He genuinely cares about the shooting community and takes the time to make sure everyone is handling firearms responsibly. Don't be surprised if he asks you a direct or seemingly random question before allowing you to proceed to your lane. He's not trying to give anyone a hard time--he's simply making sure you understand firearm safety so he can do his job of keeping everyone safe around live ammunition and firearms. The range is well run, professional, and welcoming to both new and experienced shooters. It's refreshing to see an owner who takes safety seriously while still creating a friendly environment. I will shoot here every chance I get and highly recommend Beaumont Indoor Shooting Range to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and professionally managed place to practice and improve their skills.

Credit Card information is required to be written down on paper in order to shoot here, including the security code on the back. It would be nice to think most people are honest, but heck if this information is used for the wrong reasons, dishonest employee and/or stolen, etc..., anyone could potentially use this information to purchase items online or create a duplicate of your card. In general a credit card can be run without this code, as it is intended for online purchases only. If you have already left your card with this business you may wish to contact your cc company and make sure there that you have no unusual or fraudulent charges. You may also want to ask your credit card company for their recommendation and see if they recommend canceling the card and requesting a new number. In addition, the facility requires an online electronic waiver. While many clubs have gone to online waivers, this is the first gun club that I have encountered which has chosen to use a 3rd party OUTSIDE of the United States. To shoot here you are required to provide your personal information including your driver's license and birthday using a website based in New Zealand?! While, the gun club claims your information is secure, this is true until it is no longer true. History has shown that many sites claim things are secure....Adobe, Ancestry, Sony, Target, Experian (a few of the big ones)...the list goes on. In fact, there have been over 250 significant security breaches of electronic data since 2004. What some may also find troubling is that this database, while being created by the gun club, essentially becomes a database of gun enthusiasts, guests, and many gun owners. Hopefully they come to their senses and realize the risk to their guests that this creates! Certainly won't be using this facility ever!!!! read more

We delivered food to this place and was assaulted by the owners daughter's husband. We were on phone with Allison Rangel, getting her location, a golf cart came screaming up to us with 2 young men, screaming for us to stop, I wasn't even going anywhere, they were so aggressive, I ignored them and went to where Allison on the phone told us to go, I was going less than 5 mph the whole time on property until now. The man hit my mentally/physically disabled senior citizen husband, full of white hair, so am I we are obviously seniors. Followed us to where Allison asked us to go, and he hit my husband took the food and screamed FUCK YOU. Husband said, "wow, God bless you. Ian Rangel continued to scream, you would know if I hit you, fuck you come back here. I told husband get back in car and stepped on it. He threw a flag pole at my car and tried to hit back windshield. He missed. I then proceeded to contact the app to report them and next is a police report. THIS PLACE IS DANGEROUS, THEY HAVE GUNS AND THEY ARE AGGRESSIVE. This is the owner's daughter and husband. Be safe, these people are unhinged and rude. We called Allison and she said he was well within his rights to attack us. read more

The Redlands Shooting Park is a super fun clay target venue with numerous clay target games from traditional trap and skeet and International Olympic Bunker, to newer Sporting Clays and exciting ZZ Bird (Helice). This range offers numerous programs and lessons for beginners and all sorts of leagues and competitions for beginners and experts alike. This also includes California State Hunter Safety Classes. Great family and group fun. There is currently a beginner game called a BINGO card where shooters try all sorts of clay target games that get checked off for chance at all sorts of valuable prizes. Large fund raising groups and celebrities have been seen raising money for Disabled Vets and homeless housing programs. If you are lucky you will see an occasional Olympian training to bring home Gold for our U.S.A. Team. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rental equipment is available. Ordered 50 lbs. of reclaimed lead shot from Redlands for $65 including shipping. It must have had a rough journey in shipping as when it arrived, both bags were torn and approximately 10 lbs of shot had spilled in transit. I wrote them an email explaining what happened and an attached photo. They responded very quickly via email apologizing and quickly sent out 2 new bags and 10 lbs of additional lead shot. Trap, Skeet, International Trap and Sporting Clays; Redlands Shooting Park has it all. The staff is welcoming and informative. Many of us old timers are willing to help show newer shooters the ropes, and the staff is willing to offer whatever guidance is needed. There is some sort of competition nearly every weekend so if you want to test your skills, there are ample opportunities. You can purchase ammunition at the range for use that day and skip the line at Walmart. Highly Recommended. read more

We moved because the staff, equipment, targets and support at Redlands was outstanding and we never looked back. He then gave me about 36 rounds, told me to grab a new target, and said he'd meet me in a lane. Long story short, he spent 10-15 minutes helping to figure out the problem and got me shooting in the right direction ;) at no cost. I didn't expect that at all and couldn't be more grateful for his time. I also met Steven, the owner, who was just as friendly and took time to answer my questions about purchasing specific firearms. At no point did I feel like a burden. Thanks again for your time, I'll definitely be back, even with a 30-40 minute commute. It's worth it.

There were some trees near the parking lot for shade. Checked in at the mobile trailer office. Luckily, there was air conditioning inside the office. We signed an electric waiver inside the office and were emailed a copy of the waiver. Paid $10 for one token which gets 25 clay targets, $15 for one box of ammo, and $20 to rent the shotgun. Got some ear plugs there for $1. They sold protective eyeglasses for $13.99. Weird we paid with cash, but did not get the cash price. After we paid, a staff member came to get us and walked us to the shooting area. The shooting area had a shaded picnic table to put our stuff. We handed our token to the staff. Each round of shooting (25 clay targets) takes anywhere from half an hour to an hour. Didn't receive much instructions from the staff, but we figured it out. Don't point your weapon at anyone, and always have the safety on until ready. Overall, it was really fun and would return to shoot again.

Long story short that broke the camel's back for me. I was at the 50 yard bay shooting a pistol with one hand, at a steel target provided by the range. Shot one handed here before with no issues. A younger Range Officer yelled at me and said what I was doing. I calmly replied back with no demeanor or with a rude attitude. I guess he didn't like me replying back to him when I answered his questions, then the middle aged Asian American Range Officer quickly comes up to talk to me. I replied calmly to him too, I apologized to deescalate the situation and he still kept being a fat d*ckhead. Then the old geezer Range Officer in his 60s who talks like he has sh*t stuck up his ass, I think he's the master of them, comes up to the bay and talks to me. He also didn't like it when I calmly replied back, it made him even more mad. If ya have a tough skin you'll be fine. The Range Officers are rude, except for one. Don't talk back to the Range Officers, they don't like it haha. Maybe you'll have a better experience here than I have. Won't be coming back here sadly.
