I've been shooting with these guys for a few years now. Excellent bunch of folks. They hold a match on the first Sunday of each month.

I've been a member at Magnum Range for a while now and currently have their highest tier…read moremembership, the Pro Plus. For me, it's been well worth the money. One of the biggest benefits is the convenience. I can reserve a lane ahead of time, bring my own firearms, including my AR 15, and I don't have to pay a range or lane fee every time I come in. I can also bring one of my kids with me, which is something I really like. The free gun rentals are another big plus because I can try different firearms without paying a rental fee each time. Most of the time, the only thing I'm paying for is ammunition, which I get 15% off, and maybe a target if I didn't bring my own. Having the membership has actually made me shoot a lot more often. Before, I might think about going to the range but decide against it because I didn't feel like paying a range fee just to shoot for a short time. Now I usually go at least once a week and sometimes twice. I don't always stay long either. Sometimes I'll shoot three or four magazines, work on my fundamentals, and call it a day. For me, it's about staying proficient because of my line of work, but I also enjoy improving my skills on my own time. Being able to stop in for a short practice session without feeling like I need to stay for hours to get my money's worth makes a big difference. The staff has also been good to deal with, and overall I've had a very good experience here. If you shoot regularly, especially if you like bringing your own rifles or want to practice consistently, the higher tier membership makes a lot of sense. I definitely get my money's worth out of it.

The employee informed me "that's the way it is - the temperature outside is the same as the temperature inside." Other than that, its a great place.

There were some trees near the parking lot for shade. Checked in at the mobile trailer office. Luckily, there was air conditioning inside the office. We signed an electric waiver inside the office and were emailed a copy of the waiver. Paid $10 for one token which gets 25 clay targets, $15 for one box of ammo, and $20 to rent the shotgun. Got some ear plugs there for $1. They sold protective eyeglasses for $13.99. Weird we paid with cash, but did not get the cash price. After we paid, a staff member came to get us and walked us to the shooting area. The shooting area had a shaded picnic table to put our stuff. We handed our token to the staff. Each round of shooting (25 clay targets) takes anywhere from half an hour to an hour. Didn't receive much instructions from the staff, but we figured it out. Don't point your weapon at anyone, and always have the safety on until ready. Overall, it was really fun and would return to shoot again.

Was the reserved bay actually available for us because we booked it close to a year in advance? NOPE. This happened to us THREE SEPARATE TIMES. I truly don't understand how this range is managed. The staff is complelely incompetent. It is a complete mess. They don't honor your reservations. They make you move all of your targets and equipment so another group and have your bay. It's absolutely ridiculous. The facility is falling apart. The bathrooms are porta-potties that dirty, nasty and smell horrific. It's sad to see this facility circling the drain. Specifically when the Olympics use to be held here.

I had a great experience purchasing my SIG Sauer ROSE and Smith & Wesson Shield Plus here. I…read morechecked in around 1:54 PM, was called up by 2:30 PM, and had everything completed by 3:26 PM, and that included looking at a few different handguns and asking plenty of questions. The process was smooth, organized, and there were no long lines like I've experienced at some of the big-box stores. Audrey was outstanding. She was knowledgeable, patient, answered all of my questions, and even price matched to help keep my costs down. I never felt rushed or pressured into buying anything. Buying firearms can sometimes feel like a long, drawn-out, all-day process. This was anything but. The entire experience was relaxed, efficient, and professional from start to finish. I'll definitely be back for future purchases and would highly recommend them

An hour and a half for a simple pickup is completely inefficient. While I don't blame the new employee who helped me...he's still learning and experienced staff need to shadow new hires every step of the way until they are fully proficient. Training shouldn't come at the customer's expense. There were 7 employees plus a manager present, yet only 1 cashier open. I waited nearly 30 minutes in line just to pay because the customer ahead of me was struggling to download Venmo. When I politely suggested checking out the rest of the line while he set up his app, the cashier rudely told me that "his customer was first." It wasn't until the manager gave him the exact same instruction that the line finally started moving. The manager seems reasonable, but the rest of the staff need to realize that paying customers shouldn't be held up by tech troubles or tire-kickers. Basic common sense was lacking today, and I won't be returning.

I'm a beginner, but I went with someone who knew what they were doing and helped walk me through everything. What stood out to me was how clear the safety instructions were. The range did a good job making sure everyone understood the rules, which made the environment feel very safe. Overall, it was a fun experience and I'd come back.

I was visiting from out of town (Oakland, CA) and stopped in to shoot. It was a weekend afternoon,…read moreso there was a bit of a wait. All in all, it was worth the wait. The staff were welcoming and friendly. It sounded like they made special accommodations for myself and some other shooters, by opening up the "tactical" range, since there were no members shooting at that time. That was awesome, because it got me on the range sooner. I also brought with me a new firearm - Canik Mete MC9LS with a new optic. I forgot my regular range bag with my tools; however, the range staff allowed me to use one of their tools to adjust my new optic. I don't know how the targets move on the regular range, but on the tactical range, you can push buttons to automatically set the targets at a specified distance, move the targets manually back and forth, and automatically have the target return. Best of all, the prices were very reasonable. $20 per lane and $0.50 targets - WAAAAAY better than prices in the Bay Area. If I were a resident of the area, I'd definitely become a member. (I overheard one of the staff members informing another customer of the benefits and price.). Top Notch outfit in my opinion.

We ended up coming here to do a PPT since it was in the middle for both of us. Finished everything and on the way home got a call there was a small error on the paperwork , luckily they were able to fix it on their end. Fast forward to this last experience, Took my 2.0 in for a port/window and Cerakote job. Was given 2-3 week time frame. Messaged them 2 weeks in to get an update and see if it was possibly ready. Responses I got made me feel unsure what was going on but just let it be and decided to wait for them to follow up for my pick up. 7 weeks passed by and I had not received any update or heard from them so I decided to send a text. Turns out my gun had been ready. Went to pick it up, and they gave it back to me completely disassembled (springs, cover plate, etc.) with the parts in a bag. I Asked if they don't put it back together since I brought it all put together and they had taken it apart. Employee said a gun smith just came in so he can ask them. Other employee at front asked which gun it was then said he would do it because gunsmith doesn't work on that. Began to work on it then said he realized it was my order and mentioned how there was something with the Cerakote being super thick and that a part wasn't sitting right and ended up having to take it to the back. Brings it back out together which is when I saw how the screw wasn't sitting flush and looked like maybe it was stripped. He took it to the back again and fixed it. (I noticed the sights were also scuffed up a bit but didn't even want to bother with it at that point) Only reason I'm doing 2 stars is because I liked the cerakote and port/window job. (Yelp won't let me organize the order of the images so I numbered the order on the picture)
