Marc quoted one price of $75 per bike for diagnostics, picked up the bikes, and then we could not get ahold of him for days. Once we got ahold of him, we decided to not go through with new bike batteries, which were quoted at $599 each. Marc agreed to drop the bikes back off. (This was still a struggle to get him to respond to agree on a time to drop them off) Marc then sent me an invoice, including $204 of "storage fees" for the time he had the bikes in his shop. We never agreed or knew about any "Storage Fees". After arguing with Marc and threatening to report the bikes as stolen, he complied to drop them off and I paid what I owed (75 per bike). SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE! This guy is unresponsive and dishonest with his pricing and service.

I recently learned from another e-bike repair service that the brakes installed were off-market, inferior quality, and improperly installed. As a result, I had to spend another $300 to replace them with Shimano brand brakes. Paying $500 for brakes that were not properly installed -- and then having to pay again to fix the problem -- is unacceptable. I am posting this review so others can make an informed decision and avoid being taken advantage of the way we were.

While there, a gentleman came up and offered to help. It turns out he is the owner of 562 Ebikes (a company I've read about for over a year...but had not yet ventured to see). He drove me, and the e-bike, over to his showroom (which was very close to where I was), and proceeded, with his salesman/mechanic, to replace the punctured rear tube, and fix a recent throttle assembly issue (luckily, some of the e-bikes they sell utilize the same type...so they had the needed part). While diagnosing the throttle problem, they discovered and replaced my damaged front brake cable housing and cable, and adjusted both front and rear brakes. In the end, thanks to their care, expertise, and experience, I got back an e-bike in good, safe, working order at a reasonable price. I consider all of this to be above and beyond because my e-bike was internet-bought. Because of the electronics involved, many a LBS will only service e-bikes they directly sell. Besides the servicing, it was their friendly customer service that left a lasting impression (even beyond the extraordinary lengths they went to help me). They earned this 5-Star rating, and a customer. Thank you. P.S. If you're a Filipino (and I am that), then this place is for you....

Unfortunately, the moment you need service or warranty support, the experience is completely different. Getting an appointment with the repair shop is practically impossible. The repair guy apparently doesn't have a consistent schedule, so you're told to call the same day and basically hope he's there. That alone is incredibly inconvenient. After driving 50 minutes each way through traffic, I finally brought the bike in. Instead of trying to understand the problem, the first response I got was to accuse me of not riding the bike properly. When I explained that my 11-year-old son only rides it with me, the focus immediately shifted to finding a reason to deny the warranty claim. They pointed to a small upgrade we had made to the bike, despite the fact that the upgrade had nothing to do with the problem I was reporting. After making a 100-minute round trip, I left with no real help and a very bad impression of their customer service. The sales team may be great, but that doesn't mean much if the company isn't there for you when something goes wrong. If you're considering buying from them, make sure you live close enough that dealing with their repair department won't become a nightmare. I personally regret buying from them because of the service experience. To be clear: my problem is not with the sales department. My problem is with the repair shop and the way the warranty/service issue was handled.

Marcelo and his crew are the real deal--super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help you find the right ride without any pushy sales vibe. I tried one of their electric bikes with pedal assist and throttle, and WOW. The ride was insanely smooth and fun--way better than my pricey European e-bike (which now feels like a regret, lol). I seriously wanted to throw it out and start fresh with a Mokwheel. That's how good the experience was. I'll probably end up stealing my husband's new bike (we settled on the Obsidian which has amazing motor power and high miles). Everyone there made me feel taken care of, from start to finish.
