I'm on the petite side about 5'3" and some frames were a bit large for me so he showed us the Lectric XP-4 Step -Through. Perfect bike for me and Laguna's hills. It also folds!!!! He also had the company ship us the parts that weren't in the store but came with the bike. Ex. Top Tube bag etc. They do have other brands besides Lectric. Nice looking bike shop. I have an 11y/o special needs child who loves tandem or cargo bikes. Called early in the morning asking to reserve a bike and the guy said they have cargo bikes. I said well would we be fine if we came in to rent in a few hours and he said it would be okay. Had he told me over the phone that we could reserve them online, there wouldn't be a negative post but for some reason he left that out. We show up and was told they have none for the day. This place is fabulous if you want to rent eBikes! We found them via a Google search and they were great - amazing customer service, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Nic picked out bikes for my grown kids and me (my kids went with the medium width tires and I got the big fat tires!), showed us how to use the bikes, and gave us an idea of where to go, including a map!
