Zig is the man. I thought I had a problem with my gas line. My bike was leaking gas. I thought it was coming from a loose gas line. I brought the bike into ZIG. And he informed me the gas line was fine. It was just the overflow that was leak leaking gas. He advised me not to fill the tank up to the rim every time. that's why it's leaking gas. No charge. He is honest and and very knowledgeable . I will never go anywhere else. Thank you, ZIG. read more

Zig is a good dude. Total motorcycle enthusiast. He will take the time to do the job right and then explains why he set up your suspension a certain way. Takes the time to explain the difference in tire design so you can best set up your bike for your style of riding. I trust him 100% with my CBR600RR as he treats each motoras his own. Give him a try, you won't be disappointed. read more

Great shop. Great service...if you live in the San Bernardino area looking for work done i definitely recommend this shop!

I don't think of Zig as the best mechanic in the area, so much as the ONLY one, as far as I'm concerned. Consider how rare a critter is a mechanic who is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also honest, reliable, decent and even emphatic? I can't heap enough praise on this man and his work. No-one is more deserving of your trust and business. read more

Zig is amazing. I have going to Zig since past 5 years. He is very honest and great at his work. I owned a FZ 07 before and I always got all my work done from Zig and was always satisfied. Currently I got a Yamaha R1 which was sitting in garage for 6 months and could not start. Zig did a great job of finding the cause of problem and got to root of it. For any problem in your motorcycle go to Zig he is the guy. Zig is very passionate and best thing is he will treat your bike as his own that's the best thing I like about him. Highly recommended. read more

This has to be the best repair shop for Motorcycles I've ever been to! Zig the owner of the establishment helped me more than anyone ever could, not only with repairing my bike and being genuine about the reasons of how and why it got to be where it was before but as well as teaching me a few things about keeping my bike up to par with maintenance and servicing. Definitely recommend over any other motorcycle repair shop. Please understand that this man is here to help his fellow riders, he knows what it means to ride and be there for his brothers on two wheels. read more

Zig is the best. Definitely trust this guy with your bike, and to give you a fair deal. Another shop gave us the runaround for months on a problem our bike was having, completely baffled by its cause and performing expensive work that did nothing to fix it. After half a dozen visits to that shop yielding nothing but frustration, we took the bike to Zig, who both found AND fixed the problem in literally 5 minutes. We'll be loyal customers for as long as we're motorcycle owners and won't be wasting our time or money anywhere else from now on. read more

Most PROFESSIONAL and FRIENDLY service I've ever received in California! Zig is very knowledgeable and he even goes out of his way to help you out. The headlight of my bike was out along with the speedometer, I figured it would be a quick fix since it seemed like nothing too serious, however it would have prevented me from driving at night and I use my bike a lot. I show up to several motorcycle repair shops such as John burrs cycles and Chaparral Motorsports to get the problem fixed and they refused to take my bike in because the model is 2004, apparently they can't guarantee that kind of a job, or it's too much liability or yada yada yada, all I know is that I showed up with a problem and I was treated as if I should be begging them to fix my bike. I look on Yelp for an alternative and Zig's place pops up I give him a call and I ask if he would take a motorcycle that is a 2004 model, he laughed a bit and replied "You have been talking to Chaparral haven't you?". Right there I felt better and knew I found what I needed, I show up to his place, and not only he fixed my problem ASAP but I also noticed that he oiled the rusty switch of my turning lights without me even asking and now it works like a charm I never knew how smooth the switch could get. At the end of the day he DID NOT CHARGE ME since it actually was something simple, but I'm sure to come back and get my bike serviced in no other place but here. *If you are looking for great customer service and someone you can trust your bike to, look no further. And Chaparral can bite the big one! read more

Love this place! Great quality service. Zig is one of the best guys out there. Not to mention he's a very knowledgeable when it comes to any kind of bike! I just started riding again 2 years ago. After purchasing my Yamaha R1, I needed to find a mechanic to do maintenance. I am surely not one to go to dealers.(too expensive) I found "Zig" at Avenger Cycleworks through Google. I call several shops , and he was the only one who responded..go figure?!!? He was real knowledgeable and helpful for a "newbie" like myself. His prices were fair and honest. Service was great. Also they offer periodic free maintenance saervices on your bike. Checks aIr pressure, tighten chains, oil chain, adjusts cables, etc. Too cool.. Definitely recommend!!! read more

I was referred to this place from a couple friends who had positive experiences just recently. I was helped By Zig and he is the man! I took him a tire to install on my bike and he did it pretty quick for a good price too. He also lubed up my chain for me and adjusted my clutch since it needed adjusting and did a couple other things for me just out of courtesy! He is super knowledgable and just kept giving me advice on so many different things since I'm kind of a new rider still so I learned a lot from him too! Thanks will definitely return! read more

I wish all businesses were run the way Zig runs his shop. From the very get-go, Zig was just very friendly and helpful. As you talk with him about your bike, you'll realize the man is a wealth of knowledge. Anyone looking for a place to service your bike, I would just say call Zig and let him know what you're looking for and needing. After you talk with him, you'll feel like you can't get your bike into his shop fast enough. Zig is extremely personable, and very respectful of you regardless of your riding skill. I'm new to riding, just purchased my first motorcycle 3 weeks ago with zero riding knowledge. I am mechanically incline when it comes to cars but have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to motorcycles. With the new purchase I needed someone to check the bike out and give it basic service and maintenance. I also wanted to learn about the service and maintenance on motorcycles. I asked around and a friend referred me to Avengers and to talk to Zig. I got there and talked to Zig, letting him know that I am very new to motorcycles and he checked my bike out and let me know everything that needed to be changed or looked at, suggesting things here and there while giving me background info on why I needed to do it and not one mention about anything that was unnecessary. After writing up a work order, I was still contemplating the cost of everything because I was not planning to spend that much money, but Zig unlike other shops or places did not push anything on me which I really liked. After making an appointment, I dropped the bike off and came back the next day. I came back to my bike being spotless and all fixed. I had missing bolts to hold down my windscreen and when I came back Zig had put new bolts in without me asking him. Zig spoke to me for a long time letting me know when to service, when to do maintenance on the bike as well as tips on riding. Zig also runs a radio talk show about motorcycles, and is an instructor for the Motorcycle Training Course. Over all I had a great experience with Avenger Cycle Works. Zig really hooked me up with great deals on everything that he did for me and this was my first time. I couldn't imagine if I was a long time loyal customer. I will be taking my motorcycle and my future motorcycles to Zig and only Zig. read more
