True professionals who go above and beyond for their customers! I had a bit of a rocky start regarding a transfer and a new law (AB 1127), but the way the folks at Blue Collar Firearms handled it was exactly how we all wish everyone would. Instead of just saying "no," Tyler spent over an hour on the phone with the DOJ to get absolute clarity. He called me back the next morning with the green light to start my DROS. What a boss! He was genuinely excited that my firearm was allowing to be released to me. FYI: he's got all 411 on ARs! When I went in, the vibe was incredibly warm and welcoming. Todd (the owner) personally made sure to express he wants my first experience in the firearms world to be hassle-free and fun. Ian walked me through the entire DROS process with patience and helpfulness, showing me the ropes and he gave me a tour of my new handgun. Answering all the questions I had with passion and expertise. This isn't just a business; it's a family that cares about this community. Their willingness to listen, research, and to be open to when things change is exactly what makes a great FFL. If you want a shop that has your back and actually communicates, this is the place. Huge thanks to Tyler, Todd, and Ian! read more

Phone services is good. They have good variety but God are they ever open? Came twice and the are closed. They don't open till 11? Ok? And not open on Mondays ? What is this a barber ? Was hoping that since they open so late they would be open late right? Nope close at 6 which is earlier than their competitors... last time I'll purchase here because of scheduling services. Also had to wait some time for regular 12G target loads to come read more

Came to the store after seeing positive feedback with the customer service her & they were spot on! Initially started with a friendly young guy (bearded) and we held a few recommendations. In further talking - He suggested I talk with Trisha about shooting with a group of ladies in Riverside! Trisha came over and spend a good hour with us (my husband & I) explaining that a gun should be a fun thing first & then for safety. She invited me to come and join them on Tuesday to learn more about guns & get comfortable with everything. I would not only recommend coming to check out the store buy also making your purchases here @ Blue collar firearm. Trisha has been in the business for along time & is very knowledgeable in her business!! Thank you for taking the time to share & teach in the short time we were there!! read more

I recently moved to the area and after finding my new doctor's offices, I had to find my local gun shop. I poked my head in a few shops but when I met Blue Collar Firearms, I found my place. The staff is extremely kind, they are helpful with questions, and their FFL transfer policies are unmatched. I hesitate encouraging you to check it out, but only because I don't want long lines, but that's purely selfish. Give these guys your business. Trust me, you're the one benefiting. read more

Never heard of these guys until someone from Calguns wanted them to do an ammo transfer for us. They don't charge for it! (Oh the $1 background check they do take btw, but not the 30-50 that some stores charge. ) Who does that these days! Well, these guys do. I just recently purchased ammo, and my wallet got stolen. They stored the ammo till I got my new cards in and promptly did the transfer afterwards. Great customer service, and would definitely reccmmend them as your ffl of choice. They also usu. have an assortment of firearms for sale. Never seen their shelves empty. read more

This continues to be my favorite California gun store. Even though I live in Arizona now, they do awesome work on concealed IWB kydex holsters. (LEOSA) and when I order holsters and mag pouches, they are super fast and make really comfortable IWB holsters. So, I keep ordering from these guys. It's always great service, and Tyrel is always super helpful. Good job guys, you're always appreciated, and I'm always treated great. You get FIVE stars. Thank you! read more

This is a great gun shop! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had online ammo received by Blue Collar Firearms . Can't say enough good about this store and the staff. Trish and Todd the owners are top notch. Friendly and helpful. Todd found spent time finding the exact red dot for my Sig and Trishc took care of all the paperwork. The gun I wanted was on consignment, and before paying I asked Todd if he had shot it. He had not, but offered to put a few rounds through it and call me the following day. Which IMHO is pretty cool and a great business strategy for guns on consignment. Which makes me feel comfortable that the owners are behind what the sell. And have firsthand knowledge of their merchandise. I also dropped some money and a sales associate picked it up and handed it to me. So needless to say I'm a huge Blue Collar fan these days. Customer service is a big deal to me, and BCFA has it mastered. No pressure sales, and everyone takes the time to answer your questions. Prices are fair and they have a fantastic selection, especially with regards to PPT. Several guns that aren't on the California roster. And yes they are a little more $. But being a citizen in California comes with so many 2nd amendment restrictions, its a small price to pay to get exactly what you want and have been looking for. Will continue to shop here for all my gun needs. read more

These are the friendliest people in retail firearms. They're doing the best they can in light of the current pandemic situation and to be fully compliant to all federal and state paperwork requirements. One of the best gun stores in the Inland Empire. Great customer service from knowledgeable staff. Check out their shooting simulator.

Little known secret: BCF doesn't charge a FFL fee for transferring ammo (in) on your behalf. For context, I called a half-dozen firearm/ammo shops in the IE and prices were everything from $75 per transaction to "We don't do that", with BCF clearly being the winner. I had some very hard to find stuff shipped in from a private seller in FL (not even a FFL himself) to BCF and it went perfectly. Three things to keep in mind: 1) The buyer has to track the ammo inbound to BCF and come pick it up when it arrives. They will not call you, think of it like having a PO Box and waiting for a package to arrive. - They did check my ID against the mailing label/invoice though. 2) If there isn't an invoice in the box showing that you paid taxes on the ammo in the origin state- including CA- they have to charge you CA sales tax. 3) I post this for the benefit of others given how big of a hassle it was for me to find a FFL that would work with my seller, much less a unicorn like BCF who charges no fee at all. FOR ANYONE WANTING TO USE THIS SERVICE AT BCF: Don't F it up for the rest of us by having a pallet of ammo shipped to them. Be respectful, ship reasonable quantities in and be nice when you pick it up. These guys were very cool during the transaction and are obviously secret heroes charging $0.00 for something another shop wants $75 And while you're there, maybe buy something from them! Thanks again BCF! 2020 edit: You'll now have to pay the $1 DROS fee when picking up ammo, but you'd have to pay that anywhere. read more

This is not a good place to buy a firearm they have fair prices but the wait time is super long I recommend Turners

Super fun shop. The staff here is awesome. They don't discriminate against anyone. They're really patient and informative with new gun owners. Very welcoming. I find that at certain gun shops if you're not an experienced gun user they can make you feel pretty out of place. Not here, everyone is welcome and the energy is great. They have a good selection of stuff to choose from. If you want something that they don't have they can get it ordered for you. I'd definitely recommend this shop to new or experienced gun users. read more

I went to this place looking for a rifle (ar15) . The gentlemen who helped was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I told him I knew very little about what I was looking for and didn't really know what I wanted or needed. He answered all my questions and was very patient. He showed me how they worked to help me understand things better. He explained to me some updates and why they had to be a certain way. He also showed me different configurations available if needed. Although I did not purchase from them he had excellent customer service. I took my test there for firearm safety and they laminate it for you! Great mom and pops place to support local.
