Huge shout out to Tristan, that man knows his stuff when it comes to bikes!! My shifter was acting up, brought the bike in and he immediately went to work and I probably wasn't there longer than 10-15 mins! Was even able to get my shift cable swapped out for a new one. Everything has been running great since. They're fast, they're efficient and most importantly honest people, what more can you ask for? Thank you again to the Pat's 605 Cyclery team! read more

Pat's 605 Cyclery - Replaced the seat - Bikes Near Me - Norwalk, California

I neglected my bike coming out of the pandemic and it showed. I wanted to start riding again, but so many things needed work. I drove past Pats everyday for over a year, and did a yelp search for bike tune ups, only to find Pats was a stones throw from my front door. Walked in and was immediately greeted by a wonderful lady at the front (beautiful mom vibes ) she got me a ticket written up for service. Had another interaction with a gentleman, I believe his name was Terry, super chill guy. Pats got me back on the road and I'm glad about it. I'll definitely be back here soon, I was eyeballing a Wahoo computer for my bike. Do yourself a favor, stop shopping on Amazon, go down to a real store, with real people and support local businesses. read more

Pat's 605 Cyclery - Talon Kestrel Road Bike - Bikes Near Me - Norwalk, California

An old man like me likes to spend his weekends getting a little sun and chasing some dirt. I've ridden trails all over Southern California in my day. These days I keep it simple -- a cool, breezy ride through the Fullerton Loop, maybe cruise the Greenway Trail or Riverbed. If you see an old man rolling by, feel free to say hello. My boy took my Giant Trance X mountain bike into Pat's 605 Cyclery, and Tristan hooked it up. He did an outstanding job getting my bike ready for the road again. Everything feels dialed in and smooth. An old guy like me appreciates those dual shocks -- makes it feel like I'm riding a Cadillac down the trail instead of getting rattled around in a hoopty. Big appreciation to everyone over there. Tony, Susan, Ian, Eddie -- what a great squad. It's good to see a shop in the neighborhood doing honest work and taking care of people, Susan even hooked up my baby up with a Pats 605 shirt fresh out the hospital and she's still wearing it, thanks Susan. Special shoutout to Tristan for getting my bike ready to ride today. Great service and great people. If you see me out on the trail, say hello. And if you find me on the ground, I wouldn't mind a little help getting my balance back -- maybe bring some water too. Thanks, y'all. Herald H. but the bros call me Joey read more

Great bike shop, solid prices, and work gets done quickly. Definitely recommend stopping by if you need anything done. They did my brake hoses and bottom bracket in two days, way faster than any other shop I called in the area and even in LA. read more

Stopped by today and the staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly honest. I was impressed by their transparency and customer service, which made me feel confident that they genuinely had my best interests in mind. It's refreshing to find a shop that values integrity and treats customers right. I highly recommend Pat's 605 to anyone looking for knowledgeable and trustworthy service. read more

There service is the best. Very knowledgeable and fast. Shop is very clean and organized. I always try to support small family owned and operated businesses. Keep it up! Thanks. read more

We came in to check out a specific size mountain bike with a smaller frame. Large selection of small, medium, large and electrical bikes at very reasonable prices. We were allowed to test ride a bike just to be sure which was very helpful. After a few additions to the handle bar and basket attachment, we purchased a nice mountain bike that met all of the specs we were looking for. We did a layaway plan with a down payment and final payment on the second visit. They have different payment plans available upon request. Thank you TRISTAN for your help and expertise. It was very much appreciated read more

Great local bike shop. Ian takes the time to talk about your bike and what needs to be done. My daughter races at Bellflower BMX 3 times a week and Ian was able to get her back on her bike with zero interruptions. I had an awesome experience at Pat's 605 Cyclery. From the moment I walked in, the vibe felt like a true, classic bike shop--the kind that hasn't sold out to big corporate brands and still keeps that authentic cycling culture alive. Huge shoutout to Ian, the team manager--his customer service is absolutely stellar. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to help without any pressure. You can tell he actually cares about the customers and the cycling community. The shop itself is open and spacious, which makes browsing easy and enjoyable. They carry a great variety of brands, so whether you're just getting into cycling or you're a seasoned rider, there's something for everyone. If you're looking for a solid local shop with great people and a real bike shop feel, definitely come check this place out. read more

Great customer service!!! Tristan and Jerry were very helpful and knowledgeable shout out to the whole team there

Attempted to DIY cutting my steerer tube and lowering my handlebar on my brand new bike. Ended up with some issues that was out of my league. Took it to Pats since I noticed they sell Cannondales and hopefully they can finish the job I started. Pricing was very reasonable and was met and helped by friendly staff. Turn around time was very quick. Issue was fixed. I should have taken it here instead of YouTube university. Can't wait to ride!!! Thanks read more

Went in for a simple brake fix and left within seconds. Outstanding performance from Pat 605 crew.

After switching from clinchers to tubeless, I ran into some issues when adding air, the seal kept popping out. I took my wheels to Pat's 605 Cyclery, and Tristan helped diagnose the problem. He found that the valve stem was too short for my setup and replaced it with a longer one, which immediately fixed the issue. I asked if he could check the other wheel as well, and he took care of it right away. Really impressed with the professionalism and willingness to help. Highly recommend. read more

Over the years a ton have things have changed, but the amazing service at Pats 605 remains the same. From when I was a young kid race BMX to present day Pats is my bike shop of choice. It is still family owned and oriented. The knowledgeable staff has helped me with two customs builds over this last previous year and maintain my nephew and mines fleet of bicycles. I'd consider myself to be a clueless bike rider. I was just recently gifted a serious road bike to ride, and was told by multiple bike friends to come to Pat's. I'm glad I did. Ian was patient with my questions, pointed me to cheaper, better value options than what I was looking for, and gave me space to consider different options. I'll be coming here again! read more

In the age of one-click online convenience, it's rare to find a shop that treats you like a guest and respects your money by delivering quality work and great bikes at fair prices. That's exactly what Pat's 605 has been since my first visit. I brought in a Specialized road bike that needed a tune-up, and it was road-ready in less than two days. Not long after, I purchased a Retrospec single-gear commuter at a holiday close-out price that couldn't be beat. could have gone anywhere for both of these. But Pat's is where I feel like a valued customer-not an inconvenience being begrudgingly dealt with. Too many places these days treat customers like a nuisance instead of members of their community. Pat's does the opposite and it's what keeps me coming back. Support this shop and keep their doors open. They very much deserve the love. read more

I called Pat's and explained to them that my gravel bike was not shifting correctly. I was told to bring it in so they can diagnose it. I was there within 15 , tech Ian put it up on the bike stan went through the gears, 5 minutes later he calls me over and tells me to take it for spin. The shifting was on point. Awesome customer service! I was in and out in 10 minutes and had my bike ready for my next gravel adventure. Everyone there super friendly and helpful! read more
