Recently started riding a family member's old bicycle and was getting a lot of pain from the ultra-firm seat. David took the time to show me each of their seats and recommend the best one for the type of bicycle I was riding. Just took it out for a 20mi ride and didn't have any pain or problems the next day. I recently brought my old bike in for a much needed tune up. It was sitting in a garage for 10 years, but now with my kids starting to ride, it was the right time to bring some life back into it. I worked with Will- really nice guy and super helpful. He understood what I was looking for and suggested a repair plan that I was very happy with. After a couple days, bike was back and safe to ride again. No upselling on repairs or additional purchases. Just helped me with what I needed and did a great job with it. When it is time for a new bike or any bike related purchase, this will be the default shop. Nice staff and a great experience. read more

Wow! Beyond impressed with this bike shop!!! Tim P is a GENIUS cyclist and spent nearly 2 1/2 hours explaining all things cycling to me, a newbie in the cycling world. I was very overwhelmed by all the things I needed to begin this cycling adventure with my brand new bike* but Tim made sure I had EVERYTHING I needed. *(I purchased my Trek Domane A4 at Main Street Cycle in Buena Park--another impressive shop! Aaron Perez was also extremely patient and helpful and we've been in contact now for weeks as I waited for my bike to arrive---he referred me to Tim). Tim explained the mechanics--how to remove a tire, fix a tube, shift, brake, clip in/out and outfitted me with absolutely everything I could possibly need for my first ride! I'm excited to go back and have a proper bike fit done with him (it's way less $$ here, too, as he's an OG and doesn't see the need for the fancy computer telling him what his experience already knows). He is extremely knowledgeable and VERY patient. Will, one of the gentlemen working in the shop, quickly added water bottle cages, a cell phone holder and other gadgets to my bike while Tim spent even more time with me. At the end, Tim helped me mount the bike on my SeaSucker Talon--letting me do it myself as much as possible so I was confident in my own abilities! What a G! I highly highly highly recommend this business! The products in store are top-notch (if it's not in stock, they can order for you) and the wealth of information they provide is invaluable! Support your local bike shop!!!! Go see Tim at Two Wheeler Dealer! read more

Made an appointment with Tim for a bike fit. Simple, old school bike fit. Tim set cleat position, and observed me pedaling. More adjustments: seat height, and fore and aft, and some advice on pedaling technique. Next: front end, posture, arm and hand positions were observed. Recommended a longer stem to improve posture and open up the chest area by allowing to straighten my arm, elbow and hand positions. Will ride with the new position and see how it helps. read more

I went to see Tim for a bike fit several weeks ago. He was very knowledgeable and helped adjust my cleats, seat and handles bars on my road bike. Before making any changes, he takes into account your flexibility and normal riding position. I've put over a hundred miles on my bike, and I now feel that I can put down more power on my bike and ride longer in comfort. If you need a bike fit, look no further. I feel like my riding has improved from Tim's adjustments and got a great price for my fitting. read more

Awesome shop in the northern part of Orange County. I made a hasty decision buying a bike during COVID that was a bit too big and not 100% the style of riding I was looking for. Tim (shop owner) pointed me in the right direction and I am more than happy with my new Bianchi Via Nora! Their service is top notch and Tim is a down to earth guy who genuinely wants people to enjoy cycling. 100% recommend! read more

I have been going here for the past 5years for anything that has to do with my bikes I've owned. The employees are welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. I have been battling trying to fit my bike correctly with using YouTube. I was unsuccessful, I continued have lower back pain and shoulder pain for few months after long rides. I just recently got fitted for bike, by Tim. He was very detailed with fitting me to my bike, he scheduled me for an appointment and told me to bring my cycling shoes and cycling kit. I haven't ridden a bike in over 20 years and I was very nervous going into a bicycle shop. From the second we stepped in there, to the moment we left with our new bikes, the team (Tim and Beatrice especially) made us feel so comfortable and was extremely patient with every little question we had. My girlfriend and I have found our local bike shop and we couldn't be any happier. We can't wait to go back. read more

Bought an ebike and experienced problems with the brakes failing. Tim explained that the manufacturer used regular bicycle brakes and given the weight and speed of the ebike hydraulic brakes were necessary. Aaron determined the correct brakes and swapped them out. Came here bc I noticed my front wheel didn't look straight. The older man, Tim, took a quick look and told me the wheel needs truing. Dropped off my bike and a couple hours later I got a call that it's fixed! At pickup, Ed helped me. Super cool dude. He helped me pick out a u-lock and equipment to fix a flat. I appreciate that he took the time to tell me the pros & cons about different products. He even went above and beyond to give me some tips to remove my front tire, best way to lock up my bike, and how to load my bike into the car without damaging the gears. I waited a full month to do a review and I am still satisfied purchasing my Cannondale Quick 8 from Two Wheeler Dealer. Backstory: I spent 3 weeks searching for bikes around the Fullerton, Anaheim, and Brea area. I contacted over 4 bike shops, but circled back to this one. They have great customer service, a wide range of bikes and brands, and are active in the community (Ex. CSUF). Customer Service: They didn't have the bike in stock, but Tim contacted me and ordered it right away. Beatriz was very helpful both times I visited this shop. She adjusted my seat and gave me some tips on proper form. Cannondale Quick 8: Great inexpensive bike and holds up really well. A bit heavier than I expected, but an amazing bike nonetheless. read more

Amazing people work here! Hubby was getting ready for his first Ironman and not only did they assist with the tune up, they showed him how to change a flat, what tools he would need to purchase and did not try to up sell anything! Best thing I've ever done is walk into Two Wheeler Dealer.. they are my go to for all cycling needs! I've shopped around (retail&online) and found out their prices are competitive. I recently purchased a Cannondale Supersix through them and was very happy. Tim helped me through the whole process of measuring to make sure I bought the correct size. I highly recommend that you do this before you purchase a new bicycle. Size does matter. After I rode my new bike for a few miles I went in and had him do a professional bike fitting. Also highly recommend if you want to be able to produce the most power and do it efficiently while being comfortable! I learn something new every time I walk into this store! All the YouTube videos I've watched haven't been able to compare. Thank you Two Wheeler Dealer! read more

Amazing from start to finish. Yesterday started with us taking in bikes we didn't touch for 10+ years (left in the sun, rusty, etc). These wonderful people had them good as new THE SAME DAY!!!! We don't remember these bikes riding so smooth even when they were new! The guys in the shop were super knowledgeable and took as much time as was needed to talk through every aspect with us. We were so pleased with our bikes we went back yesterday evening to have our kids fittted for their first "big person" bikes with no training wheels! These bikes fit them SO well, 20 minutes later and they were off and riding by themselves. Do yourself and family a favor and go to this shop. Super friendly and knowledgeable people!! As long as we live in So Cal we will ALWAYS go to this bike shop!! read more
