Earned a yellow and white belt!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about AMA. My son is only 3 years old and literally counts down days until he sees Master Riggs again. He is so kind and patient and teaches my son the importance of discipline. We're so glad we found this place and look forward to bringing our younger child in when she gets bigger.

Master Rigg is truly fantastic with our son Noah. We are so pleased with AMA it's a wonderful place! Master Rigg is encouraging, patient, fun and you can tell he loves teaching. He is a true motivator. He is especially patient and works well with our son who tends to be on the hyper side. Noah is making progress and we are so happy to see that. All the children in the class are doing so well and are happy. So glad to be at AMA.

My son started when he was three and will be turning 5 at the end of the year. They have a family vibe and hold cool little get-togethers outside of classes which I think is awesome! They have been very accommodating and patient with our toddler and our schedule.

We moved over from another studio a few years ago. We loved the structure and organization of AMA. Both of our kids love going there. Our oldest son earned his 2nd degree belt a few months ago. Our second son is a few belts away to achieve his black belt. They are learning patience, respect, discipline, strength and skill. They are challenged physically and mentally, which is what we wanted out of it. Highly recommend AMA.

Joining the AMA Family is the best decision we could've made for our boys. I have two sons that are training with Master Rigg and they absolutely love it. They are amazing with all of the kids. Very skilled in taekwondo, I know my boys will continue to learn in this environment. They make the classes fun for the kids but also instill discipline; which was a big factor for me. Master Rigg and Master Mary are very family oriented and make this more of a family environment, rather than just a training studio. They go above and beyond for the kids, including hosting events for them to hang out together, make friends and have fun with games and pizza. We are so glad AMA was recommended to us!

I have a shy daughter and a crazy son and they both LOVE taking taekwondo here from Master Amador and Master Rigg!

Johnny knows how to keep kids engaged, guide them with compassion, and understands the hurdles they have. I forgot the man's name that lead the wrestling class today, so supportive, genuine, patient and makes children feel respected and giving them a sense of belonging. I can tell the kids that go there have learned companionship and leadership. Lastly, I made a financial mistake, it was handled and refunded so easily.

I also noticed behavior that came across as overly flirtatious toward other women around the gym. I was told anonymously by a friend whose son have trained there for some time now but (is now at another training school) that he is no longer with his wife and currently has a new girlfriend. His personal life is his business and i pray for his new relationship, but creating an environment where women feel uncomfortable is very unprofessional and comes off as a two timing man who uses his position of power to flirt and flatter other woman and does not reflect well on someone in a leadership position. It honestly comes across as inappropriate and disrespectful. As a strong Christian woman raising my son to be a faithful servant with strong values and respect for others, I take character and integrity seriously. I believe a training environment should feel safe, respectful, and professional for families and women attending classes. I expect a man who is leading young men in our community to be a strong faithful man to the woman he is with (wife or new girlfriend) Coach Rey is not a faithful man and i will not allow my son to be around that spirit.
