DOLLARS A MONTH! Not only did my subscription get downgraded, but the price is now SIXTY DOLLARS higher than I originally paid. The gym is clean and at times get packed but the staff is amazing. I had a free work session with Joseph the trainer manger. He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He explained the work out and what it does. After the session, and the amazing experience I had with Joseph, I signed up for a trainer. Joseph worked with my budge and fitness goals. This gym may be new and clean, but the front desk customer service was seriously disappointing. My husband and I came in for a tour as part of a 7-day pass, and the staff simply had us sign in and then left us sitting on the couch with no further guidance. It wasn't busy--there are no other customers and he had another person with him--yet Noah (his name) didn't acknowledge us, make eye contact, or explain anything about the gym. His demeanor came off as disinterested and unwelcoming, as if he didn't want us there. I had to initiate and ask whether we were waiting for someone, and when I asked about a promotion I had seen, he flatly replied, "I don't know, I don't want to give you false information," without any effort to follow up or help us find the answer. No enthusiasm, no friendliness. That first impression made our decision easy--we left and likely won't return, even though we live nearby. There are plenty of other gyms in the area, and we're already members elsewhere through work perks. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one missed the mark. read more

This is my gym & I like working out here. It has great features & many of the staff are very nice & friendly! There is one exception, there is this lady at the front desk, Tammy! She is absolutely horrible & don't understand how you can have this type of employee working the front desk, greeting people. She so rude & honestly just bitchy to customers for no reason. I have experienced it & have seen many complaints about her online reviews too, not sure how she still has a job there. You will lose business because of this lady. Think there are some growing pains here. I was curious about switching from PF to Eos. The front desk told me to register for a free 7 day pass. Turns out I couldn't get into the gym Same day due to someone calling off work and couldn't confirm my pass or something crazy. The line to get into the gym was like Disneyland. Didn't even realize this place had an outdoor fitness area so in the morning when I work out there for the sunrise, it's incredible because the sun literally rises from the backside of the building, which is where the workout equipment is it's nothing short of a great experience. read more

The place is nice enough looking and the parking is great. But I stopped in and asked if I could see the heavy bag area. I was politely told (and I'm not being condescending here. The employee at the desk was pleasant and seemed very nice.) but I was told no. I have to sign up. Then speak with a sales associate. I explained, but I would like to see the area and if it would work for me. Do you have a photo or can you just stand next to me while I peak around the corner? Again. No. We need you to give us information and speak with a sales associate before we can show you anything. I'm good. This could have been an annual membership paid up front and I'm happy. But I'm not giving a number and email and getting a 55 minute sales pitch to see the gym. As is, when showing interest. I already get a few emails, text and mail weekly. I'm not going to elevate that to get even more. So EoS, as a person with 15 years gym experience, from instructor. Desk. Sales. Management. Group training. Private training and everything to maintenance and cleaning. Take my advice. If a potential member asks, hey can I see this for 10 seconds. Don't stick to the, you need to hear our sales pitch. Sign up. Look at a brochure. Just say, yeah sure. Let me show you. If it last longer than 10 seconds. Say sorry, you gotta do X and y. Just the rules. But if it's less than 10 seconds. As stated. Just go with it. I've worked in places that charge significantly and had ridiculous sign up fees. But that quick courtesy gets people in the door and wanting to stay. However, now I'm out the door and I'm good. If anyone is in the area. Reign fitness is expensive. Sort of. Depends on if you've ever paid jiu-jitsu, cross-fit, Muay Thai memberships. But if you're just working out. Reign in dos Lagos is better. Heck. Planet fitness is probably better. So don't get upsold and cornered and sign on to sit through some awful awkward sales pitch. read more

I Ask for manager so I can give my sweet oncest opinion, no manager, sorry. After five minutes pointing out their genius idea... they let people go in. There was only staff left at this point , one dude doing the registration and about 10 people waiting. I ask how long it takes... about 10minute per person... wow. At 920pm. I go back to register as a guest, dude at front desk said no. There is no one at the front desk but him. You have to wait for the other staff to come back. I ask how long... he doesn't where the other dude is, no answer. customer service...is shitt. Do get me started. Finally got my registration, made me sign waiver and agreement. I didn't enjoy touring the place. The front desk staff were nice, but I was surprised by how rude the salespeople were -- no eye contact and they didn't seem to take me seriously. One of them even took my photo after I agreed, but I made it clear I wanted to try the 7-day free trial first, as advertised on their flyer. He clearly wasn't happy about that and ended up calling another sales rep, who was a bit more respectful. In the end, I'm glad I didn't sign up. They advertise $9.99 memberships, but once you're there, you find out that price only gives you access to very limited machines and areas. That's not right. No thank you! read more

Great place friendly people. Plus side is the towel service. Machines are available at the odd hours I go with my husband. Only disappointment that there was no pool at this location. Yet they are at the other locations. It was mentioned a cryo service but not this location. The selling of a membership can me misleading. Take the tour first before making the decision. I chose this location as it was closer to home and the pricing, prior to opening I may have stayed at the other local gym due to the pool and being local vs driving to another city. Would love they put a rule in place no phones or bags on the floor. read more

Like I said in my previous review, the gym itself is nice, clean, well-equipped, and the front desk staff was always pleasant. But the personal training management and upper management were incredibly unhelpful and uncooperative, and that completely ruined the experience. Here's my experience after the signup fiasco: - My sister was promised a personal training rate, only to be told later that it "wasn't approved by corporate" and couldn't be honored. If it wasn't authorized, why offer it in the first place? - She also submitted a formal report due to inappropriate behavior from some of the staff and that was completely mishandled. Her request for anonymity was ignored and they shared the information with the individuals she reported which made her feel unsafe and unsupported and this led her to cancel her membership altogether. - I was charged for my sisters training agreement even though we had completely separate training agreements, and my name wasn't mentioned in any of her paperwork. Despite calling over 20 times, I got no real help. Most calls were routed to an automated system, and when I did reach someone, they were dismissive and failed to follow through on anything they promised. In the end, I decided to follow suit and also cancel my membership. This place may have offered a great starting rate to use the facilities, but it was not worth any of the hassle. If you're someone who just goes in and out of the gym and doesn't interact with anyone, then this may be the place for you, but if you are someone who is looking for a safe and comfortable environment, where you can find support from the staff, then look elsewhere. read more
