They're opened whenever they want to be, not the time they have up online. Their communication is horrible. They don't answer their phone. I was literally in the store and watched as somebody called and the blatantly ignored the phone even though there were workers not doing anything. They also chat a lot with each other rather then just getting the customers need met. read more

Been here a few times, the sales crew is rather chatty, but that's were the hospitality ends. For paintball they will not sell an oring, although they offer a service to install one (which they have but you cannot buy) at an outrageous fee. If you are into buying something new it's an OK place, if you are wanting to maintain your marker you are kinda out of luck, no internet support, nice hours, but all worthless unless you plan on dropping a couple hundred dollars. So much for supporting a local business, if you are into maintaining your own gear it's not the place for you. I took my regulator to another local shop to get repaired. It's sat there for two weeks till I finally went in to pick it up. The guy told me he couldn't fix it and just tried to sell me a new one. first time paintball customer , came in with little knowledge on my guns and not knowing what was wrong with it . the person behind the counter was very straight forward and helpful , he tested the guns right there and then quoted me a reasonable price to fix both guns , a new tank , a hopper and 500 paintballs for around $100 . They will price match the guns but the owner is rude and condescending. I walked in with an idea of what I wanted and asked about the guns but all the owner did was belittle my opinion and try to steer me towards a more expensive gun which was not what I wanted. I don't mind advice, but the worker was not giving advice, he was blatantly criticizing my opinion and the product, which doesn't make sense to me. Why do you sell or have a product in stock if you will go to such great lengths to convince your customer that the product isn't good? The prices for guns and paint is reasonable, but the day that I went it was pretty hot inside the store and the paint was melting so i don't know if I should trust the quality of the paint. I don't think I will return due to the poor service and condescending tone from the owner or worker that "took" care of me. read more

Just bought 2 guns from them. They were nice and priced around internet prices and lower than the PB store in Redlands. They will fill air tanks for a dollar! Cool! They have been in the business a long time so know a lot about which guns are good or not. I found out he helps some of the homeless people around there which is very admirable.
