Donny is a good guy and in his shop you will find good service. He helped me fix my bike rack, which included contacting the manufacturer a few times and replacing the broken parts. Electric tricycle rear brakes not working. First shop could not fix problem. I called Southridge Cycling, explained problem and was given an estimate. I was hoping I could drop it off and maybe get it back in a few days. Owner looked it over a couple minutes, made some adjustments, and just like that it was fixed. Came to get my bike some love. I bought a foldable commuter bike through OfferUp and it needed a break adjustment. I brought it in on a Saturday morning and I was told it would be ready by 2pm. Sure enough it was ready before that and my bike breaks are working great. For the breaks I paid $15 and I wanted the tire guards removed so he charged me $12 to do it. Obviously I could have it done it myself but I rather let the experts deal with something I know little about. Total I paid $27 and customer service was on point. Thank you! My wife and I were all ready to go riding when I noticed a flat tire one of the mountain bikes. I already had the bike on the rack and I told my wife I would drive to Southridge to buy a tube. When I got there Don came out to my Jeep and said he would install the new tube and have me on my way. I took him up on the offer and had him replace both tubes as they were both 6+ years old. Awesome place! I brought in my road bike for a tune up and I was really impressed by the service and knowledge the staff had. My bike was tuned up and I rodent a few days later. Before my ride I count find any of my water bottles. So in the middle of my ride I stopped by the shop to buy a couple of bottles, but they gave me one and filled it with fresh water for me! I cannot recommend this place enough! I will be bringing my bike to them exclusively! read more

My husband and I have owned a BOB stroller for about a year and one of the tires gave out on us. I'm not sure what the technical term is for it. It was $6 for the tube and $6 bucks for installation, what a great deal! And on top of that, they fit us in their busy schedule and installation was complete in 15 minutes.
