Thank you, Andrew! I had an issue after a tire replacement, but Andrew took care of it professionally and made sure everything was resolved properly. He also did a great job repairing my Dura-Ace Di2 shifter. I would definitely recommend him for more advanced mechanical work as well, including drivetrain-related repairs and service. read more

Purchased a bike helmet and it shipped with Spiders and was all dusty. This is something you put on your head, atleast should have maintained some hygiene in the warehouse or kept the items in a bag or something. And do a sanity check before shipping. read more

I've been going to this shop for the past four years. I bought five bikes from them. I spent over 20,000 in there shop, this is the second incident happened to me with them I'm so disappointed I had a crack wheel they submit the warranty for several months They always coming back to me Saying they didn't warranty it, I end up spinning $2400 for new wheels and they haven't warranty my old one. recently this what happened to my 2025 S-Works I purchased it from them and the chain stay crack I posted the pictures you can see it there is no scratches no impact never crush in this bike, they call me saying that they didn't warranty it telling me ( it's outside impact ) I was like how the hell it's gonna get cracked from outside when there is not scratch? I took it to Fullerton bike shop they took picture. They submitted to the warranty three days later they called me telling me that they warranty it and they already send one. It's on the way. I dont recommend nobody to go there they not going to fight for your warranty no matter how much money you spin over there take your business somewhere else. read more

Fair prices on everything and employees were friendly and helpful. Local bike shop worth visiting!

I went to 3 other bike shops to get work done on my bike. The others were either too busy or too expensive. I took it to Incycle and they treated me like family. Very attentive, knowledgeable, and had the right parts in stock to get the job done. Excellent service and would not take my bike anywhere else. read more

Really rude over the phone prices are way to high . Called for repair on a bike and the guy who answered seem like I was bugging him

Honestly this place is great. Customer service is great and they work in a timely manner. Everything is so expensive though and they charge for every single thing. I actually ended up doing the work myself the second time around to save $150 But overall if you're new to the bike world this is definitely a good place to go I've gotten every single bike I own from here and bikes for my kids. Just learn to repair and replace a using chat gpt or YouTube and you'll save hundreds. read more

The bike staff and mechanics at Incycle Chino are excellent. I have been taking my road bike there for years for regular maintenance and repairs and it's amazing how efficient they are and the quality of their work. I brought my bike in this morning and was assuming to simply drop it off and pick up later, but the mechanic was able to diagnose the issues and work on the bike right away. My bike was finished and ready for me to do a test ride before I even finished shopping in the store. The store staff is friendly and checks in to see if you need any assistance in finding anything or any questions you may have, but they allow you to shop at your pace and are not trying to oversell or cross sell you on things you don't need. Thank you for being our local bike shop. read more

My mountain bike and road bike clubs both come here to buy and service their bikes- this location, San dimas too. They have one more location, but I do not go there so I can not write about that place. The recreational clubs love incycle, their warranty on purchased bikes, service expertise, and overall friendly ness vibes. Drew helped me today at the Chino branch. Dave in San Dimas helps me too. Drew quick and nimble. Price match to their on line sale items too. AMTR, Girls gone riding, and Psycholist all come here for everything from our cannondale and specialized carbon road and mountain bikes, wheel sets, upgraded brakes, tuning, specialized e bikes, helmets, jerseys, swag, bike racks-- you name it. They have many more brands but those are the two main ones our / we/ I purchased. We seem to be keeping up with our "Jones"and Incycle helps us meet our wants and needs. I have to wait for a sale since I'm working class. My retired friends not so much. If you're willing to wait like me, you can snag amazing deals like end of year deals half off sticker prices! 30 percent off things you never see on sale items too. I save up diligently to play with the boys in my hood. No photos but check out their website since they also match prices- call in advance to see if they'll even match a competitor website deal too-- sometimes they do. You never know unless you ask. Plenty of parking. Easy access right off the highway. They have lower end, mid range, and high end bikes. Bilingual staff - Spanish and English. Age range also diverse from youngster to appears experienced to appears established guidelines expert. My cycle clubbers been coming here for at least the last 15 years I've known them- still patrons -- so that must mean InCycle done something special within the correct price ranges and service excellence. Thanks for always being physically present for us! Sometimes on line shopping doesn't really work out and we need the in person touch. read more

For over 20 years, InCycle in Chino has been my go-to shop for all things bicycle-related, and for good reason. My experience there has been consistently excellent, largely thanks to the incredible service provided by Raul. He is a true professional--knowledgeable, thorough, and always goes the extra mile to ensure my bikes are perfectly tuned and ready to ride. He and his whole crew! Raul's expertise is unmatched. Whether it's a minor adjustment or a complex repair, I trust him completely with my gear. The personalized attention and care the team provides make every visit a pleasure. It's rare to find a place with such dedicated, reliable service. If you're in the Chino area and need a bike shop you can trust, look no further than InCycle. And be sure to ask for Raul. read more

Sooo glad this bike store is so close to us!! Drew and Johnny helped me and my husband with our bikes! I was new to clips/cleats and was not getting it. I thought maybe we put on the pedals or cleats wrong but it turned out.. it was my own body mechanics!! This whole time I was not getting on a bike the proper way!! They took the time out of their day to teach me in the parking lot out in back! Wow!! Needless to say; I was able to ride with cleats and clips for the first time before leaving! Talk about amazing customer service!! They had so many good recommendations! They really know their stuff and they are so knowledgeable! They helped my husband with his handlebars and tires as well! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend you come here than anywhere else!! read more

Just got into cycling and was a little overwhelmed with the selection of helmets. Andrew and Isaac were both very accommodating and didn't mind my noob questions on the subject. They waited patiently as I test fit a few different brands and after about 8 attempts, ended up choosing one that fit the best (XL Dome w/ a small brain). Luckily, it was one of the cheaper ones with MIPS! During the whole process I never felt rushed and really felt like I was being treated as a friend by the staff. Will definitely be coming back in the near future to pick up some more gear! read more

So thankful for Melissa for helping us today. We were honest about not knowing what we're looking for or what our budget even was. All we know is that my husband is interested in riding a bike along the trail in the area where we just bought a house. She was so helpful and knowledgable and she spent a lot of time assisting us. We are aware of the possibility of this turning into a hobby for my husband, and we know which shop to go to when we're ready to upgrade to a nicer bike and better accessories. As for the shop, they have EVERYTHING! It is clean and very organized. The staff are also very nice and welcoming! read more

Huge shout out to Melissa and Jake!!!!!! Their professionalism and patience with helping me in my order was top tier service. I stopped in the location to inquire about a road bike. Jake was showing me different tiers to help in my decision. The following day I went TDY. While I was out of state Melissa was helping me in getting everything I needed to get me started, since this is my first road bike. I was having issues with closing out an order on the Incycle portal with using Affirm. I believe more work needs to be done on the Incycle website. When I arrived back home I went into store and was able to complete my order using the Affirm virtual card. I truly appreciate everything Melissa and Jake in their assistance. Amazing shop I'd recommend based off my small and quick encounter. I called yesterday and explained the issue I was having with my bike. The arm and pedal flew off last weekend and when I attempted to screw it back the screw would not sit flush, I'm assuming the shop that I took it to, to have my new tires installed did not completely torque the crank and arms back on. I brought it in today and they seemed super busy. I walked up quickly explained what happened and he knew right away it was an easy fix. He mounted the bike and torqued the arms and adjusted the chain right away and, HE DID IT FOR FREE!!!!! I offered to pay something he said you're good man just be safe out there. Highly recommend checking this place out and I plan on bringing my business there from now on. read more

First time here and semi-new to mountain bike riding. Jose was the MAN! He helped me so much, while also helping many others (the store was packed) but he gave me plenty of time to ask questions, ponder within myself, test drive the bike and really made the whole experience tons of fun. He also made sure the bike I left with was 110% before leaving. Everyone I encountered was super nice and friendly. On top of all the great service and options, it felt really great buying locally from a small business during these hard times. Can't wait to go back for all my cycling needs. a bottle of round up had spilled in the shed i keep my bike in, and chewed a hole through one of the tires. i needed a new tube and tire ASAP because I wanted to ride that day. I really miss performance bike being around, because they had everything i needed. my bike has 700 x 28 tires, which apparently is a goofy size nobody carries...not even sporting goods or bike stores. Incycle came through. They had a tube and a tire. I was so happy i bought a bike cleaning kit to make my bike look squeaky clean. The guy helping me seemed like he knew about bikes, which is always appreciated when you are buying bike parts. I feel comfortable enough that i might go back to get my derailures and brakes adjusted, and my rear wheel trued up by them. read more
