On a ride down here, lost a bolt in my cleat so popped by to get a replacement and was treated with nothing but hospitality and care. The owner even shared some pastries and conchas to get us fueled for our ride back. That said I would definitely stop by here for all your needs on your rides! read more

Hugo and his wife Angelica are the best!!!!! Found out about this place cause they are a Factor dealer as well as seeing some people rant and rave about Hugo on TikTok. Took my gravel bike in for a tune up and Hugo did a great job making sure my concerns we addressed (switching from big chainring to little chain ring) and cleaned everything up nicely on the bike making it looks better than new and run smoother too. All while only taking a couple days to do it. I also mentioned to Hugo that I had my race bike built by another shop but felt like everything was done poorly, incorrectly, and had to wait a long time for it to be done. Hugo told me to take it in for him to have a look about what I was concerned about. After taking it in for Hugo to look at and speaking about the issues I decided to have him rebuild the entire bike. Hugo went to work immediately and began the tear down showing me what was done wrong and how the right way of doing it was. It only took him a day to get my bike back up to tip top condition. Rode it the same day and everything felt superb. Had minor adjustments to be made but Hugo fixed them the day after I brought it back and explained that if I had any issues big or small that he would take care of it any time. I also ended up buying a new set of wheels that Hugo put on for me. He not only put them on for me but assured me the wheels would work on my drivetrain and provided his input on how it would be on the bike. I really appreciate everything Hugo and Angelica! You got my bikes running better than new and in no time. It's been a headache with the other shop I went to but Hugo's work and expertise saved the day. 3H has a lifelong customer. I also brought in 2 additional customers (neighbor and brother in law) after they saw the work that was done on my bikes and hearing from my experience. I can't thank Hugo and his family enough for taking care of everything for me. read more

I had a great experience at 3H Cycling in Artesia, CA. They upgraded my road bike from an older groupset to a brand new Shimano Ultegra R8000, and everything was done in a timely manner and at a really fair price. The shop itself was clean, organized, and well taken care of, which I really appreciate. What stood out the most was the family who owns the shop--they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and took the time to talk with me and answer my questions without rushing me. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and their work. I'll definitely be giving this family-owned business my support from now on. Highly recommend 3H Cycling to anyone looking for quality road bike service and honest people. read more

I've been coming here for a few years for tune-ups and general bike maintenance. I ride a cruiser through my neighborhood daily and I'm still learning about how to maintain it properly as it is my first bike as an adult. They are knowledgeable and have answered all my (kinda bike noob) questions kindly. They will honor their quoted prices and your bike will be in good shape when you pick it up! Thanks 3H! read more

I was referred to 3H by another shop that did not offer the service I wanted because I wanted to run tubeless on my Cannondale. The shop is small, but the customer service and knowledge is outstanding!! I spoke to Hector over the phone, and he was professional and extremely helpful. I even brought my wheels and tires over for him to see if it can be done the same day. Unfortunately, the previous owner I bought the bicycle from bought the wrong tire (even if it was gravel tire, it was not a 'tubeless ready' tire). Hector helped research and provided an abundance of information to what I needed to do. He even offered to order the 'tubeless ready' gum wall tires once they are not backordered. I would assume the labor and service on the bicycles are superb and as crisp as Hector's customer service! I will be back soon... ;) read more

Was planning on going for a ride when i noticed my rear tire was low and seemingly leaking from the valve when i sprayed it with soapy water. I took it here to see if it could be repaired or have the tire replaced. Angel assured me he could replace the tube and he had it ready for me really quickly. After I got home I was storing my bike and again it somehow went flat on me. This time i realized there was a puncture in my tire (I must've missed it checking for leaks the first time) so i went back and ended up replacing the tire. Seeing as how i had just been there like an hour ago Angel helped me out again and didn't even charge me for his labor. Real cool place with great service close to home, definitely coming back here for all my needs. read more

Bought a commuter bike last year and rediscovered my love for cycling again. Came in to 3H after biking for 6 months and wanted to get into road biking. I got immediate help and full attention. Extremely courteous and extremely knowledgeable -- answered all my questions. They did not pressure me into buying anything, seemed more concerned with me understanding what I was looking for. The bike I was looking for was not in stock that day but did get a phone call 6 months later saying the bike I wanted was in. They gave me a full fitting and made sure everything was cool. I got a lot of good advice and a lot of good knowledge on maintaining the bike. Basically these are awesome folks who genuinely love to help people and they definitely helped me get into the next level of biking without any stress or worries. This place is a shining example of attention and customer service and a family friendly vibe. I highly recommend this place. read more

I've been riding the same fixie for about 10 years. This year, being the 10th year, the bike started needing some work done. I know the I can do the work myself but I decided to pay a shop to just do it right. So far, I've gotten brakes, a new chain, and chainring installed here and have only had great experiences. My family has brought their new bikes in to get everything up and running smoothly. I trust these guys with my bikes. They don't upsell, their services are very reasonably priced. I'm glad I found a local shop near me. I'll be coming back. read more

Owner and family operated. The head mechanic used to work at Buena Park Bikes, but moved here several years ago. I trust him with all the work on my bikes... mountain and road! I brought my bike in for a service as the gears were no behaving correctly. The staff were very very kind and helpful. They cleaned my bike and turned out to just be a kinky chain link. They just replaced what was needed rather than charge me for a whole new chain which I was most appreciative of. They were straight up and honest. I totally recommend this bike shop read more

Friendly, helpful and their service is absolutely wonderful. I bought my first road Bianchi bike here and I live it

I give this place a 4.5 stars. ATMOSPHERE Really cool shop filled with a good amount of bikes and supplies. It's not a big shop, but they use the space wisely and are able to fit a lot in. CUSTOMER SERVICE It's a family owned shop run mainly by a dad and his son. Really nice people who truly just like to help people. They're super honest and will go above and beyond to help you. One of the sons was even kind enough to teach me how to change my own tire (I'm new to this bike game). I thought that was really cool of him. They're more of a boutique kinda shop. Lots of high end equipment and supplies. Nothing really for the "casual" bike rider. But, if you just need a quick tune-up or repair, these guys are my go-to. read more

Parking on the street and in the back of their shop. Its right next to the ice skating facility. Every visit, these guys and gals are super helpful!! There's a small service area and while they've only been open a month or so, their space is filling up with some really great shop favorites. I especially like visiting because of how knowledgeable Hugo has been. Excellent customer service. Learned about their cycling group welcoming all levels of cyclists. I believe it was called Orange Cycling. I'm looking into joining some summer OC Cycling groups with my family at an entry level so it helps to get some shop insight. read more

I had a creeking sound coming from my headset fork area on my 2021 BMC SLR01 One with over 14,000 miles on the bike. Took me bicycle into shop and asked Hector if he could put in new bearings and bar tape on the handlebars. Wow, in the early afternoon the same day he said I could pick up the bicycle completely done that same day. Rode it the next day and it sounded brand new to me. 3H Cycling is a great bike shop. I was riding along the San Gabriel River Bike Trail when I inadvertently ran over broken glass just before Del Amo Blvd. I went on Yelp and the nearest bike repair shop was 3H Cycling--2 miles away. The young guy that helped me was professional and friendly and immediatley began work on repairing my flat tire. I waited outside and within 30 minutes, my bike was repaired and I was ready to head back to the bike trail. For those cyclists who use the San Gabriel River Bike Trial, 3H Cycling is your place for your clycling needs. Its just a mile off the trail--east on Artesia--and the store is very welcoming and the work is efficient and fast. I will be returning to 3H Cycling--in the future--for all of my cycling needs. read more

Héctor and Hugo honestly hooked me up and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I wanted a specific front rim which other bike shops (Jax, Frank's) told me would cost anywhere from 180 to 275 and would have to be ordered taking up to 3 weeks. I ain't got time to wait and wanted to get back on my bike! 3H was the fourth shop I went to and they found the exact replacement rim to match my bike on another bike and gave it to me for half the price of these other places! They went above and beyond; thank you again! I don't leave a ton of reviews but these guys are chill AF and deserve recognition! I will be back! read more
