I've been going to this shop for the past four years. I bought five bikes from them. I spent over 20,000 in there shop, this is the second incident happened to me with them I'm so disappointed I had a crack wheel they submit the warranty for several months They always coming back to me Saying they didn't warranty it, I end up spinning $2400 for new wheels and they haven't warranty my old one. recently this what happened to my 2025 S-Works I purchased it from them and the chain stay crack I posted the pictures you can see it there is no scratches no impact never crush in this bike, they call me saying that they didn't warranty it telling me ( it's outside impact ) I was like how the hell it's gonna get cracked from outside when there is not scratch? I took it to Fullerton bike shop they took picture. They submitted to the warranty three days later they called me telling me that they warranty it and they already send one. It's on the way. I dont recommend nobody to go there they not going to fight for your warranty no matter how much money you spin over there take your business somewhere else. read more

Honestly this place is great. Customer service is great and they work in a timely manner. Everything is so expensive though and they charge for every single thing. I actually ended up doing the work myself the second time around to save $150 But overall if you're new to the bike world this is definitely a good place to go I've gotten every single bike I own from here and bikes for my kids. The bike staff and mechanics at Incycle Chino are excellent. I have been taking my road bike there for years for regular maintenance and repairs and it's amazing how efficient they are and the quality of their work. I brought my bike in this morning and was assuming to simply drop it off and pick up later, but the mechanic was able to diagnose the issues and work on the bike right away. My bike was finished and ready for me to do a test ride before I even finished shopping in the store. The store staff is friendly and checks in to see if you need any assistance in finding anything or any questions you may have, but they allow you to shop at your pace and are not trying to oversell or cross sell you on things you don't need. They have many more brands but those are the two main ones our / we/ I purchased. We seem to be keeping up with our "Jones"and Incycle helps us meet our wants and needs. I have to wait for a sale since I'm working class. My retired friends not so much. If you're willing to wait like me, you can snag amazing deals like end of year deals half off sticker prices! 30 percent off things you never see on sale items too. I save up diligently to play with the boys in my hood. No photos but check out their website since they also match prices- call in advance to see if they'll even match a competitor website deal too-- sometimes they do. You never know unless you ask. Just got into cycling and was a little overwhelmed with the selection of helmets. Andrew and Isaac were both very accommodating and didn't mind my noob questions on the subject. They waited patiently as I test fit a few different brands and after about 8 attempts, ended up choosing one that fit the best (XL Dome w/ a small brain). Luckily, it was one of the cheaper ones with MIPS! During the whole process I never felt rushed and really felt like I was being treated as a friend by the staff. Amazing shop I'd recommend based off my small and quick encounter. I called yesterday and explained the issue I was having with my bike. The arm and pedal flew off last weekend and when I attempted to screw it back the screw would not sit flush, I'm assuming the shop that I took it to, to have my new tires installed did not completely torque the crank and arms back on. I brought it in today and they seemed super busy. I walked up quickly explained what happened and he knew right away it was an easy fix. He mounted the bike and torqued the arms and adjusted the chain right away and, HE DID IT FOR FREE!!!!! I offered to pay something he said you're good man just be safe out there. Highly recommend checking this place out and I plan on bringing my business there from now on. read more
