I recently took the Park Tool class with Cory, and now I have a better understanding of what a bike mechanic legend is. His extensive bicycle knowledge was very apparent as soon as I saw him tinkering with bikes or my bike for that matter. I am extremely grateful that I didn't procrastinate or pass on taking the course. It was a fantastic experience and I was able to swap and upgrade parts on my bike "myself"--with Cory's support. I am honored I was able to do this with assistance from Cory. Since then, I have decided that, as long as circumstances allow, I will always take my bikes to their shop for servicing. I highly recommend both the course and their shop to anyone. You will not regret it.

OC Bike Garage is a Lifesaver!…read more I recently bought a Tesway X9 dual motor e-bike and spent two frustrating hours assembling it, only to discover a major issue: the Shimano gear shifter, a part essential to the bike's entire functionality was completely broken and inoperable right out of the box. Feeling defeated, I called OC Bike Garage, and Chris answered. He immediately understood the situation and asked me to email him a few pictures. He explained that Shimano has a great warranty and he could likely fix it, especially if they had the specific part in stock. Cory emailed me saying if I can bring it in they might even be able to get it turned around the same way as they have a Shimano that's comparable but just a different material (chrome). Long story short, I rode the bike down to the shop. Even though I didn't have an appointment, the incredible team there got me in! Cory helped me when I arrived, and they found a slightly different, compatible shifter to replace the broken one. Within just a couple of hours, the fix was done! The service didn't stop there. Since the broken shifter was the last step of assembly, I hadn't had a chance to adjust anything else. Bill went above and beyond and even helped me adjust my brake handles to ensure a perfect fit before I rode off. The entire crew at OC Bike Garage is awesome! They turned a major disappointment into a fantastic experience with their quick, professional service and genuine willingness to help a new customer. If you need any work done on your bike, especially an e-bike, this is the place to go. Great shop, amazing rates, and a great group of people! Highly recommend!

They said they had more than Factor bikes. They had Bianchi, Wilier, Orbeas, Factor, Cipollini and yes, Pinarelos. Probably a whole lot more. They got some really high quality stuff. So it was worth a stop in their shop. My gosh, am I glad I went. Their shop was filled with all the coolest bike builds on display. They had some of the coolest wheels on the walls. They got vintage Colnago and Bianchi frames built up. This wasn't a bicycle wholesale shop. It was a custom, built it according to the customer, kind of shop. I got a chance to chat with Chary, and was he fun to chat with. He's got all the insights, know-hows and latest news. He's got all the tips and advice to help you build a super cool bike. Chary is here to work with you on your dream build. Over the next few months, I worked with Chary on a bike build. There were a few hiccups along the way but nothing that the shop wasn't ready to address with the manufacturers/distributors.  One thing became very obvious at this point. Immediately, she looked at all o f the tags from the clothing we assumed was pure wool, and found out two of the 3 pieces actually had over 40% polyester. She went even further and went back to the clothing area with us and found 2 pieces that were 100% wool. Emma also has a great personality, sense of humor. Before we left, we asked to speak to her manager since we were so impressed. When Lisa came out to talk with us, we were blown away. She, too, has that same level of care and excellence. The store is one of the elite distributors in Orange County. The owner is considering offering customers the opportunity to rent bikes in case you don't know what you want and want to ride it before you own it. That is the best part about the store. If you think you want an electronic bike here is where you can touch and ride them to be certain how it feels when you arr on it. Atmosphere: 4 stars. Place is a little crowded with bikes but it is clean. Service: 5 star. Management is very knowledgeable about the bikes and rules around them. Value: 5 stars. If I had bought one last year I could sell it used for what I paid it. With inflation it is cheaper to buy now. Quality: 5 star. he bikes top quality These two wheeled vehicles can get up to 28 mph and cover a distance of 40 miles depending on the road and if one is going up hill. If the store has one shortcoming it is that it sells out of its best bikes. They do, however, take pre-orders. They also do custom orders and alterations. I believe repairs as well. The owner, Andrew, is an electrical engineer and quite knowledgeable about the wiring and power supply. His wife is a lawyer, so his clear on the laws and freedoms about riding them in bike lanes and such. They can be recharged with a ordinary wall outlet. They have the potential to save a great deal of gasoline by using them for local errands and grocery shopping. The shop is clean and has some excellent sodas.

I stopped by on a Friday afternoon and was able to return my online order quickly. The cashier was very kind and the return was quick. I never used the product, the sizing was just way off, even though I had followed the product's website video guide. When I visited, it just so happened to be Member Days so I took a look around. This location certainly has "everything." It feels rare to have a fully stocked store these days. Since I did not need anything at the moment, I plan on stopping by again in a few months when I have an idea of what to use my gift cards on.
