Under new ownership. I bought my Riley Roadster here in 2020 for around $650 bucks, the dude who sold me the bike took his time asking what I was looking for and making sure I found a bike that was the right fit and I did! I love my bike, the best part about it was the lifetime service. I came back to get it serviced in 2021 and the wait time was 2 weeks which I didn't have a problem with because it's free and a lifetime of service. When they serviced my bike it felt brand new again, I was completely satisfied. I rode that bad boy to the beach and back 40+ miles with friends just having fun. I came back to get it serviced a week ago and Tye, the mechanic, mentioned it was under new ownership because the owner unfortunately passed away. It's $129 to get it serviced now, plus $80 for the wheels and $20 for a new tube in the back tire that was flat. I talked to Vin or Vic?, the new owner, just to see if there was any goodwill service that could be done since I was sold on the lifetime service. He seemed really peeved about it and said he'd give me a $50 discount. The whole time just completely avoiding making eye contact or even wanted to talk about it. It just felt uneasy talking to him. He said he'll have the bike ready the next day for pick up because he wanted the bikes in and out quickly. I told him I'll have to wait until payday on Friday in a few days so they could take their time. (I was hoping it would be good service instead of a speedy service) I came to pick up my bike on the Friday and I ended up spending around $160 with the discount he gave me. I also bought a bell which he brought down to $10 when it was $30. Making it around $170 total that I spent for a new bell and to get my bike serviced. I rode the bike home and it didn't feel serviced at all! Once I got home the back tire was flat again, they charged me for a new tube and I'm 100% sure they just put some kind of handyman patch on it. The owner seemed for worried about making sure his pockets were filled rather than making sure the customer was taken care of. I don't even care about the money, just completely disappointed in the new ownership of this business. I'm sure he only gave me the bell for $10 because he felt bad for not having my bike serviced properly. I'll never spend a single penny here ever again in my life. If you bought your bike here before April 2022, you no longer have your lifetime service but you'll get a $50 discount with your receipt on the $129 service fee if you still want it. read more

Went to get some air for my tire and the kid tells me he just isn't going to put air because he doesn't want to and tells me to buy an adapter and take my bike to the gas station to get air there. I was in dire need to fix my bicycle and with limited places opening due to the Covid-19 pandemic I called this establishment and they were able to get the bike off my hands and take a look at it. The brake cables were all chewed up, and the tires were both flat, the handle bar was loose. I also wanted a comfortable seat since the original was anything but and a bottle holder. For everything I was charged $214 which seemed steep but when I got the bike back I could see why. It was a lot of work put into the bike and I tested it out for a ride and the brakes were better than before and the gears cable as well. They put new brake and gear handles. It was worth the money I payed. They did it in a timely manner as well. Check them out for bike repairing or purchasing a brand new one. read more

Only a few BMX focused bike stores in the area and this one seems to have the best selection of in-stock items, especially for micro/mini/junior racing supplies. As for service, I got a $25 estimate to swap a BMX chainring, add a chain link and remove a freewheel, and it only took 15 minutes. Ended up not needing to add a link and charged me just $15. These guys are great! I had two flat tires and my chain was jammed so well between the spokes and rear sprockets that I didn't think would come out. I called to save myself some time just in case its beyond repairs, they told me that they could fix anything on a bike! I dragged my bike inside, got an estimate, 40ish dollars for two new intertubes and repair the chain so I said yes please! I picked up my bike 3 days later and was stoked to see they got it all done as promised. It rides better than when I first got it! Thanks guys!!! read more

I recently ordered a Trek Madone, Project One from Bellflower Bicycles. Jeff the owner took the time to be very detailed, letting me know of all the options that were available. He was very knowledgeable when it came to answering my questions about the bike and its components. When it was time to order the bike we went over the order in detail to make sure it was exactly what I wanted and was ordering. Trek's website showed 30 to 35 days for the bike to be shipped from the factory. The bike arrived in 8 days. The day it arrived Jeff built up the bike. The shop was pretty busy that day and the build-up went into the afterhours of his shop. He continued to finish it up knowing that I had scheduled a bike-fit the following morning. From the time I started ordering the bike, till the day I walked out with it. It was all about service and what I the (customer) wanted. I always drop off the work and pick it up when they call to say it's ready. Turnaround times have been reasonable and prices are sometimes like giving it away! I was especially impressed when they re-did the bearings on my 10+ year old mountain bike. It stopped turning on a ride, and some of the balls weren't round even!
