Horrible : My husband went to get the brakes fixed on his Ebike and the lady said it was the disk , we left it and came back to pick it up and they said it was good to go we checked it and it still wasn't working left it a second time picked it up it seemed good took it home and my husband went out with our son to ride the bike and almost had an accident because the brakes weren't working.... Took it back and she said ohh i didn't tie up the brakes disk enough.... Its 2 older ladies fixing the bikes don't recommend this place !!! read more

Called in for a repair on my rear rim that was lob sided really bad, owner answered and was very welcoming and gave me the answer to all my questions very helpful and nice. Came in and immediately was given service and we even cracked jokes felt very at home feel. She got it done in a hour and when I came back the rim spun and rode like brand new, will remember this shop for life if im ever in need of service again. read more

Went here for first and last occasion, when I picked up my bike the lady was late(25) minutes after opening hours, O asked for new tires and tubes with what she said a minor cleaning service. I paid 110 USD which I honestly believe it's over priced, especially since she didn't explained what type of tires she would be placing on, I had assumed I would get something similar to what I had, not a chance....I asked for an explanation of why so much she got upset and rude. I don't mind paying for services rendered with timely and accurate manner, I do when you waste my time and give me what you believe is that I want, sorry but this was a mistake on my part for giving and EEO to everyone. I'm rebuilding my vintage Benotto Roadbike, so I'd been shopping around for a place to have my wheels fixed since the spokes had rusted to the metal and they're no longer in good condition. After going to 3 different places and getting ridiculous estimates (some close to $300.00) for replacing the spokes, making the wheels true and cleaning the hubs. Long story short, I was referred to this place and The estimate I was given was the most reasonable and agreed on the spot to have the work done. Needless to say, I am very satisfied and highly recommend this place. The lady (owner) was straight to the point, explained in detail the work to be done and gave me a great price. Not sure why there's so many negative comments. It's a small bike shop. Nothing fancy. Don't expect to be catered to like the hipster bike shops. You look for what you want and ask for the price. We bought a nice KHS bike here at a reasonable price. I bike to work almost daily and will definitely come here to do my bike maintenance. The lady was nice. I can see how some people will get offended but you got to know, she has a store to run. Overall, we came out with a new bike and nice helmet. Way cheaper than what you see online. If you complain cause you can't get a road bike for cheap, then you are buying the wrong type of bike. read more

They told me to be back in one hour and my back would be ready. I asked them what time they close and they said 5 or 6 pm. I came back in an hour and half and the place is closed for lunch. This is horrible. I don't know any place that closes for lunch. If you do you should have clear sign and also have to mention it to your customers. I will never come back here. read more

I went in to get a new inner tube installed for my bike tire. Price was good compared other locations, fast process,lady was nice coming in. But then once I came in to pick up my bike, I asked if she could put more air in the tires since they felt lower than they should, her whole attitude changed after that. It's as if I offended her by telling her that, she became very demeaning and wanted to argue that they don't need more air and that she's been doing this for many years and she knows what she's doing. I tell her the MINIMUM air pressure needed for the tires and she tells me to never follow the recommend air pressure... ok. Then she doesn't even want to go back to add more air for me, she tells me to do it myself and use the public air pump they have in the store. I was glad to have found a bike shop closer to me but the last interaction had before picking up my bike rubbed me the wrong way, first and last time I'll ever go to this shop. read more

1st off the 2 laddies inside don't know anything abt bikes let alone putting one together , they sold me a fake Leader 735 frame, and swore they buy in bulk from the company. The frame hade no stickers on it fake label on the front of the bike , it literally was coming off. Only good thing abt my experience here was she gave me my money back. Replaced both tires on my bike. They had me leave my bike for an hour, which I thought was fine since I had to run a few errands anyway. When I came back and got ready to pay with my card she told me that they only take cash. First of all, it's posted at the front of their store that they take cards, as well as on Yelp, so that's basically false advertising. Secondly, if they only take cash I wish she would have mentioned that when I left the bike so I could have gone to the bank during that time. Instead I had to go next door to the 7-11 and get charged extra for atm fees, etc. This was literally the only negative issue I had. Otherwise, I found the cost to be fair and she was pretty friendly as well, which is why I didn't bother making it a big deal while at the store. read more

When I questioned some of the work, they got defensive and blamed me for the lack of care of the bicycle. This store charges too much for the material; tires, air, etc. Went once to get my tire tubes replaced, and despite the fact that I was there first, the Lady stopped fixing my one bike to take care of someone else with three bikes. (This happened twice before she finally finished up) not only that but both of them popped in less than two hours. Why? I went in to get my road bike repaired. They put the wrong parts and I'm having to pay another shop to repair what they repaired. It wasn't cheap either. I think they over tightened the spokes on one of my rims and pulled it out of round. Never again! read more

First of all if I could give a NO star I would. I came to my nearest local bike shop I was excited because we have the option to customize your bike with an estimate of $220 so I did I told them what I wanted and the lady attended me confirmed I was told that my bike would be ready in a week. The week passes and that same day that I go pick up my bike I get a call saying that they don't have the color of wheels that I wanted which is a bummer because I picked my colors of the bike very simple specifically to match the wheels but I still said that's ok and chose another color.I then go pick up my bike and and my fiancé's his was perfect except for his handle bars it was not what he had chosen but had no option because they ran out of his style he originally chose and they put the specific style he said he didn't want from the beginning because it would hurt his back being very low for to long (since we want the bikes for long distance) he was nice enough to just keep that style since we really had no other option they also didn't inform us this over the phone before we picked it up the bikes we would of waited longer to get what we originally wanted. Anyways back to my bike I finally receive it and it's way to big I am not even able to reach on top of the seat with my tip y toesy and I noticed she placed the brakes on the front wheel which is not my preference. So I ask her if she can give me a smaller frame where I am able to touch the floor with my feet and place the brakes on the back wheel instead. She said she can do that but she needed to order the piece I said that was fine. I waited 4 days I finally go pick up my bike and I am not able to reach the floor like I asked. it was still a little high it's funny how the lady notices and automatically says don't worry you can still put the seat down 1 more inch which was a LIE I go home and try to adjust the seat it turns out the seat has a long bar and the only way it will go lower is if I CUT the bar myself! I then also noticed that she changed the original handle bars that I had last time and did not change the brakes to the back like I had asked. She also changed the break wire color to black which did not match my bike it was originally white and my wheels where changed to thicker ones which was NOT the original wheels I had the 1st time I went to pick it up and had asked for. At this point I'm already frustrated and give up on going back for a 3rd time just to get what I originally had ordered so I decide to just use my bike. That day I don't even use it for 5 minutes and my chain decided to fail on me I used my bike and my chain just kept falling off me and my fiancé had to go back home walking due to the chain not being able to stay in place for 1 second it was EXTREMELY loose. Luckily my fiancé was able to tighten some screws and and the chain back to work since we were hesitant to go back to that bike shop and wait god knows how long just for her to fix the chain. So we go back to bike riding to try out the bike and see if the chain was fixed (it was) but then 10 minutes later into the bike ride I get a flat tire and my brakes where extremely squeaky it's been one day since I've got my bike and now I have to go back for a 3rd time to get my wheel patched and ask why my brakes squeak so loud my fiancé's brake don't squeak at ALL and we were going the same speed while breaking and it's the same god Dawm bike I'm not sure if it's my bad luck but why can't I just get what I originally asked for I paid full price didn't even ask for discounts and paid the same day I ordered which was probably my mistake maybe since I paid that day she no longer was interested in getting my order correct since they already had the money. I'm total I paid $445 I think it's fair enough for me to be pretty pissed off on my experience with the bike read more
