True professionals who go above and beyond for their customers!…read more I had a bit of a rocky start regarding a transfer and a new law (AB 1127), but the way the folks at Blue Collar Firearms handled it was exactly how we all wish everyone would. Instead of just saying "no," Tyler spent over an hour on the phone with the DOJ to get absolute clarity. He called me back the next morning with the green light to start my DROS. What a boss! He was genuinely excited that my firearm was allowing to be released to me. FYI: he's got all 411 on ARs! When I went in, the vibe was incredibly warm and welcoming. Todd (the owner) personally made sure to express he wants my first experience in the firearms world to be hassle-free and fun. Ian walked me through the entire DROS process with patience and helpfulness, showing me the ropes and he gave me a tour of my new handgun. Answering all the questions I had with passion and expertise. This isn't just a business; it's a family that cares about this community. Their willingness to listen, research, and to be open to when things change is exactly what makes a great FFL. If you want a shop that has your back and actually communicates, this is the place. Huge thanks to Tyler, Todd, and Ian!

She was knowledgeable, patient, answered all of my questions, and even price matched to help keep my costs down. I never felt rushed or pressured into buying anything. Buying firearms can sometimes feel like a long, drawn-out, all-day process. This was anything but. The entire experience was relaxed, efficient, and professional from start to finish. I'll definitely be back for future purchases and would highly recommend them

I tried to wait patiently the last time but got discouraged and left. Apparently they don't care either. I explained to the lady at her desk next to the front door that I couldn't wait any longer because there's to many other places I could take my business to. She politely said, "that's ok, have a nice day". My feeling is that this family owned business with which seems like at least 10 employees (including office staff) have unfortunately lost all care and concern for new Customers. I gave the 2 stars because I also bought my gun there the month prior. But even then I never felt appreciated. The whole staff, they wander around doing their own thing and completely ignore walk-ins. Got a question, take a #. Never again will I return to this store and I would not recommend them to anyone.

If you are a reloader, have a question, why do I get so many fliers, must be one per ten, twenty shots? Or just want to chat, ask questions, look around. Listen in to others talk. If they do not have what you want, or need, they apologize and order it. I shoot extra long distance, for my health. Better control over lungs and heart. They remember me, yet only see me once/twice a year. Dumb questions? No such thing, unless you do not ask.

Outstanding range day with great fellowship!…read more Brought a group of close friends and our wives out to Route 66 Shooting Park, and it was a top-tier experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire day. The Highlights: - Great Discounts: They offer a $10 discount for medical professionals. With a lot of Filipinos in the medical field who love exercising their Second Amendment rights, this was a massive hit with our group. - The Steel Gallery is a Must: We started in a private lane but lost some time setting up paper targets. Pro-tip: The ground is hard, so hammering stakes takes some effort, and definitely don't use PVC pipes if you are shooting shotguns! If coming on a weekend, go early morning. Moving over to the steel targets completely saved the day. There is nothing more satisfying than hearing that crisp **"PING!"** every time you land a hit. Family & Fellowship: While the guys had a great time, the ladies actually had an absolute blast. They took over the line shooting rifles, shotguns, and various pistols we brought along. A huge shoutout to the excellent Range Master at the steel target range who kept things safe and fun. It was a phenomenal day of solid bonding and making memories. We already can't wait to come back!

I've passed by this store numerous times, but for some reason I had never thought that they would sell firearms since there are probably only a handful of pawn shops in the area that do. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and went straight to the counter to take a look at the vast selection that they offered. There were plenty of new and used options but with everything from handguns and revolvers to over/under shotguns and .22 caliber plinking rifles. I'd say a good quarter of the store is dedicated to firearms and ammunition. I was assisted by Anthony, who was very friendly and knowledgable with the firearms that were in stock. We talked about various pieces that were on display, discussed some current gun laws and he even showed me a collectible Side-by-Side Double Barrel Shotgun/Rifle combo that the store has in its private collection. I ended up leaving empty handed, but my experience with Anthony was very pleasant and cordial. I can't really comment on the "Pawn Shop" aspect of the business. Just keep in mind that they are in the business of making money and their business plan is to buy low and sell high.

The reason for the three stars is because I asked a question regarding permit reciprocity and the instructor told me I was wrong and in a demeaning way asked me where I am getting my mis-information from. Welp. I got my information from a QR code to USCCA which was taped to every students desk in the class right in front of our faces. So i guess the problem would be with USCCA? But also you should know what kind of information you are letting third party companies supply your students. Overall very good.
