We bought a couple of our bikes here and we've always had really great service whenever we've been here. Even when we had a flat tire, they were really quick in helping us replace it . Prices were pretty good as well. Overall, I'd recommend this place to anyone! read more

Took my son there to get his first bike and the service was amazing compared to what you get in most places these days. Not only did they put the training wheels on but they also made sure to get the seat/handlebars exactly where they needed to be. It was first class service and my kid is so happy with his new ride. Definitely going here for any and all future bike needs. read more

I rarely need to visit a Bike shop but today I was riding along the strand in LB and got a flat on my JETSON BOLT! Oh no! These tiny tires left me in despair. I have as certain I would not be able to ride my bike tmrw with my friends. BUT WAIT! Humility told me "You don't know what you don't know, Chica!" So I was my way home from LB to Alhambra and I Yelped "Bike Repair!" And FRANK's Bicycles with an UNAVOIDABLE FIVE SOLID STARS appeared in the line up!!! Instantly my heart felt hopeful! I didn't mind driving off the beaten path to take a chance on Frank! And VIOLA!!! I walked in and "AFROMOTO" (I didn't get his name but he had a darn cool fro! ) said "Hi Can I you?" I said "Man 8 certainly hope so because it would make my day... I have tiny tire flat on this wee Leetle e-bike can you help me!" He said yeah I can fix that took the bike and in about 12 minutes later I was ROLLIN' IN THE DEEP AGAIN! Not only did I get my bike fixed but I also gotta sweet recommend on the Drivemo portable air pump order it while I waited and getting it delivered tmrw! I'm gonna be a HIT with my FRIENDS!! This is a fantastic place with exceptional customer service. The 5 stat rating it holds on here is well-deserved. While I didn't end up getting my bike here, I did have my attention turned in the right direction. I came in as part of my endless search for a Trek hybrid, but Trek hybrids, especially in a size small, won't be available until Oct-Nov, some models not until May of 2022. I was looking at a wonderful model - something very similar, but I wanted to shop around more. What's cool is that if you purchase a bike here, you get free unlimited service for life...! There you have a reliable company that suits your best interests. It's what I missed out on going to a different retailer. I would definitely recommend coming here first. The owner of the store knows every single little thing about every bike in his shop, because I had a million questions. Happy cycling! read more

I liked my first @sundaybikes 2021 High C 29" so much that I had to go on the hunt for another one! I walked into @franksbicycles_bellflower looking for a pair of rare @vansbmx66 x @cultcrew gum tires for my @sundaybikes x @bakerskateboards "High C" and not only did he have them...he also had this "Matte Army Green" bad boy hanging on the wall...right next to a gang of other 29'er's! If I can give 0 stars I would I took my bike there for minor repairs came back to pick it up after two days and nothing was done right. The mechanic there isn't very friendly or knowledgeable about anything bike related. There are many shops in the area that will treat you right and give you great prices unlike Frank's. read more

Came here to get two tires fixed on a beach cruiser. The man that helped us (I do not recall his name) was so patient and helpful! He was able to get my bike fixed in less than two hours. He was also able to answer our question with future parts we wanted. The finished product on the beach cruiser was GREAT! I definitely recommend this place for bike repair and also for a new bike! Frank's Bicycle did an outstanding tune-up job on our older 2 Giant Bikes purchased from Jone's Bikes. They were cleaned, detailed and made to run better than ever. Then today I found the the new tire tread had split. I had not ridden it and it had been a while since our last visit. I took my bike to another shop, and they messed up the chain I got from them, and it was loose. Took it here, and the guy put on a new chain and put the tire to stock location. In just a few hours. The other location took two days and still messed up. I am very happy and will bring my bike and my kids' bikes to this location. Thank you. read more

Update: Funny thing, when my birthday came along she got me a bike the exact same one except in navy. We are beginners so we wanted to start off with the same bikes. We both have been biking so much since at least 4 times a week and I thabk the employees at the shop. The customer service is on top as well as the quality of the bikes and the services. We will be here more often for services on our bikes as well as eventually upgrading to road/gravel bikes in the future. Thank you guys! read more

The first and only bike shop I've ever attended because I don't need to go anywhere else for my bike to get pimped out at! I came here 3 years ago, and he hooked it up! Even gifted me with one of their logo bike bells for free because he saw mine was wack and didn't work, haha! Never forgot the great experience ansI just went back again. I haven't used my bike in 2 years; She's a 1970's Huffy Saratoga 3-speed beach cruiser. She was left outside and was super dirty, rusty, flat, so sad. I just started school so I needed her to be rejuvenated again. I went back to Frank's shop and they took great care of her! He gave her a tune up, fixed both the tubes, and legit cleaned her up and took off most of the rust. Couldn't have done it better myself!! They really did ALL the UGLY work for me. Actually did not buy my bike there but when i needed a new inner tube for the ol beach cruiser frank came through , plus this was about the time of the coronavirus so he was gloved and masked up and ready to help .. cool guy and also had a ton of rad new bikes to choose from , i will definitely buy my next new bike from him for sure .. thanks frank for getting me back on the road .. read more

Vito will make you long for the days when more small businesses offered true mom-and-pop excellence because they didn't just want your business today - they wanted your repeat business and referrals over the years. And because they took genuine pride in their work. This is on full display at Frank's Bicycles. Vito did a great job earlier this summer doing a full detail/safety check/cleaning of two very different bikes...one a newer commuter bike, and one a very old classic Schwinn. He was clear and upfront on cost, timing and any variables. He did my work as quickly or quicker than promised and with a smile. Highly recommended. read more

I like this shop. I was restoring an old Beach Cruiser and I was looking for a outdated bolt that had to have a special groove for fitment. I spent a lot of time on line to find out it was out of production. So, the only thing left was to physically check out the different bike shops and hope. A lot of places didn't want to help. But, at Frank's, they took the time to go thru their drawers and they came up with 3 possibilities and with a little machining I got one to work. Fit like a glove. I will always do business with this shop in the future. They earned my trust, my business and I recommend these guys, big time. read more

My road bike was in need of some TLC after my handlebar grips started wearing off, and I gave Frank's Bicycles a call and the owner, Vito, found some hot lime green handlebars wrappers that matched my bike and replace my worn out black ones quicker than the estimated time he gave me! I asked about the parts I needed and he said "text me pics of what you need and I will pick the items up tomorrow morning before the shop opens and you can pick them up anytime after that". No request to prepay or put down a deposit. Just based on my word, the owner ordered my parts and went to pick them up. Called the following morning and the parts were there. Picked them up during my lunch break and went home to complete my build. Shop was well stocked and the staff were friendly and helpful. I know I only purchased 2 small items, but the owners willingness to go out of his way to please a customer was amazing. Definitely found my new go to spot for all my bike needs. Thank you Vito! He said there was 5 customers ahead of him and he was told to wait one hour. If you're a regular, this is a great place but if you're first timer, your money is good as trash.

Our technician, Fabian, was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He took the time to explain what was causing the issue and also educated us on the importance of routine A/C maintenance to help prevent future problems. I really appreciated that he answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. The entire experience, from scheduling to the repair, was excellent. It's hard to find a company that's responsive, honest, and reliable, but this one exceeded our expectations. All of the basic fixes failed, and they all said we needed a full replacement. We gave Southwest a call for one last opinion based on a friend's recommendation, and Erick saved us. He spent 2+ hours in our sweltering attic troubleshooting every possible issue, until he found a quirk in our condensate drainage that no one else figured out. Once he accounted for that, it was quick work to purge our line and clear a clog that was responsible for the overflow in our attic. He knew we were resigned to replace the AC and easily could have told us the same. But he worked extra hard on our behalf, provided an affordable fix, and stayed longer to clean up the shoddy work from the past vendors. Admittedly it took a little longer to get Southwest out to our home, but I now know it's because they're going to take their time and really solve your problem. Not just rush through the call and upsell you on work you don't need. Heroes.

Scheduling was easy, and I was able to get an appointment the following Saturday morning. I dropped off my car and took a walk to a nearby café to have breakfast while they worked on it. They also have a nice air-conditioned waiting room if you prefer to wait on-site. I returned about 90 minutes later, and waited while they finished up. I take great care of the car, but every time they're done with it, it looks better than day one off the dealer floor. Steve informed me that the PPF and ceramic coating was in great shape. He also educated me that the ceramic coating on the hood wears faster than the rest of the car. They re-coated the hood for no extra charge. What service! Again, I left Elevance very happy with my initial choice to have them apply everything and returning annually for their customer only inspection and detail service. Steve and his staff are extremely professional and friendly. If you need PPF, wrapping, ceramic coating, or window tint, check out my previous reviews and go with Elevance!

For starters this review does not reflect on the owner, Steve. He has been very responsive at every…read morereach anytime I've had issues, although the resolutions may not be to complete satisfaction. However, the more I continue to see all the errors and defects on my vehicle the more dissatisfied I feel about the results. There are multiple areas crinkling and bunched up, even right after my wrap and more so now down the line. I've added some photos for reference but there are waaaay more I'm not posting that I'd like to count. My biggest issue that has been on my mind to this day is that my cars mileage increased 30 miles from when I initially dropped it off. I brought this issue up to Steve and he explained it's because they did my wheels, the body work, and test drove it but thirty miles is excessive in my opinion. One of his workers I feel definitely took my car for a joy ride and perhaps Steve is covering for them. The mileage doesn't bother me, it's the negligence, irresponsibility, and disrespect for my property of whoever drove my car. Again, Steve has been responsive since day one but his staff (who worked on my vehicle) on the other hand fell very short of the quality and expectations his shop seems to give out through their platforms. I feel like I was one in the hundreds of people who had a really bad job done. No one is perfect and I'm just that one mistake of a customer, unfortunately. All in all, zero stars for the wrap job and 3 stars for Steve's efforts and customer service and 4 stars for the body work and wheels. However, I would recommend to keep an eye on your odometer when you drop it off since it seems like his employees might have an inclination to have some fun when no one is looking or when the "test drive" is being done. I have a camera in my vehicle but when I checked it someone disconnected it almost immediately after dropping it off according to the time stamps. Little sus to me. Thank you, Steve for your kindness and doing your best to resolve each issues you may not have had your hands on directly but if I could truly resolve my dissatisfaction (especially for the money I paid) I'd prefer to redo my wrap in all the area it was defective.
