They have always been very friendly and welcoming when I walk in. They don't pressure you at all to buy something if you don't want to and they are happy to answer any and all questions. I've purchased several firearms here, gun parts, ammo, and tools. I in fact purchased my first pistol here and was an easy experience. Previous to visiting BCF I had been to at least 4 shops to browse and ask for advice or help. Blue Collar Firearms by far was the most helpful, no bull place I went to with a solid stock of weapons, accessories and other things, including enough people to assist you. During my AR purchase I was helped to decide on parts and wasn't made to feel like an idiot lol. There was a slight mix up on 1 part I ordered through them but they resolved it POLITELY and refunded me and helped me get a replacement part from their stock on hand. One of the most respectful people in the firearm business in SoCal. I've been to a couple of shop with horrible experiences even when they were rated high. These guys on the other hand answered their phone while having a long line out the door and still in a great mood. When I was out In line they had an employee come out and asked about everyone's need individually and addressed them accordingly! Great gun store that doesn't take advantage of customers because of California's laws. They don't charge to accept online firearm or ammo orders other than the the required background checks. Great selection of new and off-roster firearms as well as everything else firearm related. I've been charged pretty high fees by other gun shops for the service that Blue Collar offers at no charge. While I have only been here once back in March (I didn't know it existed until recently) the customer service was great. Their long gun consignment collection seemed to be pretty huge, so I was able to sort through a few guns and buy something cool. The hours and days they are open seemed to be a little unorthodox, but I figure it was either because of COVID, or the owners run the business as a part time thing. Honestly the most horrible customer service. Enrique the manager is very unprofessional and rude. If I could give this store zero stores I would. I would highly recommend anyone exerciinf their 2nd amendment to please shop somewhere else with integeirty. The most unfriendly and lazy staff I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I would recommend Turner's and Bass bro shop over this scum bag shop any day. You have lost a repeat customer. And whoever is Enriques manager or store owner. Went in looking for some AR upgrades and parts to get my rifle to be CA compliant. Got everything I wanted and more: custom handguard (for a BEAUTIFUL price), bipod, and magazine release. My first experience with these people was so nice, I knew I had to come back soon. About a week or so later, I had some minor handguard trouble, so I called them up, stopped by the store, and they fixed it up with no problems. Absolutely love these guys. They will help you with any of your firearms needs whether it's purchasing guns, buying parts, general advice, or gunsmithing and maintenance. Nicest people on the planet with great prices. They have been kind to me and my family for the last 2 years of me goin there. .. in reference to the negative comment below I will say Andrew C is full of crap. They not only have gone out of their way to make me feel like I'm more then just a customer but I believe that a business shouldn't blamed if they are having technical issues with their computers like the troll did in the negative comment below. I really want to like this place. I purchased a new firearm that I fully intended to use as my duty weapon. When they took my money the salesman assured me the firearm would be ready for pickup in a couple of days. I got a gun letter from my department and waited to hear from Blue Collar with the serial number. Five days went by and I heard NOTHING. I called and spoke with a sales representative who had no information to give me and said the owner would call me back. Again, nothing. So today I called again, day 7, just looking for some information. A sales representative told me, again... "the owner will call you back." All I am looking for is some communication. They had no problem taking my$600 immediately. If you tell someone "a couple of days", at least call let your customer know if it's going to be longer. I suppose I could have purchased this gun from anyone, but like I said in the beginning...I really wanted to like this place. ****UPDATE**** Today I received a call from the owner, Trish, who communicated very well with me regarding my purchase. She was very helpful and very concerned about customer service. Trish offered to make things right and apologized for the breakdown in communication. THIS is the kind of people you want to deal with. All the Staff at Blue Collar are knowledgeable and friendly, they'll shoot you straight on what you are looking to get and if it would be ideal for you. I've purchased 5 or 6 firearms from Blue Collar and haven't had any problems or issues with anything I have purchased from them. Also, they sell bulk ammo 1000rds+ and you can also take your hand gun fire arm safety test there. This is the best firearms store in the IE. Friendly, helpful people and extremely competitive prices. They will answer your questions and not give you the runaround just to try and sell you something. I went in looking for a 9mm and she showed me a Glock for under $400. Then a Baretta for under $600, and finally a Sig Sauer for under $1,000. She explained the pros and cons of all three. I wound up buying the Sig because, in my opinion, it was the beast weapon for the money. The people are honest and willing to help. I give Blue Collar five stars because they are the best and most honest. I would give them ten stars if I were able. I love doing business with people I can trust.
