Vinny is the man! A lot of traditional bike shops would turn me and my e-bike away when it comes to maintenance, but Vinny is always super helpful and friendly. He's an all round cool guy and the type of mechanic you can trust. Just like car mechanics and handymen, once you find a good one...hold on to them. Vinny's definitely going to be my go to guy for my bike. Support your local businesses and check this shop out! read more

When two other top bikes shops (Jax's) adimitly told me my vintage beach cruiser could not be updated with hand brakes or "three to seven speed technology" (i knew i was being punked and/or being BS'd). So this passed weekend I decided to give Franks bike shop a try. Vincenzo was so helpful and knowledgeable. He, also was very eager to assist my needs and offer inexpensive solutions to my multiple ideas offering simple suggestions for updating my vintage beach cruiser. Go figure. Some businesses should not be in business servicing the public...especially with closed minds without vision. Thanks Franks bike shop. FRANKS you have now gained a valuable 3 bike owner needing your services for years to come. read more

I just bought two used bikes for me and my son, but they just didn't feel right, almost like there was a weight holding them back. We rode down to Frank's to have them checked out and Blaine was very helpful. He was able to adjust the brakes so that they weren't rubbing on the tires, lubricate some of the bike parts and fill up the tires with the right amount of air. The bikes now ride way better, as if there is nothing holding them back now. Thanks Blaine and Franks Bicycles for helping us out for a fair price. read more

Great customer service. Minimal selection ONLY due to the resent riots and Covid19 situation. I have an old Raleigh that needed some lovin' and Vinny was very helpful in getting all the kinks worked out. He was also very knowledgeable and kind in explaining somethings that I did not know about my bike. read more

My husband and I were in this shopping center for lunch and walked into Franks and we're happy we did. I'd been talking about getting a bike and instantly saw one I liked. Vinnie the owner was real cool, he helped us out. He didn't have what my husband wanted so he ordered it and had it within a week which was shorter then we expected. We went to pick them up in a couple days after he called and we love our new bikes. The prices aren't the cheapest but they're great quality and if we ever have any problems or need them serviced Vinnie told us to come back any time and he'll be happy to help us. He seemed like a nice honest guy with a nice honest business. We're happy to have found Frank's bike shop. read more

Highly recommend this bike shop! Vinnie the owner is an honest man who truly places the customers needs first. He likes to be honest from the start and won't have you buy anything that is not necessary. He's straight forward and very knowledgeable with bikes. I came in for a new Beach Cruiser wheel. He could have simply sold me the wheel but instead he actually went out of his way and tried fixing my old parts because it would've been cheaper. At the end of the day, I ended up buying the wheel anyways. Very good prices and he has a wide selection of bikes and equipment. Overall, very satisfied with my visit. The owner treats his customers very well. They have a wide selection of Beach Cruisers, Fixies, BMX's bikes, mountain bikes and a bunch of other bike goodies. The prices are good and the services are fast! read more

AWESOME JOB VINNY. Both of the bikes ride smooth. The MG ( Orange/Silver ) MB had a major tuneup. Needing all cables replaced and gears aligned. And he spent some time cleaning the 8yrs of grime built up on the bike. Well satisfied for the look, ride and having all my gears work again The MB Hyper. Had the rear rim aligned (being bent ) and brakes adjusted. With out asking he adjusted the frame suspension. Rides so much smoother. The bikes will definitely coming back for repairs. Both bikes done in two days. Now that is service. read more

Great service, I am good! Price was cool too. Thought it would cost much more compared to the competition.

Really pricy (perhaps because of covid) but very kind and helpful. Would come back here any day to help the small businesses.

My husband has been to Frank's a few times to get help with his unicycles, and has loved the customer service he received, so when we wanted to get our son a bike for his 8th grade promotion, we knew exactly where to go. Our son found a bike he LOVES, and we brought my old, crappy bike in for a tune-up at the same time. Frank's adjusted the new bike perfectly to our son, and tuned up and cleaned up my bike really nicely. Love that this kind of customer service and attention to detail still exists! read more

I called ahead cause my niece was in town and we had this horribly unkept bike for her to ride around in. I didn't know if it was flat or just needed air. I needed my front wheel reattached on my beach cruiser and it also needed new bearings. I brought my bike in and the worker immediately got to work. It took him like 5 minutes. I was searching for a bike shop to install my new tires. Everyone appeared too busy. Called Frank's Bicycles and talked to Vinny. He welcomed me on the spot and was very personable. He performed a timely professional job. He even washed his hand after removing my old tires so not to get my new red tires dirty! He does quality work at a fair price with a smile. read more
