Then decided to at least check Norco Cycle in Norco because we live in Norco and might as well keep the money local In Coronado, we had looked at Aventon E bikes, and the sales person there shared with us that they were on sale. When we walked into Norco cycle, we asked about Aventon & Tony said yes He sells them and they're having a sale right now, very helpful and knowledgeable. Can't say enough good things about him. Horrible business! Got a flat on my way to pick my truck up. This shop was 1 1/2 miles from my destination. Owner was sitting on his ass when I went inside at 5:20 and asked if he could put a new tube in. He just pointed at his workbench and mumbled "no I close at 6". Brought in my Velotric Discovery 1 and the owner (Tony) took his time to explain to me my options, between replacing spokes or replacing the rear wheel, and the cost between the two. I opted for a complete wheel replacement and he provided quick results, which is important to me as I have to commute from South Orange County and I do find value in a good bike ride. I went to Norco Cycle to get my 4‑year‑old Aventon Aventure upgraded, but once I saw the price tag, I knew those mods were staying right where they were. I didn't think it was worth it. I started to walk out a little disappointed. That's when Tony recommended I take a look at this one. He shows me a bike that already had every feature I wanted, factory‑installed, and on sale. Aventon was also offering a trade in deal on top of the sale price. At that point it felt like an IQ test--new bike, better setup, lower price than upgrading the old one. Even I couldn't mess that up. And here's the truth: I'm 70 years old, and as much as I've enjoyed the Aventure, that thing is a beast. Great bike, but too heavy for me to move around anymore. The one Tony recommended is the bike I should've bought four years ago. Tony was great--friendly, knew what he was talking about, and even swapped parts from my trade‑in onto the new bike. Walked in to check out an aventon aventure.2 walked out buying it. Let me start off by saying i am the type of cat that if you show me customer service i am more prone to spending money with you. Walked in and was greeted by the son of the owner we chatted for a bit and i saw the aventon aventure which i found via google search "best e bike for big riders" it popped up as #1. He showed me the bike and then offered to let me test drive one. I offered to leave him my wallet and he said no go ahead. Right there i was sold. Financed the bike and i could not be more happy with it. I am 6'1 300 lbs and it is a solid bike. With out peddling it goes 20 mph and with peddling i goes 28 mph! This is going to be my daily driver to work! Dont forget a MIPS helmet! You can put a cast on bones but you only have 1 brain!!!!! Oh btw back to the customer service point i went to jenson usa to buy a helmet and was never greeted or offered help in the 10 mins i was there! Kudos to norco cycle! read more

We have used this cycle shop for a number of reasons over the years. Some times a lil pricey but definitely quality work. I tried to take a shortcut ($) & bought aSchwinn cruiser on line & then assembled it myself saving $40. I did an ok job .... But not really anyway. My husband took to Norco Cycle for him to adjust and he wanted $85, I just about freaked out ! he called it a "tune up" Long story short hmm... it rides like my husband's $600 cruiser, so sweet ! TLDR; owner damaged my equipment and was rude when confronted about it Dropped off 2 tires (they both have a motor) to have them swap over the sprocket from the bad tire to the good tire which costed $20.. Owner told me that it takes a full day just to swap over sprockets and it was bit expensive but whatever, came by the next day and noticed that my "good" tires wires were exposed now. Went back in to explain and the owner interrupts me rudely, said that it it wasn't his fault and that I should talk to the manufacturer, and then claims that I signed a waiver stating that any damages that occur between the time he has the equipment isn't his fault.. what kinda bull is that? Also there was no waiver. Never coming here again and I hope if you're reading this you don't come here either. read more

We were looking for family bikes to ride and stay active during Covid. We walked into Norco Cycle and were overwhelmed by all of the bikes in store! Almost everything was sold out but we spent some time and found 4 bikes perfect for our family. Total came to $2400.. Yes pricey but you can't put a price on the time you will be able to spend with your family and for the new adventures and memories you will be able to make with your new bike! I called to ask if this shop could remove a valve stem core out so I can put slime inside. Guy told me yes, I'd need to drop off for 2 hours or I could use his tool to do it. I go there 15 minutes later (live nearby), roll in with my bike.... not one customer in the shop.... Identified myself that I just called, he says "is that an electric bike?".... I said yes. He replies " I'm not touching it unless you bought the bike from me". I told him there is nothing electrical to work on I just need to get this valve stem core out and fill up my tire with air he tells me-shows me the tool for $6.99 I asked if I can use his tool and I'll give him $20, he replies NO! Took my brand new bike in to have the wheels trued and the bottom bracket tuned up and the whole bike gone over. I was quoted $130. Whatever, I wanted it done. Then I added a new chain, which I bought here, and he charged me an additional $10 for labor. Picked up the bike and later noticed that the decals on the forks were scratched and muffed up like he dropped them or ran into something with them. Then I checked the wheels and they are straighter but they're not completely true. I'll be going to a different shop in the future. Money and profit shouldn't be the priority. Good service and work goes a lot farther for owner and customer. read more

This place sucks to the fact that I got a new chain from them and they made the link a couple links too short and I asked for a true service aka make the wheel somewhat straight and I got some shitty results, I told him to true the fear nothing done and how do I know well I marked all the spokes and the rim one no paint has been scratched and plus they all line back up and even if he trued my front tire it still wobbles and my tire doesn't have a hop so this guy is a scam with my experience with him being so bad and his "services" I can't even tell if a 3 year old did it or not read more
