Just a heads up to anyone thinking of training with Kris Witherspoon, he cancels last minute & will take your money. He scheduled me for sessions and canceled with excuses 3 days in a row. He required a 24 cancelation notice otherwise my session would be lost, yet he canceled on me an hour before more than once. I only got one day of training when I paid for 8. He promised a meal plan. I never got it. I asked for my money back for the sessions I did not receive and he has yet to refund me. He never replied or held himself accountable. It is very unprofessional to do this & someone like him should not be in this profession. read more

Was getting trained by Brian I, absolutely the worst training I have every purchased, not only did he stop training me for absolutely no reason he is now leaving me on read and refuses to give me my money back for the sessions I have left and paid for, he terminated my training therefore he should've given me back my money for what I had paid for left, not only was this done to me this was done to my mom and friend who was also training with him, he now works at the new reign facility in Corona off main, DO NOT TRAIN with him unless you're willing to loose your money, and if you read this Brian I hope you do, you're a piece of work, unbelievable you'd do us this dirty. We all know during this pandemic most gyms are closed. So I decided to go to this fitness club for information. I wasn't sure if it was $48 or more a month. I walked in and there was I asume one of the trainers at the desk, so I asked him for information about there gym and he just looked at me as if he was bothered with my question. So I asked him how much was it a month, he responded around $99 a month and just looked at me so I said I thought it was $48 a month and he said, no it's around $99. I though to myself so what is it? I looked around and all the trainers are standing around not looking friendly at all. It felt like a cold environment not welcoming. I just walked out and looked on line for the information and it's $48 one time payment and $89 a month. Now why couldn't he have told me that and introduce me to the place. So I decided to go into club Pilates in the same shopping center, what a difference very friendly and welcoming. It's twice the price a month. I joined club Pilates. I rather be in a establishment I feel comfortable in then in a place where there's assholes. The owner should fire everyone there only because his bad reviews are due to ALL the trainers that work there. read more

When it comes to training facilities reign is a game changer . It has to be the best facility I've been too . They have state of the art equipment and it's open 24 hrs . I been on my weight loss journey for a few years now and I can guarantee you this is the best gym I been too where I don't feel judged . The environment here is phenomenal! No matter where you are on your fitness goals . The trainers here are excellent and will definitely help you reach your goals . I train with Dominic he's really attentive, informative, and patient .He's helped me so much on my weight loss journey ! This is truly a little Gem we have here in corona . I signed up for personal training here for about 2 months with Tyler. He's worked me hard! Training can be pricy, but it's been a good investment. The sessions have been invaluable to motivate, educate, and bring me closer to my fitness goals. The gym itself is a great space to work out in. Clean, tidy spaces, usually not crowded, and all kinds of equipment. It is more of a specialized gym, geared towards weight lifters and individualized/small group personal training so the atmosphere is more focused than a big box gym, but still fun. read more

I love this place. After trying so many places this is the one place I been looking for. If you're looking for a no judge zone, this is the place. The trainers are all very professional. My personal trainer Johnny Luca is awesome! He knows what he's doing. He's very patience and is always willing to work with you if you have any difficulty performing a work out. Ever since I started training with him i feel great (He does kick your butt sometimes) work outs are never the same, every day it's a different routine. I personally feel less stressed, i sleep a lot better, I've had lower back pain for years!! And that very first week i noticed a huge difference. My lower back no longer hurts and that's one reason im able to sleep better and I know their's a lot more to come. Staff is awesome. In other words the vive, the environment in this place makes you feel welcome. This facility is one of the best I have personally ever been to. I started training here about a month after it opened, and since that time it has only improved. The facility and trainers are very accommodating, it is always clean and well stocked, and it is very clear that the people working there take pride in being part of such a professional facility. There is always music playing, and what I think is a cool aspect, if you dont like the music, the trainers will immediately change it (I'm not a big country person when working out and like Rock or Rap, the trainers always ask everyone if the music can be changed and take turns putting on new music). All of the trainers work hard to help their clients, and even others clients. When my trainer took a vacation the other trainers all assisted me, without me even asking, to make sure I was still on track for my goals. The other review that says this facility is dirty and the trainers are "low level" is completely false. I see the cleaning crew working hard every day to make sure the facility is clean, ALL the trainers are highly trained and knowledgable, and this facility as well as everyone involved with it makes people feel welcome, and helps them meet their goals. read more

This gym is a complete fraud! We had paid in full memberships for a couple years and we're told both verbally and by email confirmation that NO additional charges were scheduled. We moved from the area and did not plan to renew our membership once it expired. But they took it upon themselves to charge us over $1,000 for a yearly renewal. We reached out via instagram because they have no functioning phone numbers and we continued to get half ass responses for over 2 weeks with no money being returned to us. Eventually we just called our bank and reported the business for fraud. A stop payment was supposed to be issued but somehow today two separate charges for $30 popped up in our email for "gym enhancement fees" even though we do not have an active membership. I will be reporting this gym again for fraud. We are not here to fund your over priced second location! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT sign up for a membership or training services here. read more

We had a bad experience with a male trainer here, we used to train in the mornings until earlier this year. He was extremely unprofessional and we lost all our money. This does not reflect on the gym, but definitely check out the trainers before you pay up and better yet join another gym that's a bigger chain. You get much cheaper rates too for the gym and atleast you get worth for the services you paid for. read more
