My experience at this Trek location was nothing short of incredible! What began as an online purchase on Trek's website for in-store pickup at this location has made it my go-to bike shop, even though it's an hour drive for me. I purchased a bike saddle and had it fitted to my Trek Domane by James. The entire process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. While I was waiting for the saddle to be fitted, I had a chance to chat with Bryce about potential upgrades. I was really impressed by his extensive knowledge and the way he explained the pros and cons of different upgrades without any attempt to upsell me. A good bike fit is a game changer for any type of rider, but specially once I got into full distance Ironmans all the long hours on the bike went from fun to torture overnight. After having no success with two previous bike fitters, I was hesitant and almost out of hope that I could ever be comfortable but I decided to give it a third try with Jeff because I loved racing and I didn't want to give it up. Post bike fit with Jeff has been a huge game changer, I don't even use chamois cream anymore, and quite frankly could probably ride without chamois all together- seeing as the tri suit doesn't have much to begin with. I'm new to cycling, just starting my 5th year. I'm really enjoying it. My first bike was off the rack, and a good bike. But my back would get sore sometimes. So I had Jeff do a bike fit. And the improvement was just extraordinary. No more back pain; the bike was easier to ride; it was just more fun. I imagine you'll have the same experience. During the repair, the staff assisted me with first aid, bandages, water, and a full kit to dress and wrap my wound. I couldn't be more satisfied with my Trek bike fitting experience. Scheduling was a breeze, and Jeff was a pleasure to work with. Jeff helped me dial in the fitting on my factor Ostro Vam, was able to listen to me, and using the goals we talked about during our discussion, fine tune my bike fit perfectly to my needs. My bike fit felt comfortable, natural, and I was very impressed at the way he was quickly able to measure not only myself off the bike, but also how my bike and I fit together while peddling. I have had many bike fits over the years, and I have never felt so comfortable after a fitting! Now I can just focus on pedaling! He worked with me to adjust the fit position as well as to swap out numerous saddles over the following weeks until I found the best combination. I was so happy that I returned to have him fit me on my new Cervelo gravel bike. The experience was just as easy and professional. Jeff again listened to my goals and what I was hoping to accomplish while riding my gravel bike, and worked with me to dial in the fit to my specifications. I'm happy to say, just as before, the fit is perfect, and it is like the bike has disappeared beneath me, leaving me free to focus on peddling, picking my lines, and being totally present on the bike. Fantastic customer service! I was looking to replace tubes on my son's bike as we consistently had to pump up his tires and we thought there might be a slow leak. Bryce was honest and told me that the issue might be the pump we were using and not the tubes. He inflated the tires properly and offered to keep it overnight to see if it held pressure. It did and we did not need new tubes. He easily could have tried to upsell me but didn't. I will be coming here for any bike related needs in the future. Recommend! read more

I brought my new Trek ebike in this shop for a repair because the chain kept falling off. Bryce and his team fixed the bike within just 1 day and even did a new bike tune up on his. After I picked up my bike to ride it home (7 miles), Bryce assured me the bike would be fine to ride home. Unfortunately about 2 miles in the chain fell off again and I could not get it back on.
