Great service and refreshingly honest! My son and I visited West Coast eBikes today because the brakes on his Macfox were squeaking. Bobby adjusted the brakes right there in the parking lot and my son took the bike for a little test ride around the parking lot. It was already much improved. I asked Bobby if it was possible that the pads needed to be replaced. He said that that bike wasn't that old but if the previous owner was a heavy guy, the brake pads might have worn out faster. He put the bike up on the rack, removed the rear brake pad and said "your brakes are fine." He showed us that the pads still had a lot of life. He applied brake pad lubricant, readjusted the brakes and sent us on our way! Bobby could have told us that we needed new brake pads or brake components and we wouldn't have known. I highly recommended West Coast eBikes, and they definitely have earned a new customer for future repairs and sales. . read more

Fantastic Experience at West Coast E-Bikes! The owner, Bobby, was so helpful, and very chill!! They have a great selection of quality brands, too! I hung out at the shop, checking out models, asking tons of questions and did multiple test rides. He was very happy to help and made me feel so comfortable. I'm a 65 year old female and I ended up placing an order for a great bike that fit me perfectly! I was able to pick it up a week later, fully assembled and tuned at no extra charge, and the price of the bike was less than it would have been online! With the benefit of this great customer service, do yourself favor and don't buy online! His assistant, Galo, was great, too! He helped answer questions and to load up the bike into my pickup, and tied it down perfectly for the ride back to Corona. We started coming here back in October, when Mokwheel recommended them, as the company we bought the bike from was no longer a Mokwhel rep. We met Bobby then, and his customer service skills were awesome. He repaired the bike, followed up with it, and communicated wel. Today we just bought a replacement bike, and he went over the top to mane sure it had what we needed, including installing a tile tag on it - so it could be traced. (the prior bike was stolen.) My 16 year old college student rode it home - and comment how much better it worked - how smother, how more confident they felt on it. He even made recommendations against other bikes that might have made him more money - beucase the Basalt worked so well for what was needed. Definitely recommend him and the shop read more

I was scoping around for a long range commuter bike for work (15 miles away) . I was doing research where I should buy an E-bike in the OC area, West Coast being best rated store on Google Maps with good feedback with every review, and the store was down the street for me. So I checked out their website to look for a long range bike, coming across the Troxus Trax E-Bike (50-55 mile range, more than enough), the listing price $2,000. I came to West Coast store 3 days later, I was greeted kindly by Galo the salesman entering the store, The store had a wide variety of different bikes for whatever occasion, or use. Then finally I spotted the Troxus Trax, eyeing the dimensions of the bike, then Galo took the time to tell me everything about the bike, showing me the Dealership sale $1,599 for the bike as well (also they have financing options), explained the warranty, and making sure I knew about their workshop so I could take my bike for maintenance and repairs whenever needed. Shortly afterwards I financed 470 into the bike and paid off the remainder, because of the excellent customer experience, the knowledgeable staff, and service provided. Went here to check out some e-bikes since they had such a large selection of them and the service was amazing! It was a shame we couldn't buy our bike in store because they didn't have the color, but everything in there was very reasonably priced and one of the associates (I didn't get his name but he was very kind) let me test ride so many of them to make sure I knew which bike I wanted.
