They correct your form. I told them about my back issues, and they helped me modify the exercises without making me feel pressured or uncomfortable. Just communicate how you're feeling--they really listen! As a mom, I also appreciate the little kids' area. I brought my son with me one day, and he had a place to hang out nearby while I got my workout in. That flexibility makes such a difference. The gym is clean, comfortable, and well ventilated, with the AC and fans going. There's plenty of parking, the equipment is available, and even the bathroom is clean and thoughtfully stocked. The owner is so kind and involved. She checks in with me about weigh-ins and measurements so I can track my progress beyond just the number on the scale, including changes in body fat, muscle, and inches. I did my research before joining, and this has been such a great fit for me. It's a positive, welcoming environment with people who support you. Highly recommend!

The owner (Christina) along with her staff are always happy to help. I was in the military years ago and loved working out in a group. The camaraderie and support are two things that help push me. 24 hr gyms didn't do that for me. I hated to go to the gym. Then I found this place and knew i was where i belonged! In every class the instructor is always watching and making sure your form is good. The staff and members are all amazing and so welcoming. They offer Pilates (reformer, mat, tts, and chair), yoga (vinyasa flow & deep stretch), cycling, Zumba, TRX, tone & strength, and barre. Every class has a sign up list. Yaz's Tuesday Reformer 2 class is always a killer workout. I genuinely look forward to it every week. She's easily one of my favorite Pilates instructors. I haven't had any issues getting into a class, there's a variety of class types and I love the ability to go to different studios. I'd been feeling a little discouraged with my fitness journey. Then my sister shared Gino's transformation post with me, and the timing was everything. His message about trusting God spoke straight to my heart and was exactly what I needed to hear. It gave me that push to step outside my comfort zone and finally give Norco a try. This week has been amazing! Everyone has been so warm and welcoming, the classes are fun and challenging the trainers are excellent and the vibes are fire, and I already feel a renewed sense of hope and excitement for my fitness journey. We just had a little stretch session on the reformer followed by the sound bowls. These scented towels were passed out before we began and we each got an amethyst crystal. I LOVED the sound bowls. It just felt like such a perfect way to reset before the week. I'd definitely love to come back to this location & more events like this in the future would be amazing.
