I had such a good experience at this shop. The owner Cameron helped me fix my bike but also informed me about everything that was going on with my bike and I really appreciate that. He also has really cool tote bags, shirts, and custom vans that you can't get anywhere else. He also has surfboards and skateboards in really cool retro colors. Quick story, I had directions to go to pedal movement shop to get a flat repair on my road bike, directions to the down town area is horrible. So I looked up local bike shops and "My Bicycle" popped up. Small shop looked kool and it was close by where I was so I pulled up. The Owner was just about to close up and he asked what I needed and told him just a flat tire repair and he took care of me. Guy seemed really kool and chill. Price was fair and he did it quick lubricated my chain tightened up my breaks. I've read the other reviews and well I didn't get the so-called rude guy not professional vibe. Hands down the best tune up I have ever had. My Bike is 20 + years old. Many tune ups at the big stores by kids learning their craft. Owner (and only worker) has a huge level of pride in his workmanship and it shows. As I left his shop, the bike felt new (ride felt delicious) -- It was like brand new. The only downside is that when you get great quality and fantastic service, you can not expect low prices. On a $ to $ ratio, long term and performance I saved money although my CC is sad. read more

Cameron is a super cool and personable guy. I came in with a 1983 Raleigh road bike to get it back on the road after sitting for a while. Cameron let me know how rare the model I have is and fixed my flats quickly despite having numerous customers coming in. Let me know to come back for a tune up and some new tires soon but that I should ride it a bit to see the issues. No pressure or sales tactics. Very transparent about pricing. Good honest work. Rode by recently and he pumped my tires up no charge. Great small business, one of those that really makes a neighborhood. We are lucky to have a good bike shop right downtown. Funny how I met this guy at the beach talking about cars. He handed me his business card right after I picked up a bike from OfferUp. Perfect timing right? Took my Cannondale in for some much needed service after purchasing it from a not so mechanically inclined seller. Was able to pick his brains about groupsets functions and maintenance along with proper riding postures. His service and respect for customers are not like any other shops, definitely not the "Hurry up and buy!" He's a one man show here and he take pride in his work, it's astonishing to see some of these negative reviews that are clearly written by psychotic, entitled, rude people. Cam is a small Business owner he has the RIGHT to charge what he deems necessary and to chose his hours. Which are very clear plus he's super responsive. Mind your business if you see him helping someone else out with their issue that has NOTHING to do with you. Who's to say that wasn't his friend, family, previous business partner that he owed or whatever. You would be wasting your time and money going to Some of these other spots in LB that yes are "cheaper" but do a shit job. Cam has worked on 5 of my bikes and I think he's fair with price! Come on people, he does a great job & he's super responsive so don't cry over having to pay what's FAIR. 20$ for a fixed tire is beyond reasonable. Where to even begin?! My '84 Schwinn (I know that now because Cameron at the shop has a keen eye for that kinda stuff) had to go through an exorcism practically because it was not taking to any of the fixes Cameron was attempting! I went in to replace a flat, turned out the wheel was puncturing the 3 tires Cam was using as replacements, my brakes were faulty, the front alignment was off, gear shifts were busted....Cameron was SO patient and SUPER knowledgeable and had to put in the time that it takes to fix 3 bikes. Really appreciate the same-day service I was able to receive here. I called around 10am to get my bike looked at since I was going on a ride later (had not rode in a few months due to some achilles b.s.) and was given an appointment time for the early afternoon. He was able to call me about an hour later and told me if I could come now, he could fit me in. I rode from my house (about 15min) and arrived while he was finishing up other customers. When it was my turn, he looked it over and determined I needed to change my rear tube and put some air up in the front. After like 15minutes I had my bike, tightened up and tires on point. My Bicycle has 5 stars for a reason. Cameron is the sole owner and operator. It doesn't appear that he has set hours, but you can call him any time to set up an appointment or find out when he'll be in. This is a full service shop. He can do repairs, restorations, or build you a bike. It says that he does sales but I didn't see any type of selection so I'm not sure about that one. He takes care of skateboards as well. My bf and I inquired about getting some things adjusted on our bikes and he gave us an appointment time. Our adjustments were done in less than 15 minutes, very affordable, and with quality work. This is a tiny shop which I appreciated because sometimes large bike shops can feel overwhelming or intimidating to those of us who aren't pros. read more

So I had to get my bike seat adjusted I gave these guys a call some gentleman picked up let him know the situation he said no problem we can adjust your seat. I ended taking my bike "keep in mind I couldn't ride it so I walked some miles" sure enough it was close so I waited outside call the number same guy picked up asked him hey I'm outside I called earlier in regards to bike seat adjustments he said we aren't open so I said okay when will you guys open he said I'm not sure maybe next Thursday. Dude you guys didn't get hit by any of the looted if that's the case update your store hours or the guy could of let me know ahead of time that they were close. I ended up going to A&D bike shop on 7th st .
