    My first adult bike :)
    Amanda O.

I'm a first-time bike buyer, and Trail's End really took care of me. They listened to all my concerns and needs for my commute, and found a bike for me in my price range (400-600). They also installed a kickstand for me, and gave me a student discount! I would definitely recommend coming here rather than buying an Amazon bike or assembling your own if you're not experienced. They assemble all their bikes onsite from the box, and they'll do routine maintenance on it! All you need to do is bring it in. Thanks, guys!

Great high end Scott CR1 pro for rental. Amazing ride and again, he really maintains these bikes above and beyond. 5-star all the way!

Owner seems a bit angry specially when you ask a question! Other than that it's ok if you need to repair your bike.

A Thank You to Trek Bike…read more I want to share how much I appreciate the care and integrity Trek bike has shown with my Parlee bike. From the moment I brought my bike in, it was clear these folks actually know what they're doing--and more importantly, they respect their customers enough to be straight with them. What stood out most is how transparent they were. No upsells, no unnecessary work pitched just to pad the bill. They took time to understand what my bike needed and gave me honest advice. That kind of straightforwardness is rare and it made a real difference in how much I trust them. But here's what really impressed me: they caught a factory recall on my Shimano crank power meter and offered to replace it without charging me a dime. Most shops would've either missed it or found a way to bill me for the service. Not Trek. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of, no cost to me. That's the kind of thing that tells you a lot about a business. Special thanks to Caleb--he was instrumental in taking care of my bike and making sure everything was handled right. Bryce was equally knowledgeable and friendly throughout the process too. The whole team is genuinely skilled and personable. It makes the whole experience easier--you're not second-guessing whether they understand what they're talking about. You just know they do. I'm grateful to have a shop I can trust with my bike, and people like Caleb and Bryce who actually care about doing the work right. Trek bike has earned my confidence, and I won't hesitate to bring them my business again.

"TOTAL SCAM - Damaged my bike and charged more than advertised -- very disappointing experience"…read more I normally don't leave negative reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. 1. Bike was returned with damage After picking up my e-bike, I noticed a deep scratch on the frame and marks on the Shimano Altus derailleur. It also appeared that someone attempted to cover up the scratch with paint instead of informing me. When I raised the issue, they denied responsibility. 2. Pricing does not match their website Their website clearly lists $30 per brake adjustment. I had both front and rear brakes adjusted, so the expected total should have been $60. However, I was initially told to pay $40 per brake ($80 total). Only after I showed them their own website pricing did they reduce the price by $10, and I ended up paying $70. The receipt reflects this "discount," which only happened after I pointed out the discrepancy. Even then, the final price was still higher than what is advertised. 3. Lack of transparency and accountability Between the unexplained damage and inconsistent pricing, this experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. I have documentation (website screenshot and receipt) to support this. I would recommend others double-check pricing in advance and inspect their bike carefully before leaving. **Update after owner response:** After reading the owner's reply, I want to clarify several key points for accuracy and transparency. First, the owner described my bike as a "one-year-old used bike," which is incorrect. I have proof of purchase from late December 2025 showing it was purchased brand new. I will be uploading documentation to support this. Misrepresenting a customer's property in a public response is concerning. Second, the claim that external parties (Beeline and Rad Power) concluded no damage was caused is presented without any supporting documentation. In contrast, I have maintained photo evidence and receipts. Readers can draw their own conclusions when only one side provides verifiable proof. Third, regarding pricing: regardless of internal explanations about brake types, the publicly listed pricing does not match what was initially quoted. The adjustment to the final bill only occurred after I referenced their website, and even then, the total remained inconsistent with advertised rates. Customers should be aware of this discrepancy and confirm all pricing clearly in writing before authorizing any work. It is also worth noting that the business now operates from a different type of location compared to its previous retail storefront. The current address appears to be within an industrial/business park rather than a traditional customer-facing retail shop. While this may be a business decision, customers may want to do additional due diligence regarding service scope, pricing structure, and business credentials before proceeding. At this point, the combination of inconsistent statements, lack of verifiable supporting evidence, and pricing discrepancies speaks for itself. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this shop to document their bike condition thoroughly before service and to confirm all pricing in writing in advance. For transparency, I have taken screenshots of the owner's response to preserve the original context in case any edits are made later. **Based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable returning.**

If it doesn't turn out to be the right one, come back with the wheel and we'll get you squared away." It ended up not being the correct spoke, so I returned the next day. Don took care of me, found the correct replacement spoke, and removed my threaded freewheel using the proper freewheel removal tool so I could lace the new spoke into the drive side of my rear wheel. They didn't just sell me parts--they took the time to help me learn and get my bike back on the road. These guys perform a real service to the community. I'm working on lowering my blood pressure and getting healthier, and because of their help I was able to get back on my bike. While I understand employees were busy assisting other customers, a simple greeting or acknowledgment would have gone a long way. During our time there, customers who arrived after us appeared to receive assistance first, particularly those interested in electric bikes. We continued to wait patiently and did not make an issue of it. Eventually, as an employee walked by, I politely asked a very simple question, whether the store offered delivery services. Rather than briefly answering or directing us to someone who could help, he responded, "I'm busy with another customer right now," without making eye contact. The interaction made us feel like an inconvenience The question would have helped us determine whether we were ready to move forward with purchasing. EVA and manager AARON falsely accused me of returning the wrong item, even though the item matched my REI account, app, original tags, barcode, and product details. They made this accusation in front of my family and other customers, which was very embarrassing. I asked them a simple question: "What exactly is different?" They refused to answer. That tells me they had no real answer. They accused me first, then avoided explaining their own accusation. While EVA was still processing the return, AARON told me to leave and threatened security for no valid reason. After all that, they still processed the return. So the item was correct all along. This was a false accusation, poor judgment, zero accountability, and terrible management. REI leadership should review this incident seriously.
