All I needed was to exchange some inexpensive tubes for my service Dogs trailer. The were 20 dollars, they went flat after one use. When I originally purchased them, she sold me the wrong size, so I had to buy larger tires. They wrote me a receipt on the back of a piece of register paper, not sure why. I'm guessing that they were the crap tubes that they were just trying to get rid of. She explained, "they are thorn resistant, not thorn proof". That said, I just wanted better tubes for his trailer. I asked her if she would just credit me 20 towards purchasing a better inner tube product from there store, she said no ! I asked her if she was okay with losing a good customer over 20 dollars and stated that bad reviews can hurt a business. I have had jobs in my life, and reputation is everything !!!
