I wrote back that I don't drive unless I have to (medical), have never ridden an e-bike so would be transporting it home to learn to ride it, and so asked him to store it until the part was in and it was a full build. Scott accommodated, and I got a fully built PERFECT bike for me yesterday. Scott helped me load it into my SUV (a tight fit, so grateful for his help) and I shook his hand. Got it home, unloaded it, and am more than excited to learn a new healthy habit. Thank you, Scott!

You know this is a tricky age that young kid's like to feel independent going into stores with their friends without a parent present, .however the passive aggressiveness that they are not aware of that come from these grouchy , not personable , horrible bedside manner Merchant's is a experience in itself. My kids said that they do have good Ebikes but some employees are a bit grumpy. They are supposed to Repair his friend's bike since they sold him these expensive brakes. But he was accused of not having the proper mount for his bikes repair when he purchased these expensive brake pads. I think when you sell to children without an adult, you should make sure they're educated on what they're buying and why they're buying it without the attitude behind it. I love that they sell Awesome! bikes, but I wish that they educated the children who love buying from their establishment before they take their money. See an adult would know better and would ask the right questions before the purchase but children they are not quite there yet. I'm interested to see how much attitude they are going to to get when they go pick up the bike. I hope they don't experience " The Yeller grouchy guy". What type of adult knocks down a child's bike and not have any accountability without an apology!

I purchased a bicycle from Duke and a major part prematurely went bad and I couldn't get warranty through Duke or the manufacture. I ended up paying to get it replaced which should have been under warranty. Very expensive. I Kept taking the bicycle back because of the noise and it kept getting misdiagnosed prior. Very costly lesson to learn after taking a chance purchasing the bike and trusting Duke not knowing if I was getting a good product or not. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Duke is very quick and neglectful. He is good at collecting the money but not making good on purchases. His bikes are crap, had many things go wrong before the bike was that old and Duke nor the manufacture would warranty. The biggest thing was the bottom bracket way prematurely wearing out and then having to pay out of my pocket to repair. Do not recommend, shop elsewhere for quality and professional skilled work. This guy is a Hustler and he will Hustle you out of your money! read more
