He did all this with a cable lock through the front tires as I forgot the key at my camp trailer thirty miles away from him. He was very good with communication via texting. He dropped of the bikes at my campground location with no additional fee. Prices are standard. Thanks for the suggestion of upgrading the brakes. I would recommend Marc to anyone who is wanting to either service or upgrade of your ebike.

Marc quoted one price of $75 per bike for diagnostics, picked up the bikes, and then we could not get ahold of him for days. Once we got ahold of him, we decided to not go through with new bike batteries, which were quoted at $599 each. Marc agreed to drop the bikes back off. (This was still a struggle to get him to respond to agree on a time to drop them off) Marc then sent me an invoice, including $204 of "storage fees" for the time he had the bikes in his shop. We never agreed or knew about any "Storage Fees". After arguing with Marc and threatening to report the bikes as stolen, he complied to drop them off and I paid what I owed (75 per bike). So my experience at that point was very happy. Since then I've been riding it back and forth and have enjoyed the ride. I recently took it in for a full maintenance service. I pointed it out several concerns I had to Steven at the time. Unfortunately I did drop my bike so I had to have my derailing repaired. Since they did a full maintenance I had to do factory reset to get all my settings corrected again. I definitely can appreciate Nash another one of their sales associate technicians who help me get my bike back into the correct comfortable setting for my personal needs. I really appreciate the fact that he went above and beyond and had patience to help me get everything back into order. I will definitely recommend anybody who is looking for an electric bike to head over to Huntington Beach Mokwheel E-Bike Shop. Nash gave me the best customer service I have ever had recently. No email after a week, so I emailed to ask the status and was told the main extra (shock absorber post) was being shipped there and would arrive within a week, and asked me to pick it up and bring it back in when the part arrived. I wrote back that I don't drive unless I have to (medical), have never ridden an e-bike so would be transporting it home to learn to ride it, and so asked him to store it until the part was in and it was a full build. Scott accommodated, and I got a fully built PERFECT bike for me yesterday. Scott helped me load it into my SUV (a tight fit, so grateful for his help) and I shook his hand. Got it home, unloaded it, and am more than excited to learn a new healthy habit. Thank you, Scott!

I got to meet both Neil and Nate. both very knowledgeable and great explainers. Its easy to get lost with this new industry and these guys have a great handle on it. Massive parking lot and a well packed shop. Guard dog was extra friendly and really cool too. We looked at some of the bikes they sell and they have some great options. Getting a 1st hand run down from the guy who actually did the work was a nice bonus too. He had some great tips. Best part, in the world of very heavy bikes they also have a mobile service and can pick it up for you too. Socal AAA does not even offer that yet. This is gold if you don't have a rack or large car.
