If zero stars was an option, they would get a -5 stars I've been coming to this establishment since I was a kid my father and my dad's best friend did a lot of business with these guys when they were on Redlands Boulevard I grew up going there in recent events. I took my son's TTR 50 to get his cylinder jug bored from a 36 mm stock size to a 37 mm one size up. It is $100 per cylinder for a boring service. I paid my hundred dollars. I waited the two weeks called that following Friday and I was told by the receptionist to whom it was very rude and came off underlining racist that it was gonna be an additional $400 for each time the mill had to go up and down through the cylinder. She was trying to inform me that I was going up four sizes unknown to their knowledge that I called every single shop in this county and neighboring counties to only come across one shop that told me they specifically sold them the boring machine so they should be able to do it so with that knowledge, I was able to confront them on why they were up charging me an additional $400 on top of the hundred dollars, and I already had paid in cash to get the service done. They were blatantly lying to my face assuming that I was unaware of the process, I am personally rebuilding my son's bike and I know exactly what's going on. I told them I know why they're charging me an extra $400 because they know that they're the only ones in that area with that machine so they tried to get over on me !!! if I were you I would stay completely away from this establishment and I look forward to seeing them go out of business. Do not go here unless you wanna get ripped off. Went there on a Monday gate was open I pulled in and ended up talking to a guy from there and he said we aren't open, told him sorry gate was open and I didn't know. He said no problem and asked what I was there for, told him had a motorcycle that was stored for a long time and wanted to get it running again, he looked at it and told me what would probably have to be done then quoted me $600-$800. I asked what was their business hours he told me the hours! I told him I would have to haul butt home to get there in time as I get out at 5 and traffic isn't always agreeing with anyone! So I said I would see him tomorrow if I could! Traffic ended up not being that bad! It took me 35 mins then I loaded up the truck and headed over! I get there I get asked to move cause they are moving stuff around to close up waited for them to talk to me after moving the truck and they finally asked me what I was doing there! All of a sudden what I was asking was not listed. He used the excuse that he did not do and inventory and the he was unsure of what he was selling. THIS PLACE DESERVES -5 STARS. My husband was approved for a quad. He went in Friday after work to sign the paperwork. Upon arrival he was treated with indifference. Every one there made him feel like his business wasn't wanted. As he was getting to ready to buy the bike he noticed that the tires were old and not in good condition. He let the sales man know his concern and that the tires needed to be swapped out and the only response he received was "nah man we can't do it". The owner was there so my husband decided to speak to him to see if something could be done as he really wanted the bike. When speaking to the owner he was treated even worse than before. The owner didn't even acknowledge that he was there or bother to look his way as my husband was speaking to him. That's when we decided that was enough and we were going to take our business else where. As we we're departing we notice that they were closing and putting the bikes away. That is when one of the salesman grab the bike my husband wanted to buy and as he was putting it inside started doing willies with it while looking at my husband and laughing. Words cannot describe how this made us feel. I can't believe that someone would treat their customers like this. NEVER GOING BACK THERE. I was treated fair by the staff at this place. Went in to order some tires for my Rhino and they beat Amazon in pricing. What a deal. I was also happy how they all chipped in to assist me. UNETHICAL! CROOKS and LIARS!!!! Those of you who have had a good experience, I'm happy for you, although I wonder if the reviews are even legitimate. We got screwed BIG time by this business and it's sales people. And no one has reached out to even try to make it right! We recently purchased a 2019 (NOT!) Ace 150 for our almost 8 year old. We live out of state and agreed via messages on the unit, it's condition and price. Then my husband and son headed on a 4 hour drive to pick up my son's birthday gift (that he also spent saved money on). Those of you with kids know sometimes there's chaos, especially when the excitement is high (like getting an off-road toy). Unbeknownst to us, my husband should have shown up with tools and a much more critical eye, it he trusted that this is a legitimate business. He saw a couple cracks in the plastics, but overall it looked okay. The VIN was checked, the vehicle loaded and envelope handed over with title inside. He gets home and we start putting stuff away, and the realization sinks in that this ride is not as advertised. First of all, it was NOT a 2019, but a 2017. A paper was slipped in saying it was a repo (What?!?!? When was this disclosed? Oh wait, it wasn't...) Then I walk around and see not just a couple of cracks in plastics, but completely broken off pieces and missing parts (partially our mistake). Then my husband starts to really inspect and take pieces off. And there it is; the bent frame! All of a sudden, "Sorry sir, you looked at it and drove it home. As is. Maybe you bent it." Ummm, NO! This is evidently an old wreck. Hindsight is always 20/20, and looking back, the sale now is feeling sketchy; sales people knowingly smiling, always standing in just the right spot by the rig... And now the kicker today... someone came forward who knows them, and that they buy from the auctions, did a check of that rig for us. It was sold to them at auction with a disclosed BENT FRAME! So now we've paid for a 2019 Polaris Ace 150 that was supposed to be in good condition, but needs fabrication, replaced missing parts and all but one plastic replaced. And they KNOWINGLY SOLD IT TO US FOR OUR 8 YEAR OLD TO RIDE! Who are these people??? They are SO lucky we did not let him drive it and potentially get very hurt or worse! I am beyond FURIOUS! Bought a RZR 6 months ago and I keep finding problems. Major rust and a bunch of electrical issues. I've called them several times about it to get taken care of and they don't follow through with anything. I just want to resolve these issues to enjoy my RZR that I've spent so much on.
