Took it into BikeFix for a repair and requested that they walk me through taking the rear wheel off and installing the new tube. I had my e-bike fixed and they only thing they didn't tell me is they wait to add other orders sometimes to get you free shipping. I'd rather have paid to get it back faster. My e-bike was fixed here, great, but electrical wasn't working. The manager told me they don't do Ebike's but he'll take a look. Explained everything to me well, and by chance we fixed the bike. My son had issues with his e-bike disc brake and the gentleman was able to fix it quickly on the spot and did not overcharge. It was an annoying day as we went to a nearby bike shop who refused to fix the issue because it was a Chinese brand bike. However, we decided to try one more shop and so glad that we did. All of the hype towards this bike repair shop is real. They really do merit the positive reviews, so much so, that here I am leaving my own positive review for this business. So, I have an e-bike that got the chain messed up. Like, the bike would no longer pedal because the chain was jammed. Anyway, I took my bike to BikeFix and based on the high mileage that I have put on it (1136 miles,) I was recommended to do a major tune up on it. So, I agreed. For like a hundred bucks they fixed my chain, calibrated everything, took out parts to clean them, and even put the chain in a chemical bath. Fast forward to when I went to pick it up. It turns out that my sensor was having an issue because my pedal assist was not working. Corey, the owner was there to help me and offered to fix the sensor at no extra cost, and even offered to bring it to me. Well, he actually stuck to his word and drove my good-as-new bike to me all the way from Chino to Rancho Cucamonga. My bike is so clean, rides super smoothly, and feels as good as it did when I had just bought it! If I were able to give this place 10 stars, I would! I purchased a bike from BikeFIX last year. The salesperson who helped me during the time was helpful in bike options based on my preferences. Also, he was willing to install a brake for me when my bike originally didn't have its own brake! I'm currently enjoying my bike to this day! I also came back to the place for a seat adjustment and tire air-fill. However, I suddenly became unwell with food poisoning. Luckily, Vincent (the salesperson who was present during the time), was exceptionally kind to let me use the restroom and to serve me water and electrolytes when I was ill. He was also willing to keep my bike in the store until I was well enough to pick it up. I came back a few days later when I was fully recovered, and he adjusted my bike seat and filled my bike tires. He also provided me additional information on proper bike seating and tools to adjust it, as well as the dark side of restaurants (that will lead to food poisoning)! read more

Bike Fix in Chino is dishonest and incompetent. They can't get the job done right the first time. After keeping my bikes over 4 days for new tubes and tires, BikeFix said they needed 2 weeks because they forgot to place the order. I ride everyday, so I picked up my bikes after they charged me $75 to replace the tubes only and went for a ride - tire immediately goes flat. I bring it back in 2 days later and BikeFix denies wrongdoing, claiming they were "trying to save me money" by only replacing 3 of the 4 punctured tubes. They don't understand that time is money. Terrible customer service. Take your business elsewhere - most other places can change your tubes and tires on 2 bikes in less than an hour. read more
